They were professional and kind, and didn't make me feel embarrassed or shy to ask questions. Every question I had got answered, and I'm happy to say I don't regret the purchase I made. They signed me up, and I could tell they really care for their customers and weren't just trying to upsell or sell me things for the sake of it.
