Since it was our first time, he took the time to explain how the dispensary was set up, showed us where everything was located, and even gave us a little background about the dispensary. They had a lot of really good, solid brands, including some flavors and products I had never seen before. I really liked that we were able to walk around, check out different brands, and pick out our own products without feeling pressured to buy anything. The whole experience felt almost like shopping at a grocery store--you can take your time and look around without feeling rushed. When I had questions, Andre was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was able to give us helpful information without being pushy. I had a very disappointing experience here. I went in expecting to pay the online sale price of $17.50 for a vape pen, but I was told I had to buy two to get the BOGO deal, bringing my total to about $35. I agreed and paid. The cashier went to get the products but came back with only one. When I told her she never gave me the second one, she insisted she already had and said they would need to review the security video. At that point, I had already paid, and it was embarrassing to be treated like I was trying to get something for free when I was simply asking for the product I had purchased. The manager eventually stepped in and gave me the second vape, confirming I should have received it. What was disappointing is that no one apologized for the mistake or how I was treated. Upon placing my order I arrived to the shop and the gate was closed. I called the number and the gentleman advised me someone would be right out. After a couple mins I called back and advised no one came out and was told someone would be out in 1-2 mins. A man then exited the building through the back side door and told me he wouldn't be fulfilling my order because they are closed and I let him know I called and was told someone would be right out. He then began yelling and being disrespectful. I called the number back and was advised again that someone would be out to fulfill the order. The same guy came out again and asked if weed was worth losing my life and went to a white truck and retrieved a gun, clocked it back and returned inside. A police rep has been made! Never coming back to this location ever again lol. Raced here and got to the gate at 948 security asked if I had an online order I said no he said no walk ins. he said try haven Down the road. I drove off and started looking at weed maps when I remember I've been here so many times right about closing I get the same thing every time I'm in and out what's going on? Well I called kannibus works Stanton location at 9:52 and Jeff answered said im good as long as I'm there before 956 basically. (But I arrived at 948 and was told to go to haven?) Well I came back and stood at the gate ignored by Jeff while he cleaned the doors and the security guard until 959 when I admitted defeat. When I used to go to Catalyst and there was something wrong with the products they always switched them for one that works with no hesitation . I started going to Kannabis for the deals but sadly sometimes pods or disposables come out defective and when I try to switch it they make a really big deal and don't even change it instead they completely make you buy a new one with no discount. I find this really pathetic ! If a customer is not happy about their item I believe they should do something about it !! Jeff in particular will ask you millions of questions in such a rude tone . 0/10 don't recommend this place never going back ! read more

They wouldn't do anything about it to make up for it and had no customer service to support whatsoever. They suggested I take it up with Stizzy.
