I recently went to another non- lovers related shop and was so disappointed in my purchase. I wish I came to Lovers sooner because Liz, and Vanessa were so extremely helpful and knowledgeable that it made my buyers remorse for my first purchase worse LOL. They were professional and kind, and didn't make me feel embarrassed or shy to ask questions. Every question I had got answered, and I'm happy to say I don't regret the purchase I made. They signed me up, and I could tell they really care for their customers and weren't just trying to upsell or sell me things for the sake of it. I wish all places had employees as friendly and as kind as them. They also showed me so many options in a way that wasn't overwhelming either, and I just couldn't appreciate them more. We are repeat customers and lovers is always are go to. All the staff here are welcoming and will explain everything if you have any confusion or questions regarding anything in their store. Additionally they usually hand out freebies and a ton of discounts when you make a purchase. Besides 'fun' stuff they have a large variety of gag gifts. Their fun selection is wider and they always have new stuff coming in. Be sure to check their clearance and mystery bags if they have any! read more

Worn meaning; "the past participle of the verb "wear," acting as an adjective to describe items damaged or thinned by long use". Upon entering the store, I noticed signs that explicitly stated "NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS" and another sign near the register that mentioned the 7-day exchange policy. The first red flag was the inconsistency between the receipt and the store's signage. The lady at the register refused to exchange my unworn leggings, even though I had the tags, the original receipt, and had purchased them just 3 days ago. She inspected the item as if it were dirty, despite the fact that I had never worn them and had only tried them on, which didn't fit. When I asked about the exchange policy, she simply stated that I couldn't exchange items that had been tried on. I understand that lingerie should not be tried on after purchase and then exchanged, but clothing should not be subject to such a strict policy, especially one that isn't communicated on a receipt, sign, or verbally. The store never informed me that the leggings were on final sale. To avoid this situation in the future, I recommend that the store clearly state on the receipt that there are no returns or exchanges on items that have been tried on, worn, etc. Additionally, it would be helpful to include a note that clothing items are final sale. In conclusion, I would advise against purchasing from this store unless you are willing to gamble on your size.

It was my first time in a store of this nature and I have to admit I was nervous and even a little embarrassed. I didn't feel that way for long! As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by staff. I still was a bit nervous until Jen asked if she could help me. I explained it was my first time in a store like this and she immediately made me feel comfortable. She took me through the store and explained each different section. She showed me all kinds of really neat items and actually opened the boxes and allowed me to see how they worked and how they felt. She was very knowledgeable about each product and helped me find just the right things to purchase. I left feeling completely satisfied being that I purchased just what I wanted! I will be back to shop and next time I won't be nervous or embarrassed whatsoever!
