The people here are awesome but their selection is so sad. I've been going to their Santa Ana location for years but about 5 months ago they just started having almost nothing in stock. I'm not sure if they overextended themselves with their Costa Mesa location but it's crap now in Santa Ana. The budtenders have given different reasons but "negotiating with companies" doesn't seem quite as believable this many months down the line. I've tried the CM location but it was a mess of errors on their budtenders part (lost my order I had confirmation for, didn't actually pull my order like they said, said they had all the products but there were a few they couldn't get to because they didn't know how to open the correct case for it and didn't want to call anyone for help). So now I have to go to Planet 13. They are nice and all but it would be awesome if 420 got their act together so people can start going back to them again. Again: the people working there are very nice. The complete lack of business sense (ie having no inventory) isn't their fault so no hate to them at all. read more

I came here yesterday to buy some gummies and was disappointed with all the changes. First, their selection of gummies has significantly decreased and now they don't accept credit cards anymore. I wish they would have updated this information on Yelp so that I would have been better prepared. I am going to have to find a new place for my next purchase that accepts credit cards. I don't believe in carrying cash and refuse to pay fees to withdraw my money from their ATM or debit systems. Hope they improve their practices. read more

This place was bit hard to find since it was tucked away in an industrial park. However, once we found it, everything was great from there. Clean, safe, and friendly staff. We came in close to closing time, but did not feel rushed at all. Highly recommend! read more

I have been using 420 central and I am always impressed by the deals whether I'm in the clinic or online the times that I have been in the clinic, the customer service has been wonderful. The store is clean very well organized brightly lit and I have recommended a few people that I know to visit the clinic I recently bought a hat from the clinic and I did get a lot of compliments on it. I even had a gentleman take a picture of my hat, and hopefully he visits you guys and every time I've had my medicine delivered to my home. It's usually a gentleman by the name of Chris. Always kind. Service was very helpful in explaining all the questions I had and polite! They carried all sorts of vape cartridges, edibles, and actual bud. Different strains for different effects you're needing. This place used to be my go-to place. Not anymore. When did you guys decide to have 80% less inventory? I go in there the other day to buy what I typically buy, you were out of everything and all you had was this one item. Of course I got it and brought it home and it was literal trash. It happened to be a disposable to take to a concert, and the battery didn't last at all and to charge it required the oldest charger that nobody uses on anything anymore. Have you been to the other dispensaries? They have lots and lots and lots of inventory. So whoever is in charge of that over there needs to step up. Even during a pandemic, 420 Central continues to be a great spot to fulfill my cannabis needs. Before COVID-19, I was using CBD primarily for aches and pains from injuries and working out, now, I use it to calm down after going down a rabbit hole of news articles and watching scare videos. Much different times, but still a necessity. Though I don't have a lot of experience with dispensaries, this one is still my fave. Not only are the employees knowledgeable, they're taking the necessary precautions to ensure both the staff and patrons are safe. Everyone must have a mask when entering, little touch-points if you're an existing customer, the lobby is spread out for social distancing, and there's plenty of hand sanitizer around so there's no excuse not to use it. My doses are low, so I don't have to come back very often, but when I need more, I know where to find it. Also, if you have friends that need anything, make sure to refer them, you get a credit on future purchases as well! read more

Best clinic in the OC area hands down! I've been to way too many clinics and either the the quality was poor, or the workers made me uncomfortable, wasn't clear, or didn't care but this place is different. We tried warming it with a lighter and we tried ripping out the crutch but it was the actual flower inside that was clogged. You couldn't suck any smoke out of it. We returned back after dinner the same night but was told they could only give me a 20% discount towards my next order. I said to forget it that I won't be returning back ever. $41 down the drain! The receipt says, "Exchanges within 30 days will be honored for defective products." The manager said they only do exchanges on cartridges. If that's the case then why add this on their receipt? High prices do not mean high quality at this store. That joint should have taken us to another level but all it did was make us mad and frustrated!

If the website let me place the order, the store should be able to fulfill it. And if it can't, the website should say so up front instead of letting me get all the way through checkout first.
