I checked out the Jaderoom after my friend told me about them. It's a little out of the way off Harbor Blvd but it's worth the detour. It is a huge warehouse with a parking lot and street parking available. You need to check in with the receptionist when you first get there and they have a bud tender help you find your products. They aren't pushy and they don't follow you around like I've experienced in other dispensaries. Whether I place the order online or go in to browse, the bud tenders are always sure to make sure I get a good deal. The other day I ordered some Alien Labs and a couple pre-rolls, through weed maps and the bud tender double checked my order. She noticed my order qualified for a promo and I got another .5 gram for $1. I've even ordered delivery. Depends on your city location, there is a minimum you need to buy. The communication is through Weedmaps and they take cash and or debit and credit cards. Anyway, always check out the deals online and or call ahead. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The Jaderoom is the best place to get your products! read more

Joke of a business and obviously incompetent people. Placed an order today for "delivery " near $300 I get a call from dispatch 2 hours later telling me the driver has arrived and waiting outside. With no heads up. Just a call out the blue. I ask " please use the front door" this is where the stupidy really starts to shine for jaderoom. The bright young girl on the phone responds " uh they can't come into your house" and it has to be "visible" in my head NO SH.T ! It's 4pm and the sun is still hight in the sky? Nor do I want a random teenager in my house. Wtf ? I asked again - "Ask the driver to knock on the front door." Please , I'm not opening my garage to walk outside in front of my entire neighborhood like a bust and hand some douche $300 cash for a couple vape pens. Never have and never will. The girl tells me OK, they will have driver use the door and ends the call....... 3 mins later...... Then the dumb driver calls me a second time again to tell me he's outside sitting in his car. I explain to this dingus like the last re re I spoke to " USE THE FRONT DOOR" please. Kid tries to tell me they can't use the door and I have to come meet at his car lol Bottom line - if you are an adult that vaules time and PRIVACY - DONT USE THIS SERVICE They are a bust read more

I was impressed with the delivery service and how accurate they were with my big order. Thank you for your great selection and service.

First and foremost big shout to Carlos for being patient with me and my girlfriend since we asked so much questions. I felt bad I could only tip you $1 I'm sorry man!!! Regardless this place is clean and has a great variety that me and my girlfriend wanted to explore and just ask non-stop questions. They have different specialties depending on the day from to M-Su. I've been here three times and each staff member I have came into contact with is well educated about the products, the effects and they also give us their personal opinions about certain items and what they like. Overall this is one of my favorite spots to go. :) read more

1st time ordering delivery. Great experience and received my order on time. Thanks to Francisco for great customer service :)

***BUYER BEWARE**** They refill their cartridges there. I told them about it and they won't honor a new product. Alexa Bardsley is saying she can only give 25% off my next purchase. I will not shop here again. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family that use this crooked shop. read more

Jaderoom is always on point. They have a wide selection from top shelf flower for your personal stash to value bud for those on a budget or those with friends that always smoke your bud, to the widest variety of drinks that I've seen in Orange County. Be sure to ask about if they have any promos, they're always getting new stuff that they'll add onto your order for a dollar to entice you to try something new. read more

AWFUL service. Major attitude and I waited about 2 hours for something to never come. DO NOT TRUST this company.

Another great shop for gummies located in OC! This was formerly The Spot's 2nd location. The exterior might look familiar but the Jaderoom did a full revamp on the interior. They did a great job utilizing all the space in the shop with glass displays and vendor booths. The check in process was a breeze. Show your ID and you're next in the queue to go in. You can roam around the shop to check out flowers, oils, gummies, etc. They have a great selection of gummies! Some brands that they carry include Smokiez, Camino, WYLD, Kanha, etc. Be sure to capitalize on your first time customer discount. I believe it's 15%. My total with tax was ~$70 for 3 gummies and 1 pre roll. Note: Last call is at 9:45PM. Last purchase need to be complete by 9:59PM. Looking forward to coming back and checking out the rest of Jaderoom's selection of goodies. read more

Thank you for your help Kayla! Awesome smoke! Became my favorite stop for some top shelf herb! Most definitely recommended!

