We are a Chinese embroidered patch manufacturer that maintained a cooperative relationship with Mike Woolbright from Expresstees from 2015 through 2023. Regarding our final transaction for the "GIRLS DUAL PIN" order comprising 500 customized badges amounting to 1,171.60 USD, despite our good faith shipment dispatched in advance to accommodate Mike's urgent request, payment remains outstanding as of the goods' receipt confirmation on August 11th. Despite persistent payment reminders issued through September 7th, 2023, the debt resolution has been consistently delayed through evasive communication tactics, leading us to conclude this constitutes a deliberate default.This company deceived us producers, causing us to suffer huge losses not only in terms of goods but also in terms of freight charges. I had a horrible experience with Express Tees. I dropped off 2 lab coats purchased from Figs which were about $140 each. The embroidery was finished the same day but it was very messy, letters were different widths and the lowercase 'i' in my name looked like a lowercase 'l' because the dot and line were connected. I let the owner know I wasn't happy with the quality of the work. He apologized and let me know that embroidery tech that did my coats was actually being let go and that it was his last day. I asked them to just fix the bad embroidery job and if they couldn't fix it to please remove the stitches. I dropped the coats back off and waited for a call back or an update. A week went by.. two weeks went by.. after that I would call once a week to try and get an update. Each time, they would tell me they were working on it and would tell me it would be ready by a certain day. That day would come, I would not receive any update or call, so I would call and they would tell me the coats were still not ready. Another time, the coats were apparently being dry cleaned and were still at the cleaners.. They were attempting to remove the embroidery which takes a bit of time, but this went on for 2.5, almost 3 months. I was calling once a week and would get the same answer; that they didn't know when the coats would be ready. I finally picked them up today and they are ruined. The outline of the embroidery is clearly visible and the thread is tattered. The owner refused to reimburse me for the coats but did reimburse me for the cost of embroidery. So in the end.. my beautiful (and expensive) coats were ruined. In summary, bad customer service, unprofessional, never returned my calls, ruined my coats, did not take responsibility for the damage. read more

This place really does live up to its name "EXPRESS tees" Needed a VERY last second embroidery job done and they worked with me and got the job done within the time frame needed and the quality exceeded my expectations. Mike, the owner was one of the most easy going owners i've ever met. Communicated well with me and helped me out with everything i needed. 100% Going to come back if i ever need anything screen printed/embroidered. They also have an endless amount of greek life inventory for all of those who are in fraternities and sororities. I walked into their Harbour Town store on Tuesday. The two attendants were busy screen printing. After being ingnored for a few seconds & after an "ahem", they both looked up. It felt to me like they'd both just seen an alien. A customer! What? We're busy screenprinting & a customer has the temerity to walk into our store & expect attention?
