Absolutely horrible experience today. I went in for a simple disposable that I use often and am used to. I purchased it; without checking the date then realized it was almost 9 months old. After using it; I immediately got a headache and it tasted like dirty old flower that got left in the sun. Called for an exchange and they told me to kick rocks. Rude, overpriced; and absolutely terrible place to get legal cannabis. Go next door to off the charts or anywhere else besides here. I hope you all smoke mids forever. I came in on friday night, on the 5th and the "manager" (guy with dark hair/ mid-late 30's) at the Harbor location refused to honor this ad. I asked which vapes qualify for the $10 deal, and he said, "that's for wax." Then I tapped the deal, and it clearly shows vape carts in the ad. (attachment below) He didn't like that he was wrong so he said, "Well I've never seen that ad before, so I can't do anything about the price." I politely asked, "Don't you have to honor what you advertise?" "Sorry, you're already getting the lowest price." (Whole store 30% off for a limited time) came to $17 and some change when the most it should've been is $13 tops. I then told him it's called "false advertising" and asked if a manager could override to honor this, and he said "I am the manager." He could care less that you're legally bound to your ads. If I was a man, he would've honored it. Truth! I know it's $4-5 dollars that I got ripped off, but it's the principle that you do not obey the law. I really need to contact the Better Business Bureau. These types of business practices need to be reported. He permanently lost me as a customer. She rejected my pick-up order, citing an early closure. When asked about the reason, she dismissed my concerns with laughter. Inquiring about the impact on medical patients like myself, reliant on timely medication, revealed a lack of understanding, perhaps clouded by recreational smoking. It's disheartening to endure vacation pain due to her job pride deficiency. While desiring an early close during holidays, I resisted that urge today. Despite working and being unable to reach my pick-up before 9:57 PM, I adhere to schedules. Unfortunately, she's not exempt from that expectation. Regrettably, she is not special and lacks the privilege to close early. As a $150 weekly regular customer, I eagerly anticipate redirecting my business. It is close to where I live and they have a great sale ... 30% off plus you get a extra item for a dollar. And, suppliers have been offering discounts greater than the 30%. So, the prices are very good. The product selection is very good as well. Easy to access off Newport Blvd and there is plenty of parking. I would give it a try...
