Such a great experience. For a novice, (only dispensary I'd been to was Peoples in Santa Ana, where they made me feel stupid and like a number vs customer). Jimmy at Mr Nice Guy, was so patient, understanding and kind. Helped me with every question and concern, without making me feel rushed. Then helped me to get a huge discount! Couldn't be happier with Mr. Nice Guy & Jimmy! I highly recommend giving them a try! read more

The first time I came in here the guy that helped me out was so nice and gave me a freebie. Fast forward to me coming back a second time looking for something specific and the blonde girl with pigtails who helped me was rude. I asked her for something specific and she asked how many I wanted. I unfortunately misunderstood and said 10 not thinking clearly when she came out with 10 boxes of the edibles. That was my fault and I said I'm so sorry I just meant one. I just came off a 12 hour shift, sue me lol. She just had such an attitude problem and I wasn't a fan. When it came time to pay I forgot they don't take tap to pay, and she didn't mention that first when she brought out the card machine. So she had to input the price again. I wasn't aware and again the attitude was crazy. will not come back, and I knew I should've just gone to off the charts instead. read more

Horrible! Total rip off, extra charges on top of their high prices , confusing misleading price gouging, and woke extremely rude condescending, self degrading staff. Do not ever go to this place for any reason ever drive right past it. Also no restroom at all for customers wtf is that about! Horrible all the way around never ever ever again. They will be out of business soon! Mark it live it know it VAFANGOOL read more

Always have a good experience here! The staff is super cool and helpful. Shout out to Cade and Gina!

Jimmy is the best! Def recommend this location. They gave the best prices. And the selection was great

Another place that is absolutely robbing you. How do they think it's OK to charge double what any other places is charging for the same exact thing I'm so confused these stores like this I hope go out of business and are not here a year from now because this is ridiculous. read more

Jimmy is the best bud tender always gets me with best deals from vapes to flower to pre rolls always coming out with more stuff then intended but totally worth it. If Jimmy is around ask for him!!! read more

First and last time customer. Very limited selection and very over priced. I'd avoid it and never going back.

Nope nope nope. No choices n over priced for..51 cartridges I usually psy five for hundred tgey wasntrd fifty for one. Screw that place I didn't buy anything read more

Amazing staff! I get 30% off every time I come in. The budtenders know me by name. Thanks Mr. Nice Guy!

Really awkward first time visit. Security brushed me off with no explanation what to do when entering. Bud tender didn't give me an intro or run down how the shop worked or prices so it was really weird trying to shop, didn't have most stuff offered on the site, and lastly how was my total even more with 30% off. I don't leave reviews for dispensaries much but that experience was just overall bad. read more

No I do not. Prices do not include all the taxes. Almost doubled the price. I get the taxes, just include it in the price up front or post clearly they will be added on at the end. Don't waste my time unless you are totally transparent. Especially after spending the time selecting your items thinking you are staying in your budget. Some of us disabled folks are on a fixed budget and counting pennys. I don't understand why there isn't a discount offered to the disabled community. We are the reason why you became legal in the first place more or less and we really could use any sort of discount you might be able to share. read more

Mixed girl with curly hair behind the counter seemed real bothered she had to help me, gave me attitude and was so disinterested in helping me with any questions I had as a first timer at this spot. Came in, selection was nice but they were infact NOT Mr. Nice guy. Real harsh on my mellow. read more

The place was clean. The security guard was unbelievably nice. However, the two people behind the counter, I heard of making fun of me and laughing at me. Well, never be going back. read more

Terrible company. False advertising. Manager refused to fix a simple issue caused by them.

I'm tired of false advertisement. If you say you're open until 10 and if I show up at 9:55 then I should get business. These days lazy people think they can close 5 minutes early and be good with it but I work hard for my money and I honor my code. I got turned away 5 minutes before closing. If y'all wanna lower your standards then go here read more

Jimmy was super helpful and awesome. Also very knowledgeable and has done his homework on products!

