Every time I come to town I stop in to this lovely local shop. The staff are very kind, patient & knowledgeable. The products here are top quality from the flowers to the edibles. I picked up some Farmer and the Felon pre-rolls that were very good tasting. WYLD gummies are really nice before bedtime when I have aches and pains. The prices were reasonable and I really enjoyed the variety of statins available. If you need to get some meds stop on in. They are there to serve the community. read more

Place is visibly hidden. Big N and leaf is what caught my eye. Location is pretty calm and discreet. Large lobby area. Guard checking IDs upon entering. Sweet calm staff. Decent pricing. Would dig recommend when in a quick pinch vs larger more populated shops if you like going in and leaving just as quickly. Hi magazines available for customers. Loved it! Def would go back! read more

Dario & Yardia took solid care of us!!! Excellence service. Answered all our questions. Beautiful shop. Beautiful people! read more

Great place that has seen much better days . They have zero stock in my last two trips, any questions were briskly swept away by the very disrespectful and unprofessional young man whom must be the owners son . It's a crying shame after being a customer for 4 years but oh well , not the only place in town. They won't be around long read more

I've been going here for over a year! The staff is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had my favorites write their name down for this review and lost the paper unfortunately. Even the security staff is friendly and greets you with a smile. Their products are always top tier and prices are extremely competitive. The establishment itself is always clean with 2 restrooms and 2 ATMs. There's Los of parking and it's conveniently just 5 minutes away from the 405 freeway. The best part about New Generation is that they won't get raided and shut down like many other bud houses I've visited over Orange County that pop up and are red tagged a few months later. They are an above the bar cannabis house with amazing selections and staff. read more

Dude ... and ladies and gentleman we need more hard working Americans like all the wonderful crew at NG. Always courteous and respectful. Greta prices and clean atmosphere. I would have rated 10 stars but the security guard 1 out of 4 is to security for "my high-&$$ bougie" ... jk! read more

Emmanuel was fantastic!! Great deals on fabulous weed!! Thank you for coming through when I needed great weed

I have been shopping at your store in Santa Anna for more than 3 years. If you can't stock your advertised items why should I buy from you! . I guess I should go to garden grove or Stanton RIGHT. I guess you can't do it with nothing on your shelf. Sincerely: Shad Miller read more

Haven't been here lately but they have some new brands and products. Still find the best prices here and weekly deals. Take advantage of their patient appreciation days, especially since 4:20 is coming up, they always throw a great party. Love that there's always parking available and I feel safe here. read more

Went there at 3:50 good experience only this that was that the guard was very annoying asking to bring him pizza and selling his electronics thinking it's a swap meet I thought I was at a dispensary not a swap meet would give a 5 star but deserved a 3 only for the childish guard and annoying guard change afternoon guard or you guys will loose customers read more

The stuff are very friendly and courteous. They have great products, excellent prices And good deals.

Yeah not a happy customer, first time and last time going, who ever is rolling the joints and sealing them up are stealing straight, I bought a joint that's sealed, opened it up and nothing! For people buying those sealed joints I suggested you open it in front of them, because they will get you, I'd expect this from places from the hood read more

This place is got the best of the best!! Marissa and Evelyn helped me out today and they know what's up! Good people and good greens ! read more

I only stopped in for stiiizy pod refills, but they had a good selection of half gram and full gram refills. Clean place and nice service! I'm surprised that some other reviews are confused about cash-only at a dispensary, but yes cash only and make sure to tip! Discount for first-time visitors and really easy check-in for returners. Mask required. read more

Friendly people. Easy in n out after checking ID. Easy pay - ATM available. Organized and clean w parking right outside. read more

If you thought this place was Mid before don't bother going now as it is straight up booty cheeks. Only thing they have in stock is cheap brands i never heard of. They want you to pay a membership fee, yet the store is empty read more

Another excellent experience at the New Generation. Francisco "Paco" Rodriguez was super, and had a great custom cap

