The store has a large selection of bras, but I liked how she asked what type of bras I liked and she brought in various bras after measuring me. Also, having a prosthesis now for a partial mastectomy all of this was new to me so having a store with everyone being so nice made my first time very comfortable and positive. Also, another positive with my breast surgeon's RX Willie's billed Medicare directly for my prosthesis and bras. :) Highly recommend Willie's! Like everyone else who visits Willie's, I was totally impressed with their service, attention to detail, and kindness. It was hard to be fitted for a bra for a double mastectomy surgery. I didn't know what to expect. They made me feel at ease. When I went back for my prosthesis, they were the same. In the past, I didn't care much about bras, since I was pretty small. Brought my mom in. Years ago, was going to Newport Orthopedics (which is no longer in business) for her mastectomy bras. Her physician was able to arrange for coverage with Medicare and Anthem Supplemental here. We were on time for our appointment and Michelle took us in at our appointed time. From the minute we walked in to the time the last papers were signed, we had a wonderful experience. We did not feel rushed, she had mom try-on items until a best fit was achieved and mom was satisfied. Mom's old prosthesis was not the right size and she got mom the right one. She understood the billing process and it was overall the best experience mom had in the fitting process. Michelle was friendly and professional! Parking was easy. I loved my personal bra and prostheses fitter, Jan. She was highly attentive and I was all that mattered to her until I was out the door. She was very efficient. All of the ladies working today were kind and seemed to truly want to find what would make their respective clients feel happy and beautiFULL. This was my first time being fitted for a bra. When I walked in, Jan was already prepared with all of my paperwork and knew what was covered by my insurance and what I'd be responsible for. There was nothing hidden and no surprises. This store is amazing. I had a mastectomy and needed bras and a prothesis. It is so critical to have someone to fit me! It's not easy to fit a bra. However, for 3 years now I've been so pleased to be able to have expert advice and fit with Willie's. Everyone is so kind and good at their job! Store owner is flat out Rude. While trying to find something to fit after my surgery, she can be heard telling her associate Rude comments about me not being happy with the way they were fitting. I found Willie's on Amoena's website after I had a disastrous experience w Nordstrom after my double mastectomy. They were extremely helpful and patient w my fitting, I first went there right after surgery, so Marine was very helpful to show me of all the selections of breast forms and assured me that they will take good care of me once my scars healed and ready for a fitting. When I went back for my fitting, Julie was super patient, it took over 1 1/2 hours, since one side of my chest was somewhat caved in w radiation. She end up having to special order the breast form. My 3 rd visit was w Lisa, she helped me decide on two different sizes of breast form for each side to compensate the caved in chest cavity. Not only they didn't require me to pay upfront ( like Nordstrom, then botched the insurance filing ), they handled insurance for me and super understanding and patient. They also have a big variety of breast forms ( Nordstrom had only one type ) and garment for post mastectomy. I will not waste my time going anywhere else. read more

I was surprised at how comfortable I felt with my fitter, Lisa. She is the first person to see what I look like, outside of my doctors and husband, and I didn't feel self conscious at all. She's kind and made the whole experience actually kind of fun! I had two mastectomies, one side has an implant that really needs to be adjusted, and the other is slightly concave after an aborted expansion due to infection. Lisa was able to fit me quickly and compassionately. When my breast form size wasn't available in the shop, she arranged to have it shipped to me. I left with 4 bras that don't look like they came from a medical supply house - very cute, and dare I say, sexy! I feel a sense of confidence and just more "normal" thanks to my fitting. Willie's specialty shop is the BEST!! I just had a double mastectomy 7 weeks ago and just started my journey looking for breast prosthesis. I was sent to another store through my insurance and had the worst experience. I complained to my insurance and was then sent to Willys. I really wasn't excited to go to appointment because of my last experience but I went anyway. It was a completely different experience from the first. When I first walked in they were welcoming and kind. They put me in a dressing room. They asked me so many questions to make sure she understood my exact situation and what I was looking for. She brought in and let me try on at least 10 bras and was very patient with me and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision on what was the right prosthesis size and the bra styles that I truly liked. When I first looked in the mirror I was so impressed by how good it looked with my shirt on that I cried. For such a terrible event in my life they made this experience amazing!!
