I called to complain. and she banned me from the store. she is overweight Caucasian with not nice looking bleach blonde very short pixie damaged looking fried hair. jealousy is not going to help your looks. what a shame. was a great spot and good location. all the guys here were awesome. about 30-50 awesome visits spend about $30-100 each visit-------then one time this blonde lady about 30 years old is working. she has jealousy issues (I am an athlete) so she didn't want to help me when I'm next, I assume that's why idk why else she would pick out a female customer to refuse service to. Mistakes happen but it's how it's handled and a no refund or even partial refund policy causes reviews like this. The only one that has knowledge in this store at least today is the manager. Didn't get her name, but she would not refund me after two of her employees gave me wrong information when I came in asking for Cbd for my dad to help him sleep and that I use the one with THC for myself, but I didn't want that for my dad and he laughed and he still gave me the one that had the THC. He didn't say we don't care anything without THC. He just sold it to me so I called when I left. I was trying to mail it at the post office had to leave there to come back here and she said she would make it work and she didn't. I said just give me my money back because I already bought two of these for myself.
