Been here Twice. The first time I was not happy with my carts and felt something was off about…read morethem. Tonight I bought a cart and disposable and the box was suspiciously easy to open which made me irritated immediately because I knew that wasn't right. They had opened the box already/ it wasn't even sealed. They just slapped their own sticker over it to make it look like it was a sealed and authentic product. Checked the lot numbers on them and they were FAKE. This place has some audacity to OVERCHARGE for FAKE products. Smoking FAKE products is NOT SAFE. For your health and wallet just go somewhere else. When I got on yelp and saw this place wasn't licensed I was heated.

They had a lot of really good, solid brands, including some flavors and products I had never seen before. I really liked that we were able to walk around, check out different brands, and pick out our own products without feeling pressured to buy anything. The whole experience felt almost like shopping at a grocery store--you can take your time and look around without feeling rushed. When I had questions, Andre was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was able to give us helpful information without being pushy. Both Ian and Andre were friendly, welcoming, and made the experience really enjoyable. Definitely appreciate the relaxed atmosphere, great selection, and knowledgeable staff. We'll definitely be coming back!

I had a very disappointing experience here. I went in expecting to pay the online sale price of…read more$17.50 for a vape pen, but I was told I had to buy two to get the BOGO deal, bringing my total to about $35. I agreed and paid. The cashier went to get the products but came back with only one. When I told her she never gave me the second one, she insisted she already had and said they would need to review the security video. At that point, I had already paid, and it was embarrassing to be treated like I was trying to get something for free when I was simply asking for the product I had purchased. The manager eventually stepped in and gave me the second vape, confirming I should have received it. What was disappointing is that no one apologized for the mistake or how I was treated. Everyone makes mistakes, but good customer service means owning them. I left feeling disrespected and won't be returning.

Completely unprofessional management and bait-and-switch deals…read more Drove 30 minutes after work specifically for their advertised 50% off First-Time Patient (FTP) deal. When confirming at the counter, the budtender claimed the entire store was "already 50% off" and deals don't stack--a misleading pricing structure that makes the advertised FTP discount functionally Mid-conversation, the employee turned away from me to greet another customer. When she turned back, she unprovokedly asked if I "had a problem" with her doing that. I had not said a single word. When I told her I hadn't complained, she doubled down, stating my "face said it all." Stunned by the confrontation, I asked to speak with a manager, only for her to announce that she was the manager. Rather than de-escalating or handling a basic transaction, she had the security guard kick me out of the store. When I asked security for contact information for general management or the shop owner to report the incident, they refused to provide anything. I came in ready to make a straightforward purchase and was met with hostility, invented drama over a facial expression, and an abuse of power by the on-duty manager.
