Jimmy at Mr Nice Guy, was so patient, understanding and kind. Helped me with every question and concern, without making me feel rushed. Then helped me to get a huge discount! I asked her for something specific and she asked how many I wanted. I unfortunately misunderstood and said 10 not thinking clearly when she came out with 10 boxes of the edibles. That was my fault and I said I'm so sorry I just meant one. I just came off a 12 hour shift, sue me lol. She just had such an attitude problem and I wasn't a fan. When it came time to pay I forgot they don't take tap to pay, and she didn't mention that first when she brought out the card machine. So she had to input the price again. I wasn't aware and again the attitude was crazy. will not come back, and I knew I should've just gone to off the charts instead.

The security at the front was pleasant, friendly, and gave us a warm welcome since it was our first time visiting. We were assisted by our budtender, Jade, who was absolutely fantastic. She was super friendly, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and matched us with the perfect items. The perks were the cherry on top--we received a 25% discount as new customers, which left us pleasantly surprised. The shop itself is very well-organized with a huge selection of products to choose from. If you're looking for a spot with great customer service and a stress-free environment, I highly recommend stopping by.

Recently, I was informed that a fellow security guard failed to address his proper name when asked…read more His unprofessional behavior was further compounded by his inappropriate reference to a name that was not his own. He identified himself as Miguel, despite being a white security guard of Asian descent. I am dissatisfied with Tuan's service. He approached me and greeted me with a casual "hey, your backkk :)" which I found unprofessional. I remain unhappy with Tuan's conduct, and any future interactions with him will be perceived as hostile due to my previous experiences, which I have reported to management. My previous experience consisted of an individual named Obi who screamed at me while exiting the building. Coaching should've been implemented. Next steps should be separation. This sort of behavior would never be allowed at a dispensary or any sort of restaurant/ business. Unacceptable. I had reached out to support to receive an update. An individual named Obi couple months ago had exited the building & had raised his voice screaming at me saying "WHY DO YOU KEEP ASKING FOR ME. YOUR WIERD, STOP ASKING FOR ME" a tall black male security was present at the time. I was a regular at this location but no longer will be coming back due to my experiences. I felt threatened. I had spoken to management, unfortunately my options are limited. Stiiizy should be considered a welcoming cannabis industry. This sort of behavior is concerning and un-comforting. Never have I ever seen or experienced someone being yelled at for just being kind. I will be resuming to go to the Paularino & Bristol location! Amazing service over there and everyone understands the concept of customer service! They even address me by my own name sometimes which goes above and beyond.

I've been coming to OC Discount Nutrition's Fullerton location for years-- until I lived abroad for…read morea year and moved back only to find out they closed!! ;-; Luckily they have a Costa Mesa location (which would be this one), and even though it's a pretty far drive from where I currently live, OC Discount is my forever go-to. They have such a large selection of high quality supplement brands and its respective flavors that anyone's bound to find something they like-- whether it's pre, protein powder, vitamins, lifting accessories, shaker & water bottles, bags, shirts, drinks, etc. My favorite preworkout brand is Broken Arrow by Repp Sports and the only reason I was able to find out about it in the first place is because an employee from the Fullerton OC Discount introduced me to it. They have other great brands like Black Magic's BZRK & 5% Nutrition, the entire Buck'd Up line, etc. Staff are also super friendly, the only downside is that there are two guys who didn't seem very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The ones who do however, are super helpful and provide awesome recommendations. I wish they had a closer location and hope they're able to continue expanding in the future! And even if they don't, it's always worth the drive!
