First, the ladies in the store were excellent. THis is my second review. I wrote the first one after they helped me and I still love them for it. What I'm writing about is the Lovers Gem (Butt) Plug Set. I'm a newbie to this so I started small but my body sucked the thing in. My partner had to help me get it out and it hurt a lot. Maybe one of the scarier situations I've been in when messing around with my darlin. So, I'm just warning anyone thinking of trying these, the ends are not big enough to ensure safety. Employees are nice and helpful, open, and not judgmental or awkward. I haaate that the name was changed from ConRev, the new name gives me the creeps. The real downside to this store is there's almost no parking available in front, and just a little in back. But the parking lot in the back is always covered in garbage, and because it looks derelict and trashy, it attracts a rough and scary crowd. Druggies will stand back there and stare at you when you park to go to the store. If that was my store, I'd be sending an employee out there with a broom and a plastic bag every once in a while. read more

Sadly we did not find what we were seeking. Today's stress relief shenanigans resulted in a toymergency. This spot seemed to have a wide selection,but sadly, we could not find a toy that was right-sized, vibrating and built fora standard harness. Bummer/or more accurately no bummer. I always had a great experience at the Orange location. So I stopped by to see if they had internal condoms. The two women working that day didn't seem to know what I was talking about, even after mentioning its alternate name, "female condom." They brought over a dental dam and said to my partner and I that we could use it in lieu of one. This is *not* true and is dangerous misinformation. Although they were nice during the entire process, we were confused and ended up just leaving the store. I was informed enough not to know the difference. But someone else might not be. Internal condoms, unfortunately, aren't everyday items. But it's definitely a product that sex shop workers should be familiar with. It was shocking and concerning that I knew more.