Selection is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, fairly priced, BUT... In these times where a pandemic is running rampant, I find is irresponsible to have the following happen at Next Generation: 1) The security guard has a mask. That he puts under his nose. To ONLY cover his mouth. So when he looks at your driver's license, he literally breathe on it, risking contamination. That dude is patient zero if anything happens in the area. 2) Accepting maskless patrons. I saw two guys not wearing anything, going about their shopping, unbothered by the staff. And it makes sense they don't enforce the policy because... 3) Even management doesn't wear a mask. One snazzy looking bald guy, with a sateen shirt that was too small and pointy, shiny shoes came out from the back, wearing nothing but a smile as he moved around the place, maskless. If you're worried about your security, do not go there. read more

This is a first for me leaving a review for anything. I have been a long time customer at your business. It's remarkable how well the sales staff is trained I'm in retail high in sales . One of the standout employees is Kristina M. She is knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and genuinely cares about customers. She always has a smile, and seems to be able to find the good in people. The world needs more of people like her. If anyone reading this or from New generation wants to contact me my email address is bradsellsfun@gmail.com. read more

The absolutely first dispensary to not accept my electronic version of my medical. I've been to plenty of dispensaries and have had my med card for a while now and have never ran into this problem read more

First time visiting this place, it's really nice inside, everything is easy to ready and the staff is friendly and eager to help! Having a little pain and difficulty sleeping well. They helped me find something for these issues. I'm not a smoker so there were other options. Highly recommended. Very professional establishment! read more

It's OK, the facility is conveniently located near the 405 freeway and Harbor blvd. This place only takes cash which is annoying and the ATM charges you $2.75 fee. Bring cash, the bud tenders are mostly friendly.. every now and then you get that one person who is annoyed to be at work and doesn't care about your questions or concerns. but for the most part i've had good experiences. Only thing that bugs me is that my usual favorite weed is almost always out.. i mean if it's that popular why not stock more! other than that i keep coming back because they already have me on their system and i know which strands work for me. :-) read more

I got the wrong strain of weed. The manager made sure I got the right kind of flower. Thank you so much for great service and your time. Definitely coming back read more

Best legal shop around. Security is normal not like all other weird ones. People in the shop are AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I can't stress this enough. They are not like other shops/bud tenders. They give you real feedback and very helpful options. Almost always spot on for description of flavor and high of all items. My go to weekly shop. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you guys. You guys rock!!! read more

My fav dispensary. The best stuff, good crazy deals, amazing people who works there definitely recommend

I gave this place a try tonight not knowing what I'm doing whatsoever! I'm not a smoker & haven't been a huge fan of anything I've really tried in the past. I met someone named Perry & he was more than helpful. He took 20 plus minutes to let me ask a million questions & he explained in major detail all the different products I wanted to know about! I ended up spending $180 something dollars to try all the different stuff he was showing me. It all seemed so perfect for what I needed. I suffer from chronic back pain & am at the point that I will try just about anything! I am so beyond happy I found this place. I'll be going back & looking for Perry when I want help in the future! I live 45 minutes away & will be happy to keep coming back to this gem! I recommend this place to anyone & especially someone like me that has no clue what they are doing! Great job Perry! I'm sold! read more

Recently I've been in a slew of bad luck I've been homeless for over a year and I just barely started working and I didn't know how I was going to make it for Christmas for my kids but New generation stepped in and donated Christmas toys for all of my boys these people have the hugest heart they are so kind. I love New Generation bc it's close to my house and the budtenders are always friendly and never steer me wrong. Jonathan helped me out tonight and he did a great job of suggesting a new strain to me. I'll be a loyal customer here for a long time to come! read more

Theres this bald headed tatted up employee that keeps on lying to me and all my friends every time we walk in there he'll tell you another lie it's starting to actually get us angry‍‍ he'll tell you "it's 20 for the half gram and 35 for the full gram" and when we open up the stapled bag after we leave we're stuck with a half gram of something we didn't even want... His attitude is very fake and the lies he tells us makes us feel betrayed and disrespected Hasn't just happened once it's everyone he sees.. This place is super unprofessional. read more
