I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . I will definitely be back, they did such a great job, my friend really loved her birthday gift !

I brought in high-quality polyester shirts for printing. They melted every single one. Any professional apparel print shop should know not to use excessive heat on polyester, and if they accidentally damage one shirt, they should adjust settings before printing the rest. Instead, they destroyed the entire batch. Initially, they admitted fault, apologized, and promised to source and reprint the shirts before my event. Two days before the event, the owner called and told me they decided not to replace them after all--because "I probably wouldn't come back anyway." Their "solution" was to offer me a discount if I returned in the future. I was stunned. This wasn't just bad service--it was blatant disregard for a loyal, repeat customer and for the impact their mistake had on my event. If they had told me earlier, I could have found another shop in time. Instead, they left me scrambling. To be fair, Adam, one of their employees, was professional and tried to help, but the owners' poor ethics and lack of accountability overshadowed any positives. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I recommend supporting another local print shop that will stand behind their work and make things right when mistakes happen. Don't get burned, literally and figuratively, like I did. If the owners are reading this, you know what you did was wrong and I hope you get out of Santa Ana. There are good people here and they don't deserve to be treated poorly like you did to me. I hope you will grow a conscious before you decide to rename your store again and wipe the negative reviews.

Additionally, there are mouse ears, blankets, toys, costumes, figurines, artwork, coffee cups, water bottles, dish ware, hats, decorations, pins, lanyards, and even lightsabers! Sometimes, you'll see things on sale here that you just saw for regular price at the Parks! There's a very clean set of restrooms way in the back and the ladies' room is fully stocked with free feminine supplies! Plan to spend at least an hour here (more if there's a line outside just to get in!). There are NO dressing rooms... The only catch is that you must have a printed paper pass from a Disney employee with their full name and employee number! They've gotten a lot stricter recently...no screenshots on your phone! Plus, you can only bring one person in with you on the same pass. My latest haul included a Disney lettermen's jacket for $49.99 (regularly $149.99!) and sweatshirts for $4.99 (regularly $79.99). I also got fans for $1.99. The checkout lines can wrap around the entire store, but they have up to nine cashiers working so it moves along... It's really incredible for holiday shopping, if you have kids or if you're just a slightly crazed Disney adult!

However, the quality of service here is different. They're multigenerational watch masters with craftsmanship not many can replicate. It' saddens me to say this but this level of craftsmanship, artistry & attention to detail is difficult to find. For $150 his watch was given an extended life (they even polished it.) So, yeah you can take your watch somewhere else for probably $40-$50, but in the end it costed more by having to re-service the watch barely a year later plus time & energy spent looking for another place to fix it.

They also came and picked up the desk and delivered it back here as well... this was a risk for us because we had reached out to a handful of companies a couple years ago and looked at their work online and was just not happy with their work. Also: surprisingly impolite from the get-go before the clock was mentioned, then got surprisingly nasty when politely asked to stand behind his "work" and honor the money he got paid for nothing. Money was paid but no services were rendered. Check out the other 1-star reviews. Same pattern: people paid but their clocks don't work.

First let me assure you that I am not in any way related as friend or relative to the business I am reviewing. Not to invalidate opinions of either group, but, it does clear the way for any possible perceived prejudice (favorable) that might exist. As a former Marketing & Customer Service Manager, I know good business performance when I see it. I had previously did some research on local engraving services in the OC area a few years ago. At that time I selected Players Choice primarily based on price (very competitive) to engrave a pen for a friend. However, the bonus was that their engraving quality was top-notch. So, I returned again to have another pen engraved (one that I received as a gift). But this time I also wanted the lid to its presentation-box engraved as well. Since it had been awhile since my last engraving project, I checked engraving costs with one other local engraver before showing up at Players Choice: They were STILL competitively priced. The lady at the desk (Burgundy) greeted and carefully inspected the pieces I wanted engraved. She immediately noticed that the presentation box had the "Things Remembered" logo on it. At that point she SELFLESSLY counseled me to possibly consider having T.R. perform the engraving. Her first reason was that, if anything were to go wrong during the engraving process at T.R., they would be obliged to replace the item(s). Even though she said it was a very remote possibility of anything going wrong during the engraving at Players Choice, she could not offer the same guarantee since it was not purchased from their store. Secondly, she guessed that costs might be a bit lower at T.R. since the pen was purchased from their store). Now here's where Burgundy's professionalism really EXCEEDS normal customer service standards (I mean, astronomically so). She then offered to call Things Remembered to check on engraving prices for items purchased at their store. Btw--Their prices were only slightly cheaper than Players Choice and ONLY because the item to be engraved was T.R. merchandise. Actually, she called TWO Things Remembered stores to verify that their prices were consistent between each. Anyway, she went on to inquire about "turnaround time" AND their "store hours". I thought, "Are you kidding me!!!", she's not even getting my business, but, she is still providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service that goes way beyond most establishments when THEY are actually getting YOUR business. I mean, it was like having my own personal secretary. Folks, I can honestly say that in the current business environment where good customer service is on the "endangered species" list, Players Choice far exceeds any reasonably accepted standard. Btw--If I could enlist the services of (5) Burgundy's for ANY start up customer-service oriented business, well, I am confident it would be on the Fortune 500 List within the first year of operation. Oh yeah, the Players Choice business of operation is like one large showroom. If you can't find a Trophy, Award or Special Gift, then, you probably won't find it anywhere: It's a virtual catalog for those types of products. Out of 5-stars...Players Choice gets 6-stars! This is not the closest trophy store to me, but I will always come here for their legendary service! Not only are they helpful and patient on the phone, but I unable to come in to their store, and with the rush order I wanted, they helped me find what I was looking for (what they had in stock), they took pictures of it and sent it to me along with pricing!! I wanted a different type of cup trophy so they went back and found another sample and e-mailed the picture of that trophy!!! I asked for a rush. Other stores I first called couldn't give me the trophy within a day, and told me to look at the catalog. Players Choice took the time to help me find exactly what I needed, and they e-mailed me the invoice without me even asking for it ahead of time and delivered the trophy the next morning by 10:00 as promised!
