Sure it's lame that ANY legal dispensary can't take back a sealed bag of weed. It's the law. Catalyst could have told me that. Off The Charts did: I just want the truth! read more

They always have good supplies and if they don't have exactly what I'm looking for there is always something else just as good. The budtenders are super helpful; especially Bailey always coming through. read more

Great local spot! Plenty of parking Great service Highly recommend over Off the Charts read more

Use to go here all the time since I found it, was a great experience until you start talking to the employees and getting suggestions. Me thinking the bud tender knows better went with his suggestion of the Turn on products versus what I normally go in there to get. Waste of money, the liquid looks super dark and tastes horrible and keeps gettin darker by the day. Also got live resin which is more expensive and got scammed. Oh well taking the loss read more

Catalyst Cannabis Costa Mesa - Burnt and. liquid is the darkest I have ever seen, only 2days in. no high at all. - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

My husband and I went there last night after I placed an online pick up order. We had never been to this specific location and it was close to closing time. I called while we were a few minutes out to make sure we'd still be good to come in and receive the order. The lady on the phone told me I would be able to receive my order if I made it in the next 4 minutes before 9:30pm. When we made it inside, a minute or two before 9:30pm, we were greeted by the security guard who immediately made snarky comments about us coming in right before closing. Then, as the receptionist was checking us in, the security guard walked through the door and came back to say that we weren't able to go in because we were first time costumers at this location. I then explained that we called and they said it would be okay for us to come in if we made it in time, which we did. Then the security guard proceeds to make more snarky comments like "you had all day". I then also explained that it was just a pickup order that is already packaged up and ready for us. The security guard again began with more snarky comments. Meanwhile the receptionist is refusing any kind of help even though we were told to come in. I was never able to talk to the lady who told me to come in. The costumer service at this location is awful. As the first people costumers see, receptionist and security guards should have the upmost costumer service. As well, as first time costumers, I would think your establishment would want people to come back again. Anyways, shout out to Off The Charts Costa Mesa for taking care of us after that and always being so kind to us from the person that greets you at the door till the moment you walk out. read more

Catalyst Cannabis Costa Mesa - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

See all

The only reason why I'm giving it two stars is because the girl on the inside who actually sold me the disco was nice, but the girl at the front the redhead. Totally weird vibe signing paperwork about dumb stuff about what you do outside the store really harsh vibe. I will not be coming back here or to any other catalyst. And of all the weed shops I've been to this one is above the worst experience and it happened right away. Also every other weed place I've been to gives 20% of veterans they only give 10. On a good note, the place was very clean smelled good, and there is ample parking in the parking lot read more

This is the only place I'll ever go to. Amazing everything, staff is friendly, prices are low, selection is great!

I initially wrote a less than stellar review but Kelly, the Manager made it completely right. Not only did they honor the discount but they did way beyond the time it took me to get in there. The customer service is excellent. Thank you Kelly & Catalyst Costa Mesa. read more

Catalyst Cannabis Costa Mesa - Horrible weed I felt like I bought it from the streets don't even get you high - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

Good selection and friendly staff. They're always patient here and have good recommendations

Best deals in town. People are very nice. They have everything..highly recommend catalyst.

This is why I don't visit dispensaries... they round up your order to the nearest $5 & add a service charge that they don't tell you about... they take down your personal information, ask you to sign a contract & won't even let you smell the product... terrible... find yourself a dealer & forget these clowns read more

The best dispensary in OC no cap, the best deals, best prices, I use to go other dispensary and pay a lot because of the taxes but here, what you see is what you pay so if you want to get high for the right price and best quality this is the place plus bud tenders, receptionist and security are so cool and friendly read more

We were on vacation so decided why not! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Although we only enjoy this stuff maybe twice a year, the prices are WAY better than AZ. We also got a free promo vape cartridge for a pen - our friend will appreciate it since we won't use it! read more

I can't believe the rules of this place, they only accept passports or IDs, but they don't accept IDs from other countries. I feel like that's racism towards Latinos just for not having a passport. Their rules suck the service sucks read more

I was deeply insulted by the dishonesty of the staff. Despite official warnings by the Costa Mesa Police Department of a raging epidemic of thefts of unattended bags, I was asked to leave my bag in a busy lobby with no security and no way for me to keep an eye on it. When they lied right to my face about non-existent security I took my business elsewhere. You should do the same. read more

I'm so happy that Catalyst is open in Costa Mesa! The location is easy to get to and the staff is amazing! The staff is knowledgeable about all the products they offer and there's always a great promo. I even lucked out last time I went, Weedmaps was there doing a little promo and I got some cool swag. Great services and prices are unbeatable. Best dispensary in Costa Mesa - it's a must visit.

Can't recommend this specific location enough. The manager here was extremely nice in helping me out with an issue. Even after working close to an 18hr shift she still took the time and consideration to go above and beyond for me and I am absolutely grateful. Fabian was also super clutch in telling me about the epic deal going on only until 9:30pm. Bailey my budtender was extremely knowledgable and helpful in helping me get the best products for my needs. Last but not least even the security guard working tonight was dope af and hooked it up with the inside scoop of where to locate some rare brands. This place is a straight up vibe and I'm looking forward to going back. read more

what a horrible experience the general manager decided to come out and warn me that she would not be giving me a refund for her defective product. I was given an exchange and outside of the location. I tested the exchange only to find out. It was not working as well I went back inside and was told, you're not gonna get another exchange so I'm being blamed for their defective product. I'll never come back here again and I advised that if you go here do not purchase any vapes. I'm a general manager manager myself and if something is wrong with the product. I will reach out to my upper management to make sure the customer gets the best service and prod provided! You guys made a mistake and we're not willing to own up to it, you've lost. What's even worse is you admitted that the whole batch is defective and you're gonna be returning it to the vendor and yet you won't return what's right for me!! I will be submitting this to the BBB and anywhere else that legitimate business receives complaints because you're excuses that you're legitimate business yet you act like cons! Last thing you all decided to hide the GM and not provide her name which is dumb when she walks around with a name tag! grow up or get shut down. legitimate businesses should not operate like this. read more
