STIIIZY - Costa Mesa - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

Recently, I was informed that a fellow security guard failed to address his proper name when asked. His unprofessional behavior was further compounded by his inappropriate reference to a name that was not his own. He identified himself as Miguel, despite being a white security guard of Asian descent. I am dissatisfied with Tuan's service. He approached me and greeted me with a casual "hey, your backkk :)" which I found unprofessional. I remain unhappy with Tuan's conduct, and any future interactions with him will be perceived as hostile due to my previous experiences, which I have reported to management. My previous experience consisted of an individual named Obi who screamed at me while exiting the building. Coaching should've been implemented. Next steps should be separation. This sort of behavior would never be allowed at a dispensary or any sort of restaurant/ business. Unacceptable. I had reached out to support to receive an update. An individual named Obi couple months ago had exited the building & had raised his voice screaming at me saying "WHY DO YOU KEEP ASKING FOR ME. YOUR WIERD, STOP ASKING FOR ME" a tall black male security was present at the time. I was a regular at this location but no longer will be coming back due to my experiences. I felt threatened. I had spoken to management, unfortunately my options are limited. Stiiizy should be considered a welcoming cannabis industry. This sort of behavior is concerning and un-comforting. Never have I ever seen or experienced someone being yelled at for just being kind. I will be resuming to go to the Paularino & Bristol location! Amazing service over there and everyone understands the concept of customer service! They even address me by my own name sometimes which goes above and beyond. read more

Rude and unhelpful employee I went to the Stiiizy store at 2710 Harbor Blvd, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 to buy a vape cartridge and battery. I asked about the discounts, but the employee named Ashley just pointed at the sign on the glass and made me figure out the prices myself. She gave zero help, didn't greet me, didn't say hello, and had a very cold and annoyed attitude like I was bothering her. I told her I didn't want her service and asked for another employee. Thankfully, the other girl Savannah was very helpful and polite. Still, Ashley's service was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. read more

My son was assaulted on the premises by two men and security guards did not call for medical attention.

I've been told before never to come to this location in Costa Mesa because apparently this Stiiizy location sells low grade as high grade and after dropping 140 today here the bud was very much low grade. I've been smoking for 30+years and never have i bought high grade only to discover it to be old and stale. Threw it all away. Couldn't even smoke it. Figure it out Stiiizy. I purchased some of their Infused 40's flower and unfortunately it had black mold throughout the package. I reported it to Priya (Priya is awesome) and the on duty manager on March 28th. Today I returned to stock up on some flower and all the infused flower is now displayed bottom side up to show no more mold issues. The sad part is no one was able to compensate me for the bad flower. I was instructed to go do it online which was extremely problematic. Today's manager on duty was unable and unhelpful in the matter. Could this be my last visit?? Only time will tell. Oh well, live and learn. read more

The most welcoming place where you can ask a billion questions and have genuine conversation with. This location has some of the most kindest, sweetest people I have ever met. I find it funny how not too long ago I was able to go to 420 central stizzy and came into this stizzy dispo and got first time deal. Today I referred my partner and she got denied the first time deal because she's been to other stizzy locations. Mind you we were gonna end up spending $300 after taxes and all. But walked out anyways.: Mega store money hungry.. never been to a mega store (off the charts, catalyst, jungle boys) and got denied their fist time deal. And they have lots of stores back to back in the same area, who don't mind giving the costumer the first time deal. Also your workers should be more welcoming. read more

Not very friendly. No first time visitors discount or gift. Large and impersonal. Prices were fair. With as much competition as there is I don't see myself returning. read more

I have been using delivery for over a year , many times they would be 1 to 2 hours late , but id get a credit so I kept using tge service , over time they added a delivery fee and taxes ... then would be 2 to 3 hours late and not add the credit , so it dont seem like good business etiquette to me and inconvenient to be waiting a couple hours past the delivery window and added fees ... read more

Do not tip here they will accuse you of stealing out of there pathetic jar that only a toddlers hand can fit through and flag your ID. I know times are rough but seriously lol. No need for me to steal when I make 200k a year. The fact that you all in convenience me every time I go in unless I'm wearing my expensive suits for work and accuse me of doing something I didn't do is crazy to me. Last time I ever tip at this establishment better to be safe than accused of something I didn't do and inconvenienced as a weekly customer I will practice a 5 feet away from the tip jar policy just for you all read more

