i can normally give this store five stars. today if i could give -5 stars it would be great. do not use the atms at the stores. they frequently do not work properly and today both atms took money out of my debit card and did not give me cash. no matter who i called or would i try i am out $200 for a $36 purchase. apparently management can't do anything to get my money back nor can they give me store credit for that matter. but the people are great here. just don't use the atms bring your own cash because they do not accept debit cards anymore either which i found out at the register which is why i got stuck using the damn atms. read more

I came in for the 50% off store wide sale for 710 day. The sale was CLEARLY advertised on weedmaps. I received my email coupon today 7/12 which said "show this coupon to your bystander to receive 50% your order valid until 7/12 at midnight." I bring it into the store and they tell me the sale was only for Friday even though it clearly says otherwise. The general manager apparently also denied my sale. If I were running a place like this, I'd want the team hyped about the product(s) , actually guiding with knowledge not just pointing and ringing up. I've been to this location several times, and unfortunately, the customer service continues to disappoint. Yesterday, I said hello to the guy checking IDs at the front, and he completely ignored me, no eye contact, no response. This isn't the first time that's happened either. It creates an uncomfortable vibe right from the start. I really want to support local businesses, but when the staff acts like you're invisible, it makes the entire experience feel cold and unwelcoming. I was warmly immediately greeted and began the check in process and before you knew it I was inside the store and ready to look around. They have many different choices for marijuana flower and just about everything marijuana related. My customer representative made some great suggestions, unfortunately I didn't get her name. I made my purchase and because I'm a first time customer they gave me a discount that definitely brought the price down. This place is managed terribly. The staff half the times don't know what there talking about. I came in to buy an ounce of LAX flower and tried to buy some JEETERS as well the bud tender told me I max out my limit for the day. I said that's impossible because I buy the same amount at every shop I go to. Budtender grabs the manager some girl with black hair in the morning and she told me I was maxed out as well. Funny that they don't even know the limit rules a customer can pick up I tried to tell her infused pre rolls are concentrates in California she proceeded to tell me it wasn't.