Love the chill vibe here. Everyone is super welcoming and helpful, especially if you're not sure what you want. Great selection and fair prices. read more

I stop by the store not knowing what I want. A lovely gal name Gina was very knowledgeable, and gave me some great suggestions. I got what she suggested, and I can't wait to try them. read more

Nov 8 24 12pm (in case management and HR actually care lmao ) Manager is condescending and should check himself today I had to make a complaint due to receiving an empty product. Which anyone would be upset to be duped an empty product . when I suggested they may have a theft issue I was spoken over and dismissed. I will NEVER return this is unfortunate because I am a regular at other locations at harbor but was in the area and figured I was good .... I guess not Not surprised by the low stars Good job young man... build bridges wherever you go read more

Mel, one of the employees, gives better customer service than the rest. She tends to upsell & I end up spending more than I wanted to. She always greets people with a smile. Her knowledge of your products is far above most! I could go to a different dispensary & get first-time deals, BUT MEL ISN'T THERE!!! I'm an older person & i appreciate how well she takes care of me. She memories every customer's name. She's definitely a keeper! read more

Love this place! Amazing prices and great customer service! They carry all the brands we love.

Love this place! Prices are good, people are cool and they use an atm system if you don't have cash. Super convenient location!

I went to the dispensary last night got there 10 min (9:50pm) before closing time it was Friday night and the door was locked huge bummer false advertisement too read more

Service - awesome. Selection - great variety of brand names.... And value - 30% off $100+ .... WOW!! Great work and thank you!!

It's a good spot, good people and hours, decently dated products. However the way they charge the cards when paying it appears on my statements as a cash withdrawl from ATM and charges you extra fee for card use. But they aren't up front about that, so beware. read more

I bought a 36% THC flower and it was given to me a 25%. I asked to exchange for something close to 30% and I was told they can't do anything if I already paid. they refused to give me what I paid for. I was told that I need to verify the product before make any payment to them. VERY RUDE SERVICE. My first and last experience with this place. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DISPENSARY. read more

I stopped in today and Gina helped me. She is an asset to the store with excellent customer service and knowledgeable about the products!

U can't smell most of their product and if u accidentally opened a package to smell it, they rudely demand that you pay for it. From the beginning I told them I'm not buying anything I can't smell. I've Never had this problem before with any other dispensary. I don't recommend Mr Rude Guys" who's weed u can't smell read more

Placing an order online, receiving confirmation your order is ready means Zip here! They don't really "hold" anything for you. It's just the luck of the draw what time you get there. You place your online order and think it's all good, but they don't really hold anything. If someone comes in 1st and wants what you think is reserved, they sold it already, and your S.O.L. Its no way to do business read more

epic spot really good. Price is probably the best around. They used to have a grumpy security guard but they let him go because he was not a good representation of the Mr. nice guy Brand ... now they have a super nice security guard and I am their customer again five stars all the way read more

Love coming here to stock up. Great spot, great deals, great location. They have everything you could ask for as well - all brands and options. Most of the staff are really nice and helpful except for 1 bad apple. Would be 5 stars if not for the dismissive, rude, and anti-helpful guy behind the counter who always wears that terrible cowboy looking black feather hat. He should not be in a customer facing role. I've heard others say the same thing and even other employees seem combative with him because he is so unliked by everyone around him. read more

30% Off the entire store oh my! They have the best deals at Mr Nice Guy in Costa Mesa. So glad they finally opened up here, the closest dispensary to the beach. I will be stopping by daily! Besides the 30% off the entire store, they have 40% Off all Stiiizy products, and they have 40% off days on Wyld Edibles, West Coast Cure, Jeeters, Drops edibles and Sauce Disposable Vapes! If you are still looking for even more bargains, on top of the huge discounts, they have promo items for $1 when spend over $40. They also have a posted schedule of other awesome Bogo deals for the entire month, so you can plan your trip accordingly and score some extra bogos! Besides the deals they have great selection of quality dank. The carry the best top shelf brands like Blem, CBX, CAM, Passiflora, Clade 9, West Coast Cure. Claybourne etc. They also have a huge selection of bulk buys packaged in quarters, half ounces and ounces for a fraction of the price. Where else can you get an ounce of quality bud, that test over 30% THC for $51.05 out the door! They consistently have the strongest flowers in the area. My last few visits, each time they had 2 or more strains that test of 40% THC!! 40% THC and its not infused! It doesnt get much stronger than that. Its orange county, thre ar definitely allot of dispensaries to choose from. If you havent been to Mr Nice in Costa Mesa, give them a try, you will not be disappointed. read more
