I walked in here today to get the Pentel Energel mechanical pencils in the 0.5 series. I found them, but also found the other kinds of Pentel pencils. I even found 0.38 uni ball pens. I even found all the colors to the Papermate Bright and Metallic colors. I also found these routers, modems, and even modem router combos. However the boxes are empty, and I don't know what kind of policy they have in this store for why their boxes are empty. But in all honesty, I'm surprised to see how this place sells routers that are a combo of router and modem. I also love how this place sells prescription-free hearing aids. If you need anything other than a cashier then this is your place. They don't have a designated cashier anymore now that they have Amazon drop-off and Party City there. Since this is the closest staples near me, I needed to stop by to scan some paperwork to my email since I don't have a printer that can do that and newer printers are not as reliable anymore. I like stopping at this location. It's not too busy anymore but they still over alot of great services and the staff are always friendly. Besides any office/project supplies you may need they also offer printing and printing services at a very affordable price. They also offer return services for Amazon orders if applicable. The girl working there told me that she couldn't help and whe I asked for the manager she ignored me so I went to customer service and the guy said he was the manager. Easiest one star review in my life. I've never dealt with workers that were so confident in handling a request only to completely fumble the order. I mentioned multiple times that the two posters were two sides of one poster. Why would you ever think that I would want one poster vertical and the other one horizontal? Additionally, I constantly questioned if I needed my image to be a certain size so that it could fit the proper dimensions. I've come here for printing services a few times this past year, and each time, I was pretty pleased. The print department (shoutout to Ash, Salem (?) and Richard (?)) is really friendly, patient, and courteous. They're awesome! On my most recent visit, there was a bit of confusion on how many prints and cuts to make, so I waited another 15ish minutes to get the remainder of my order. No big deal; they handled it well, and luckily, I wasn't in a rush. For reference, I was printing wedding invitations. However, the last small stack (about 30) that was printed wasn't cut too well, like the color borders of my cards got partially cut off. The majority (about 90) look fine, though. Aside from that slight imperfection, I'm still happy to be a customer here and do recommend the print department here! read more

I brought in my computer for the renewal of anti-virus. Someone tried to hack my Amazon account on September 15. This is based on the Amazon email notification informing me that someone from Staples tried to sign-in and he was able to change the passkey. But, he failed to hack. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I trusted their employee gave my password to access my computer. I have been their customer since 2016 for virus removal and never had a problem. This is the worst place for Amazon returns. This place has absolutely no business providing this service. Not only are the workers sluggish and slow but they clearly hate being there and they make it very well known. Where is management? Or does management also hate being there? She is very professional and I have worked with her on two of my projects as she has printed out return address lables for me as well as save the date lables. I'm getting married very soon (August 2023). She was very patient with me as I had the file in a different format and she converted it to where the system exported it. If only I can put 0 stars!!! I ordered business cards online to pick up the next day and went to pick them up and they were not ready! The girl told me they would be ready next day at 3:00. They even called me the next day to let me know the were working on them! I get there at 6:00 and they are not ready! That's BS!! I have been to this Staples store at least 5 times in the last two months. Every time upon entering the store I have been greeted with a smile and huge welcoming. I needed help with making copies which is confusing to me because I don't understand how to use the copy machines with credit cards and so many selections to chose sizes from. But every time I would come towards the printing area I was Promptly offered help without having to ask. I also had to fax some forms and I had the same help promptly and with a smile. At other stores I have visited they were always in a rush and made me feel I was wasting their time. I am glad to recommend this store to everyone who needs help with office supplies and printing needs. Ash is the young lady that made my day knowing that there are still people in this world who have the patience and ability to help older customers who need that extra assistance without getting upset when we can't do things on our own.
