Arrived at 10:05p, closed one hour earlier that advertised. Would not recommend. Huge waste of time driving 20 mins here when they advertised open until 11pm!! Poor follow thru... We used to really like coming here. If the store policy is "Once you walk out that door friend you absolutely can't exchange that item for something else even if you have only opened the package, you have exited the store therefore you will be keeping that item unless there is something glaringly wrong with it". The issue here is that we were told basically if it wasn't what we were looking for and as long as you didn't use it come on back and exchange it and that is not the case at all. I have been to several different stores and by far this is my favorite. The store is clean, well organized and inviting. Some stores I have been to are messy and not so inviting. You walk into this location you are always greeted with a smile and you feel comfortable. The staff here don't hover around you until you feel obligated to ask for help. They give you space and let you explore. They answer questions without making you feel like you are dumb. The prices are also extremely fair. I visited this place around Christmas time last year and I found the customer service to be pretty lacking. I know it was a new store at the time, though, so I gave it another chance today and I have to say the customer service has been stepped up in a huge way. It's clear a lot of training has happened between last December and now. The ladies that work here are super knowledgeable about everything they sell, which is good because I had lots of questions. They did a good job making me comfortable, answering questions and explaining (sometimes more than once because I didn't get it!). I bought a piece of clothing on Oct 24th. They have 30 day exchange policy if they you have your receipt and tags still attached. This item was NEVER worn!!! I called and spoke to the manager today to see if they would still exchange it. I let him know that I don't live in the area and I still have it in the original bag. He was very rude and said no. I asked if he can make an exception, I explained to him again I have the original receipt, tag is still attached and in the original bag and has not been worn. He still said No. This is horrible customer service.... I would not recommend going here. read more

Let me start off by saying that if this is the first sex store you are considering on going to, DO NOT GO. Go down the street to touch of romance where you will get a FAR better experience. If your goal is to leave uncomfortable and happy to get out of the door then this is the place to go. Let me preface by saying I have been to multiple adult stores so I really don't feel awkward or uncomfortable going anymore but this place will make you regret going. There was no music when I went in so it was dead silent. The employee that was there looked tired and immediately asked for my IDs. While I have no problem showing my ID even after she saw I was of age offered no help. Didn't ask if I had been there before or if there was anything in particular I was looking for. I only went here because touch of romance ran out of something I liked (which should tell you how busy they get) so I decided to come here. I was lost in the store, clearly evident I had never been there and she still didn't offer help. There was also no one else in the store. All in all, never going back here and unless you know exactly what you want and no where else has it, I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more
