The front staff was friendly and told me I would receive 30% off as a first-time customer, but at checkout they clarified the discount only applied if you spent $30 or more. On my way out, the front staff asked if I got the discount and mentioned I was also supposed to receive a free pre-roll, but neither ended up being offered. Even with the miscommunication, the dispensary itself was very clean, organized, and had a large selection of cannabis products. There was also plenty of parking right in front, which made the visit convenient. Overall, a decent experience with good product options, but customer communication could be improved.

When I calmly addressed the way he was speaking to her, he became defensive, muttered comments under his breath, and walked away in what felt more like a tantrum than leadership. A manager sets the standard for customer service -- and this was not it. What was most concerning was the behavior that followed. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he repeatedly walked past us glaring, creating an uncomfortable and confrontational atmosphere. That is not how a manager should conduct himself in front of customers or staff. We value professionalism and mutual respect. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far below that standard. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location. Customer service starts at the top. I hope ownership takes this seriously.

We tried warming it with a lighter and we tried ripping out the crutch but it was the actual flower inside that was clogged. You couldn't suck any smoke out of it. We returned back after dinner the same night but was told they could only give me a 20% discount towards my next order. I said to forget it that I won't be returning back ever. $41 down the drain! The receipt says, "Exchanges within 30 days will be honored for defective products." The manager said they only do exchanges on cartridges. If that's the case then why add this on their receipt?
