I have found a few things there I haven't seen in other smoke shops, making them my go to for every such purchase. What really impressed me, was that they took back and exchanged a purchase I didn't think was returnable. The item must have been factory damaged because it looked fine at first but then overheated which has never happened before. I was so surprised to be offered a replacement..and very happy also. The moment you walk in, Elia is there to ask you if you need anything, even if he's in the middle of something. I didn't mind that he stopped giving a tour to talk to the customers who came in since I got to see how happy they were to get what they needed quickly. Whether they were vapers off their work breaks or seniors looking for CBD, Elia got em what they needed with a smile and very professional service. No shady guy vibes here! Hi there I just wanted to first start off by saying I've been a loyal customer there ever since I moved into Regency Palms, and on the website and on yelp on among other things, it says they do you deliver. The person on the phone was very rude derogatory and did not provide very good customer service. The older gentleman who I believe is either the Uncle/father of the owner has engaged in price gouging when I've gone in twice. I called and spoke to the owner who said he's credit me $3 for the over charge. I went in today to pick up a vape pen and not only did the same guy try to over charge me, he wouldn't accept the fact that I had a credit and told me to come back when the owner was there. If indeed a puff vape is $14 there, it's way too much. And he was incredibly rude. I said forget it and went across to Shamrock smoke shop right across the street. They've always been cool, nice and don't price gouge, and rip you off. Save your money and time, not worth the hassle.
