The flums they are selling are either fakes or faulty. All of the ones I have bought from them burn out too soon, taste bad, or misfire. This is consistently an issue when I buy them from this store specifically. The other smoke shops in the area do not have this problem with flums. The owners will swear this is not the case and one or two faulty ones is known to happen, but this is every time. I want to do more research on how to tell fake flums but beware, they do not sell quality product. read more

I purchased a torch lighter on Friday after getting a haircut from the barber across the street. I live in Irvine and decided to shop local and contribute to the local economy rather then my usual online order. There is no way to test the product before leaving the store. When I got home Friday and attempted to use it for a the first time, it "popped" and It didn't light and only makes the sound as if it is working. My kids were sick all day Saturday so I could couldn't drive back to coasts Mesa. Today, Sunday afternoon I dropped by since I was running errands in the area and wanted to simple exchange it for another one (even cheaper) but the manager on duty said "no, best he could do was give me $1 off my next purchase". The owner Steve wouldn't allow him to ever return or exchange anything. Only 1 or 2$ off a new purchase. Why would I buy another product from a place that operates like this? Also, Steve you should know your manager on duty vapes while working in the store and customers are in it. read more

Your lack of options and unprofessionalism is why you will never have my business. Your manager training another employee does not grant him the right to be rude. Flavor is off, they last for only a day when originals last a week for those who puff a lot. It was 4pm on a Sunday and my bf was in desperate need of synthetic urine for an upcoming test but was low on funds. Typically a trusted reputable urine kit sells for $25 and up. Every smoke shop I messaged or called for an inventory and price check either was already closed, refused to give me a price via message which I thought was absolutely ridiculous or simple never responded. Holy shit this happened just now. So this morning I decided to clean all my equipment. Everything was impeccably clean, brand new I tell you. I went to take everything inside when the shitty bowl piece that I didn't even like anyway falls to the ground and shatters. Excellent start to the day right? But no biggie. So I take my clumsy ass to 9m where I'm greeted by their super chill and friendly staff. I pick up an 8 dollar 14mm bowl piece, put it in my jacket pocket, and home I go. Once home I placed the jacket on the table with the bowl inside instead of taking it out. Hours later I come back to it cause I'm ready to smoke and can you guess what happened? I pick it up and the bowl piece falls six feet onto the ground. My heart drops and I scream noo!! And expect the worst. I think back to the man working who said "do you want this wrapped" and how foolish I was for saying no. But to my surprise, THAT SHIT WAS PERFECTLY FINE. I expected my same fate as this morning. I've been unfaithful to 9m in the past, buying bowl pieces from other places since I break them too much but NEVER AGAIN. Buy your glass from here everyone it's fucking thick. -Filman read more
