The owner and everyone on his staff are extremely friendly, professional, personable, and very helpful. Every person I've interacted with has seemed genuinely amp'd to be there--which is pretty wild, because there's usually at least one disgruntled employee at every workplace--but apparently, everyone who works here never has a bad day. My consistently positive experiences have gotten me to the point where, even if I moved, I'd still drive out of my way to support their business. If you're the owner and are reading this: first off, you're amazing, and I always appreciate your help. Second, whatever resource or process you're using to hire--don't stop (and please share) because you truly have the best staff ever.

He resolved my issue and went out of his way to be even more accommodating. Came across their instagram page and was impressed by the many unique glass pieces they have posted. After going to the shop, I can attest the selection of glass pieces here is high quality and while they had a couple empty display cases at the time due to transferring some inventory to their newest shop they are restocking those soon. Overall, I've enjoyed the piece I picked up the other day, a nice addition to the collection! Plus the guy at the shop was very friendly, it was just a minor miscommunication when it came to the discount that was quickly resolved the following day by the owner Sam! Due to the nice selection and great customer service I'll def consider coming back here or their sister store to pick up more in the near future!!!
