i can normally give this store five stars. today if i could give -5 stars it would be great. do not use the atms at the stores. they frequently do not work properly and today both atms took money out of my debit card and did not give me cash. no matter who i called or would i try i am out $200 for a $36 purchase. apparently management can't do anything to get my money back nor can they give me store credit for that matter. but the people are great here. just don't use the atms bring your own cash because they do not accept debit cards anymore either which i found out at the register which is why i got stuck using the damn atms. read more

I came in for the 50% off store wide sale for 710 day. The sale was CLEARLY advertised on weedmaps. I received my email coupon today 7/12 which said "show this coupon to your bystander to receive 50% your order valid until 7/12 at midnight." I bring it into the store and they tell me the sale was only for Friday even though it clearly says otherwise. The general manager apparently also denied my sale. Don't shop here I think my attached photo says enough . It clearly says expired July 12, 2026 I'm very disappointed I was so excited to pick up before work today read more

I was looking for turn for my best friends wife. This place was near nice guy who just let me down. Not only did they have turn but they had a great selection of it. The lady there was actually really sweet, instead of caddy and rude like "mr nice guy" . I got some great astronauts to go with it. Definitely going back. They had a good selection! read more

Off the Charts - Costa Mesa, CA Decent shop in a stacked zone--within 10-15 miles you've got more dispensaries than Starbucks, and this one holds its own. Clean space, nice lighting, some solid artwork. Layout's open, semi-waiting room, and you usually get your own budtender. Some glass and other goodies. The brands aren't too diverse. That said, the vibe's kind of flat. Staff comes off low-energy, borderline uninterested. No real spark, no real push. If I were running a place like this, I'd want the team hyped about the product(s) , actually guiding with knowledge not just pointing and ringing up. Security's chill, but posted up like a lawn ornament. Feels like the whole operation could use a little more polish. It's not bad, just... meh. Convenient? Yes. Memorable? Not really. Deals not bad. read more

Off The Charts Costa Mesa - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

just came in for the block party and got rude service, had to spend 20$ for a "free bag " called two times yesterday to confirm and they said we don't not have to spend a dollar. false advertisement and also didn't get eveything that was included in the gift bag. read more

Seen this place on weedmaps it said freebies for first time buyers "First Time Customers # Your Choice Deal! * Choose ONE from any of these Pre-Roll 3.5g Flower Disposable Vape Concentrate Edible" Turns out thats not true at all didn't get any of those , was cash only and the atm said it was a 3.99 charge but took $7 , didn't really feel like a dispo felt like a vape store and not good vibes in there at all . Luckily decent prices but other than that wouldn't come again read more

I've been using Weedmaps for a while, and it's by far the easiest way to find local dispensaries, compare prices, and discover the best deals. The app is clean, easy to navigate, and makes ordering simple. I especially like being able to browse menus, read reviews, and compare products before making a purchase. It's become my go-to app whenever I'm looking for quality products or good discounts. read more

Great selection an convenient location! Super helpful staff as well. Great stop!!!!!!

All these stores advertise good strains, and when you get there, they have NONE! And if they do, it's a brand 3 times as much. Unreal. They don't answer calls, so you can't verify before wasting time driving there. I went to the Orange county shops, long Beach and Artesia shops, same thing. read more

Connor was the most helpful person to help a couple of newcomers. Love the chill vibe at Off the Charts.

Destiny was super friendly and gave us our space while we browsed the products. Off the Charts usually has some deal going on and I feel like this is one of the better places to pick up and I always recommend this to my friends! read more

Perf place for all your needs. Staff super friendly and recommend the best deals! Flower the employee is legit!

I've been to this location several times, and unfortunately, the customer service continues to disappoint. Yesterday, I said hello to the guy checking IDs at the front, and he completely ignored me, no eye contact, no response. This isn't the first time that's happened either. It creates an uncomfortable vibe right from the start. I really want to support local businesses, but when the staff acts like you're invisible, it makes the entire experience feel cold and unwelcoming. There are plenty of other dispensaries in the area with friendlier service. I won't be returning unless things change. read more

Off the Charts is great! Connor was so helpful! He helped us find what we needed and answered all of our questions thoroughly.

Destiny is my favorite budtender. I always come to Off the Charts. I love the prices.

Came here on 9/24/23 to have a look around and perhaps buy some legal Marijuana for my own personal use. I was warmly immediately greeted and began the check in process and before you knew it I was inside the store and ready to look around. They have many different choices for marijuana flower and just about everything marijuana related. My customer representative made some great suggestions, unfortunately I didn't get her name. I made my purchase and because I'm a first time customer they gave me a discount that definitely brought the price down. Overall some things seemed a little bit on the pricey side, but I'm happy with my purchases. I suggest you try the Hotbox Indy Gogo or the Hotbox Gruntz. read more

They more help. The line is always gnarly. Especially when they only have two people working on a Friday night but the guy who helped me tonight (whose name was Connor) was friendly, professional and he was super knowledgeable about every product I asked about from batteries to cartridges to Stiizy cereal milk pre-rolls to flower. He is definitely a blessing to OTC as well as the customers. He was just a really nice guy. He deserves a raise. You need more people like him! I'm giving 5 stars because of his service. read more
