Regardless, he gave me no time to explain or reword what I had asked for.. he then yelled at me to get the fuck out of his store.. I was shocked. I turned away and said "ok crazy I'm leaving"... he yelled at me again to get the fuck out.. as I'm walking out, he turned around, grabbed a baseball bat and pointed it at my boyfriend.. all because I asked for a vape mod. My boyfriend told him not to speak to me like that, mind you we are already OUTSIDE of the store... he charged at him with the bat. I got scared so I begged my boyfriend to leave it be and get in the car. terrifying experience... you guys need to absolutely check who is either running that place or who is being employed there. It tasted sour and weird. After reading more reviews on this business and doing my own personal research.. I definitely got sold a fake vape/expired vape. I went back to the smoke shop off of Adam's. Bought the same brand, same flavor... tried it and it was a completely different taste and even the color of the juice inside. Which made my assumption correct. These vapes look legit. They have the area where you can scratch off and get a code to verify if your vape is real or not. or EXPIRED. It was gross. Just go down brookhurst a mile or so and go to the next smoke shop/vape store. Do not waste your time or your money. I didn't even stop back in to try to get my money back or possibly get it exchanged. Again after reading the reviews it seems like the owner is a little slimy. I hate leaving these reviews but this one I just had to warn people! Stay away!

The owner and everyone on his staff are extremely friendly, professional, personable, and very helpful. Every person I've interacted with has seemed genuinely amp'd to be there--which is pretty wild, because there's usually at least one disgruntled employee at every workplace--but apparently, everyone who works here never has a bad day. My consistently positive experiences have gotten me to the point where, even if I moved, I'd still drive out of my way to support their business. If you're the owner and are reading this: first off, you're amazing, and I always appreciate your help. Every employee here is a genuine good, friendly person. The owner, Eddie, is one of the greatest human beings I've ever met, and his family is amazing, I love them to death. Danni, Mark, Bryan, Damon, Johnny, Max, Baron, etc. all excellent employees in their own right, past and present. In these times of B.S. regulation, and flavor bans due to media twisting facts, I find it of the upmost importance to do my part in keeping Vapor HB a home for the healthier alternative to Tobacco. Sure, there are other local shops that are great in their own right, but nobody does it with the heart and soul that Vapor Hb does, and has for years and years. Their selection is always on point, and as long as you have an open mind, you will always find something here for you. Their house juices are actually good, Bunnies Milk, Mango Berry, Apple Berry, Grady G, etc, all great flavors. They recently fired a young lady who put in countless hours and energy into the shop for over 4 years! She was the only reason I kept coming back. This Sam guy is a true dirtbag, hitting on her and begging to take her out, while he has a wife and probably kids back home. Shops like this give the industry a bad name.
