I've been going here for over a year! The staff is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had my favorites write their name down for this review and lost the paper unfortunately. Even the security staff is friendly and greets you with a smile. Their products are always top tier and prices are extremely competitive. The establishment itself is always clean with 2 restrooms and 2 ATMs. There's Los of parking and it's conveniently just 5 minutes away from the 405 freeway. The best part about New Generation is that they won't get raided and shut down like many other bud houses I've visited over Orange County that pop up and are red tagged a few months later. Selection is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, fairly priced, BUT... In these times where a pandemic is running rampant, I find is irresponsible to have the following happen at Next Generation: 1) The security guard has a mask. That he puts under his nose. To ONLY cover his mouth. So when he looks at your driver's license, he literally breathe on it, risking contamination. That dude is patient zero if anything happens in the area. 2) Accepting maskless patrons. I saw two guys not wearing anything, going about their shopping, unbothered by the staff. And it makes sense they don't enforce the policy because... 3) Even management doesn't wear a mask. One snazzy looking bald guy, with a sateen shirt that was too small and pointy, shiny shoes came out from the back, wearing nothing but a smile as he moved around the place, maskless. It's OK, the facility is conveniently located near the 405 freeway and Harbor blvd. This place only takes cash which is annoying and the ATM charges you $2.75 fee. Bring cash, the bud tenders are mostly friendly.. every now and then you get that one person who is annoyed to be at work and doesn't care about your questions or concerns. but for the most part i've had good experiences. Only thing that bugs me is that my usual favorite weed is almost always out.. i mean if it's that popular why not stock more! other than that i keep coming back because they already have me on their system and i know which strands work for me. :-) read more

I ended up spending $180 something dollars to try all the different stuff he was showing me. It all seemed so perfect for what I needed.
