Always the best prices & customer service that's what counts also I never seen a smoke shop carry everything u could ever want and need .... Been coming here for sooooo many years since 2016 moved away came to visit my parents for the 4th and nothing has changed .... Quality is always better than knock off products that will never last .... So I thought everything is great, but the guy who originally helped me actually sucked, and all of his advice was wrong. The piece I bought literally broke the next day, but thank God, the person who helped me when I returned the broken item replaced it, and actually noticed he was talking about. They do overpriced. Extremely bad if you want cheap and good quality smoke shop products just go to Santa Ana. They are the same exact things for at least 40% cheaper. read more

Ehhh my first time trying this place and definitely my last. I would skip this place if I were you. They definitely over charge you. I came in for Rize chocolates. The guy who helped me said they were $60 for the 12g but another guy rang me up and changed me $64.99 for each and when I mentioned it he didn't honor it. He didn't even give me a receipt until I asked. I would've kept giving them my business but since they want to be shady I'll pass and take my business elsewhere. read more

The epitome of a great smokeshop, covered in street-art on a blacked-out building. Ziggy's is a modern smokeshop with all your tobacco, vaping, CDB, glass, and accessory needs. The thing that made me pull over and stop was the street-art covering the entire building, they hired some amazing local artists and the quality of the work is top-notch. I spent some time checking out the different panels before heading inside, love the astronaut one on the left. I was visiting a friend in GG and wanted to bring him something to help with stress/sleep. The staff here is VERY knowledgeable and friendly if you have a rough idea of what you are looking for. I ended up with a bag of CDB gummies that had a bit of melatonin, my friend said it gave him the best nights sleep he's had in awhile and he asked what shop they came from so I know it was good stuff. They have a lot of glass artwork, they are glass pipes but so creative, technically difficult, and sculptural that the smoking part almost becomes a secondary or tertiary function. A good example is the pirate ship in the case, worked on by 18 artists, it must be a sight to behold when being smoked from. read more

Hannah and Buddy were great to work with. They helped me get situated with a new Flower Mill grinder and took the time to make sure I knew how the different size milling plates fit into the product. Great vibes, amazing attitudes and loved that CoCo the dog was there as well. Always love stopping into Ziggy's and getting treated right! read more

OK so this is so next level Glass art! I've had my days of needing to go to the smoke shop. Spending money on bongs pipes but I've been sober for four years now. Don't ask me how it happened it was a miracle from God. Now that being said 75% of the people that I know partake. So it's definitely something I'm surrounded by. I've known my friend has been doing glass art for a long time now. Yesterday my dad and I got to go see him at work. Such intricate work. There's the store on the corner and the workshop is like A couple buildings down. That's where the real magic happens. Definitely a mesmerizing skill. Amazing collaborations with different artist. I salute you to anybody in this field of glass art. Thank you Sean for giving us a tour and explain everything so thoroughly it was an amazing experience. read more

WOW JUST WOW I was just asking a simple question do you price match And I got a really great reply from Carlos the OWNER So aggressive it's almost sad he has no customer service skills And he called me bro when my profile has no gender photos - I went in yesterday spent 300$ and was still trying to go in and spent another $300 back to back I doubt that happens often during this covid 19 and this is what I get.... I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN THIS SHOP IS ONLY GOOD FOR BACKWOODS AND HEADIES Everything is cheaper online from actually company He said it himself haha Jacks up prices 75% thinking we don't have computers to check prices read more

Ryan be hooking it up. This place has everything you need, and more. Right down the street and good vibes.

You know, I'm cool with everyone I meet. It doesn't matter whether or not you're coming from the cliffs of Laguna, nor the streets of LBC. If you have a pulse and a smile, you're a homie to me. That being said, I'm not a pushover. Perhaps a bit naive on the front end, but not a doormat by any means. It's unfortunate when others want to get away with treating others as such. I skated over to this place to get a torch, that's it, that's all I needed. I wanted to smoke some hookah. I'm currently loading the shisha as I type this. Unfortunately, to my dismay, the individual named Ryan sold me an empty torch! It was just full enough to demonstrate that it works, but the torch itself was empty. I'm sad, I'm broken, and I'm dismayed. Hopefully I can have someone roll through with some butane, but I'm gonna throw it out there that it'd be much more beneficial to sell a fully loaded, ready-to-use torch. It's all about public relations, ya dig? Peace, love, and full butane torches. read more

Stopped by here before heading back home to boston. Stopped in with my friend to get a bunch of ecigs and pods. They had a huge variety of flavors. I was skeptical to get a bunch of new flavors I have yet to try as I have had really bad ones in the past. Nick took care of us and one very nice. He provided really good customer service and was very patient with us. He also gave me a very good discount for buying in bulk. It was very much appreciated. We are even considering going back to grab more if we have time before heading back home. Also I went back to the hotel and tried all the pens. Every flavor was good!!!! My favorite is the lush ice. Ice lychee was good. Mango was alsoo good! Thanks nick and the staffs at ziggys!!! read more

Not only is the shop have terrible customer service. The prices on generic items is absurd. Everything you find here will be at least 30% more than any other neighboring glass shop. This is the worst pricing for any Puffco or carta or other device's accessories and attachments. If you do need to return something due to being defective or any reason, they will not accommodate and accept the return for refund or shop credit. read more

This review is for Will and Narina. It was my first time in the store, and they were extremely helpful to my needs. They are NOT like most smoke shops. They listen to your needs. & the prices are very reasonable. I will be going back in the near future. I bought a nord2 vape. (Most smoke shops don't carry them anymore,I however LOVE the nord2) I also got some Kratom. It has done EVERYTHING they said it would. I highly recommend it for people that are detoxing. Thank-you ziggys. read more