Nice place, the workers were knew their shit and recommend some good ass strains. Would visit again.

Had a good experience here. They have a lot of selections and the brands that I am familiar with. They also have personal budtender that walks with you which is a little different from other places I've been to. read more

Horribly long eta times and still have the audacity to charge extra for using card and that little gimic where they have to round up to give change. Just pathetic how these places operate these days. Sad they have to try to nickel and dime at every corner read more

Weed is my medicine of choice as I treat for black mold. I was afraid I couldn't sleep as I ran out the night before and ordered it from Jade this morning as last night it was too late to get delivery at 9 PM. Anyway, I also use it for my appetite as the mold kills your appetite. So I ordered this morning and by 2 o'clock I still did not have my delivery first they wanted a photo because my drivers license didn't match my address and then they wanted a signature, and because I did not reply fast enough they canceled my order! I told them I had to leave at 3:00 for an appointment and they arrived at about 325! I still did not have my weed! I'm heading out of town tomorrow morning early and will get it at the other end. I will never use this dispensary again! read more

Website said they took debit and credit cards. That is not factual information.... They only take debit. I drove 30 minutes to be turned away... please update your website. It is very misleading and customers waste time and resources to get to your location to be turned away. read more

For the first time using a dispensary, you can imagine that I might be a bit intimidated, however using the Jade Room web site was easy and informative, as was the ease of placing an order! When I went to pick up my order (curb side service), Briana D. was there to assist in setting up payment and bringing my order to me. Briana was extremely knowledgable, friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to do business with. I mentioned to her that I was picking up an order for a family member who is going through cancer treatment and she assured me that the products that I had purchased were the correct ones to use. I appreciated her input which helped put my mind at ease! Thanks to Briana for making my shopping experience at Jade Room a positive one! Daniel T. read more

Per website and state law, 10 Pm is closing time. Arrived at 946pm, tried to make a purchase and the manager said no go, we cannot help you. Ridiculous. I came from out of town and found them on Weedmaps, such a giant waste of time. Don't list your hours as 10pm if they are 945pm. Don't waste your time here, they don't even care about your money or business. They had to go home whatever. read more

Jaderoom OC is absolutely RAD. The expansive space has a real tradeshow exhibition hall feel, complete with all kinds of colorful, FUN brand displays. The prices are fair, the selection is good, and the location is convenient (right off Harbor Blvd. near Fountain Valley/Santa Ana/Costa Mesa corridor). The staff is really exceptional, especially the manager Lex and budtenders/product experts Kalee and Justine. It's a great dispensary. Check it out! read more

I have a suspicion when it gets near the end of the day, they postpone the order until closer to closing (even if it's like 3 hours away) - probably so they cancel and immediately be safe from angry calls. Only order if you plan on being stuck home all day with no ETA. read more

I'm a big care bear at heart and emotional, one of these ladies working here gave me such an ugly attitude on my first day here and wasnt knowledgeable on anything only the prices. I just wanted to know what do people usually really like and enjoy picking out from here and if there was any deals on anything and there she was making my day bad and embarrassing me in front of others. In a way I felt she was calling me stupid. Never again will I come here. Sorry guys. read more

This place is amazing! It's like an apple store for Mary Jane and the service is spectacular Everyone is so friendly and so knowledgeable on their products. Everything I've bought from this place I've loved and there's still so much more for me to try I always recommend this clinic to anybody who likes to have a lot of options or anybody who needs some guidance on what to get. They've got great discounts on products every time I go in and sometimes they even have fun events with taco trucks and fun side things to check out, where other vendors will come down & introduce their cool products They even have delivery service and it comes pretty quickly which is super awesome Definitely my go-to clinic from now on! read more

JadeRoom OC = Service I had such a great experience here! The moment you walk in you're greeted by a receptionist. The day I went in Lexi was working and she was awesome!
