Extremely disappointed about the service they offered. Came in yesterday for a few Temu returns, the guy worked the counter (Asian, could be the manager/owner, this guy is usually rude to his other coworkers/employees as well) informed me that my packaging was not "proper" for the returns and "suggested" me buying boxes and bags from the store so he could pack and return them but i refused. Something did not sit right as i followed the return process/instruction properly from Temu. My wife and i decided to stop by at another UPS near our date spot at the district in Tustin and they took our return with no issues. This experience raised a huge red flag for me about the ethics of this store and how it represents UPS as a brand. And how many people have gone through this and was taken advantage of by this upsell tactics. Pretty sad! read more

I literally drop off at UPS with these labels and QR codes every single time. I told her this is how I usually do it and she said no she couldn't. Yes they do hemp you with passport photo. I was looking for a place to help me take a photo and they did a very good job. The employee gay one shot and it was perfect. Yeah, so I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this place was just not it. Came in to do an Amazon return, and the vibes were off right away. The manager (pretty sure his name was Anton) didn't trust his employees to do the task at hand, taking over when he felt fit. He also felt disingenuous with his "customer service." Compared to other UPS stores, this place felt old, poorly lit, and kinda grimy. The staff looked stressed, kinda all over the place, and their uniforms had stains, which was... not great. Also, the carpet was dirty, and the wait time was way too long. I'll just go to the West Garden Grove location next time. Not coming back here. read more

Some hours are busier than others but they are quick. Automatic 100 stars for that! This UPS location has the nicest, friendliest and most professional staff I've ever known. Never thought I'd leave a review for UPS but since it's my fortunate for living so close, I believe this store deserves much more credits for the kindest attitude I've witnessed on myself and others. For all my times dropping off returns, I'd keep noticing the fast pace everyone here is able to carry, under enormous positive energy, which makes me wonder why wouldn't this store set an example for all the other UPS to follow? The person that won my rating is Mr. Tran, who I've seen remaining highly patient with such calm voice on every single difficult case. You can tell he's capable of cooling down tough situations and he probably does this out of the sympathy towards other beings. Based on my observations, he seems to value people's time and energy so he always tries to get things done in the quickest manner. Last week, I shipped a 37lbs package with same perishable items in it. I chose 3 Days Ground shipping, which cost me about $70 (since they quoted 2 days was over $200 and overnight shipping would be over $400, which was ridiculous). Anyway, I shipped it out on early Wednesday morning, which they said my friend would received it by Saturday. However, my friend told me that she waited the whole day last Saturday for the package but never received it. I emailed UPS customer service and was told they had a train delay of some sorts so my package wouldn't arrived until Monday. Since my items were perishable, any delay in shipping time would make them go bad, which half of it did. I emailed UPS's customer service and they said to contact the UPS store that I shipped it from for a refund. When I came back and spoke to the CSR at the store yesterday, he just flat out refused any refund and saying that since Covid happens, they do not guaranteed that 3 Days service will be delivered in 3 Days. And the UPS online CSR said they won't be able to refund since I shipped through the store. Anyway, moral of the story, don't overspend on 3 days or 2 days service at UPS, they can delay your shipment w/o any restitution or refund and didn't even pretend to be apologetic about it. Next time, I'll go with USPS priority flat rate, they seem much more reliable. read more

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from the Antoine on 1/30/2023 when I went to drop off some packages during my lunch in the afternoon. When I got there, there were at least 4-5 other people ahead of me in line. Working people getting their errands done / dropping off packages during lunch time, I get it. Despite my patience and understanding of the long line - which I also waited in. When it was my turn, I told him there were going to be 4 orders. As I showed him each order, in between, he rudely had me wait while he processed other customer's orders. It's lunch hour - ok, I get it. No big deal. Finally, there was an issue with one of my orders. Antione became visibly frustrated and dismissive towards me when that mistake occurred. He acted as if my situation was no longer important and prioritized the line over providing proper customer service. He told me that he could just cancel the process. I honestly thought, that was a great idea. Just reset and start over again, right? I agreed and when I told him to cancel and showed him the order to try again, he dismissed me - saying that he has already "helped" me and needs to help everyone else in line before he gets back to me. He proceeded to act as if I was no longer there and continued on. Mistakes happen. There are rush hours. However, this is very unprofessional. read more

We made an appointment for their notary services almost a week in advance and then drove over an hour to this location in Garden Grove because the documents needed to be notarized and dropped off nearby. After receiving multiple email confirmations from UPS, we showed up for our appointment and were told the notary was not on site and that he would not come in until it was convenient for him later in the afternoon. When we showed them the appointment confirmations we received, we were again told he would not come in to honor our appointment. We ended up getting our documents notarized nearby at Martinez Services for the same price and with much better service. read more

I usually would come here for fast and quick Amazon returns. Today however I'm assuming it was the owner who helped me said that I had to have some sort of box or bag for my amazon return even though it was in its original packaging with the label/barcode. I told him that I've been here often for Amazon returns and the employees have never mentioned I had to have a box, they usually accept my package and QR code. He then said the Amazon QR code said "customer packed" so I needed to have it packaged in a bag/box and to deal with it through Amazon not him. I ended buying a box even though the option for returns says you don't need a box or label needed for UPS store. I come here all the time and employees have never made me bring my return in a box/bag. I just wanted to return my items and the owner's attitude did not make it a well experience. read more

I love this location for dropping of Amazon returns. They are quick and I get notified almost instantly by Amazon that my return was received. I've previously used another UPS location near Brookhurst and Chapman and they are terrible. They charged me to use their tape for return when Amazon has a deal with them that says you just bring in the package. I even showed the man that and he had the nerve to say that they only tape the label on for free but taping the box closed is extra. In addition, twice my returns were never received by Amazon and I got charged for the items even though I returned. Luckily, I kept the UPS receipt when I dropped off the packages for return. Amazon refunded me, no thanks to that UPS on Chapman. Don't go there. I 100% recommend this location. read more