STIIIZY Costa Mesa is clean, organized, and easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking, friendly security, and quick check-in. I was helped by Priya (pronounced Pree-yuh)--she was awesome. Super helpful, in a great mood, and gave spot-on recommendations. You can tell she knows her stuff and actually cares about your experience. Prices were solid, selection was great, and the whole team kept the vibe easy and professional. Definitely coming back. read more

I come here once a week maybe once every other week. Their customer service is just hit or miss. It's young people some older crowd as well regardless they could all use a boost in some energy. It's stiiizy all they could truly improve is ambiance with their workers and better QC on certain products. Have had to go in and exchange carts due to them leaking. read more

I'm a regular that went here weekly after work around the corner but my last visit was so disappointing, I ONLY EVER get all in ones and asked her a question about them, she handed me a menu so I ordered from it and turns out she gave me the pod menu... and i unknowingly bought pods when I have no batt, their resolution was that I just had to buy a batt as well bc they can't exchange it even though it WASNT my mistake, I usually get along w everyone here very well but very frustrating with how they dealt with this and will be going to catalyst from now on:(... also the pods the scammed me into buying are BOTH STICKY read more

The security guard doesn't speak with words, he just stares at you and uses his hands to ask for your ID and to walk a certain direction. It's a really odd and disrespectful interaction and I am not sure why they choose to have him there. Very replaceable position and he sets the mood for the customers and makes you feel disrespected as you wait in line. The second time going I tried to ask what he wants as he made his hand gestures and just stares back and refuses to say anything or use his words. He better be mute. read more

Very disappointed. My husband comes here often and I go in and get them for him. This one time I was talking to a young gentleman and we were talking about DISPOSABLE FOR ABOUT 5 min. I asked the helper for a disposable. We were talking so I told him what I wanted. Blah blah. I get home and I got a carriage. Which I don't have any batteries. So I came back 5 min after purchasing it. Was opened but not used. I called them and told them I was on my way. 1 min later I was there. I got there the manager ( skinny black hair with a bunch of piercing ) indicated that she looked at the camera and I was lying?? So basically saying I was lying about what happened and she trusted her employee.. when I could word from word talk about our conversation. They basically told me I was lying and that they could not doing anything for me?? They couldn't give me another pen or I even asked for a battery. Nope was denied everything. Customer service is def lacking there with management. I will be going to corporate about this. read more

Horrible prices. Uneducated, rude budtenders, security and staff. Awful selection. No first time patient deals. No deals of any kind. Stiiizy is trying to be the new Med Man, ripping off their customers just because it's a name brand store? Avoid this place at all costs, an insult to any cannabis user. read more

Pretty chill spot, I come here to get carts for my stiizy battery and they are always friendly and quick to get my stuff and have me out in a jiffy. It's off the fwy and there's a 7/11 and a pizza spot for munchies or whatnot. Overall a good time here read more

They don't update the menu. Employees are rude . Plenty of other places to pickup your cannabis .

This store is always immaculate. You can tell the staff is happy here. They take awesome care of this store for sure. I had Destiny helping me out. Let me tell you. Girl needs a promotion! I been buying from STIIIZY since 2019, im the type of consumer that doesn't return clogged pods, I just buy another one. recently In the past month or maybe two months I have been given these stiiizy disposable full grams pens, that have a sticker on the mouth area and use a different chargers. These random stiiizy disposable full grams pens have no flavor when it's suppose to be skywalker OG. I didn't say another the first time but since then I have gone back and maybe 1out of every 3 end up being like that. I tried to say something but stiiizy gives me no other choice then to wright this review. Check your pods/disposable pens before walking out. The LA location , the Costa Mesa location and the one off the 55 freeway. Has given me these random stiiizy flavorless pens. With a sticker and non type C charger input. Be aware and check your pens before leaving the stiiizy store read more

Order number 65541 your customer service is so bad and you guys just keep lying over the phone. Whoever I spoke with on the phone at 8pm is just petty and should be fired. If I could give this place 100/5 stars I would! Everyone who works here is literally so kind and cool and wonderful. I come here often and they are always so cool and quick and well organized. I came tonight with a complicated return and they were so cool and nice and understanding and helped me out !! If you have to get weed anywhere get it here. They also have the best deals and it's the cheapest place to get weed like anywhere lol.
