I used to use Blue Ribbon Trophy, back when Susan owned this little shop. Always beyond pleased with the pricing and work that we received; once she sold, the new owners marked up products and services by over 150%. Everything changed for the worse and I found service to be pushy and not very friendly; if you're desperate and don't want to research your many options in the city of Orange, feel free to waste your time and money here. 9.00 name plates are now almost 30.00. I even received an email, blaming the tariffs on their hike in pricing. read more

Went in to get a couple Zippo lighters to be engraved. I showed the exact image to Johnney and Ashley up front, which was to be added onto the lighter (image was gold in color). $35 setup fee, $18 per lighter engraving. I was invoiced and paid in full on site. I was then instructed to email the vector file to the project manager who worked remotely out of state, which I later did. The project manager, Josh, later emailed and said to have it in color would be an additional $16 per lighter. I informed him this was not the agreement and if they didn't want to honor their staff failing to mention an additional fee for color then I would be picking up my products and get a refund. Huge waste of my time. Saving grace is that no one was rude. read more

Found this place on Yelp and so glad I did! I was looking for some medals for our basketball team's end-of-season party to hand out to the players. I liked how this place opened at 10 and someone actually answered the phone! To my luck they had just what I was looking for! The medals weren't super janky and generic it was decent. Plus, I needed them for that evening! I didn't need the medals engraved or personalized so it was pretty simple. The players enjoyed receiving them! After looking around the shop I realized this place does ALL sorts of things! Plaques, cups, awards, etc..you name it! I would recommend and definitely come back here!! read more
