I purchased a pair of white leggings, but the receipt clearly stated that there were no returns BUT exchanges were only allowed within 7 days of purchase, and the item must be UNWORN, and accompanied by the original receipt and tags. Worn meaning; "the past participle of the verb "wear," acting as an adjective to describe items damaged or thinned by long use". Upon entering the store, I noticed signs that explicitly stated "NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS" and another sign near the register that mentioned the 7-day exchange policy. The first red flag was the inconsistency between the receipt and the store's signage. The lady at the register refused to exchange my unworn leggings, even though I had the tags, the original receipt, and had purchased them just 3 days ago. She inspected the item as if it were dirty, despite the fact that I had never worn them and had only tried them on, which didn't fit. When I asked about the exchange policy, she simply stated that I couldn't exchange items that had been tried on. I understand that lingerie should not be tried on after purchase and then exchanged, but clothing should not be subject to such a strict policy, especially one that isn't communicated on a receipt, sign, or verbally. The store never informed me that the leggings were on final sale. To avoid this situation in the future, I recommend that the store clearly state on the receipt that there are no returns or exchanges on items that have been tried on, worn, etc. Additionally, it would be helpful to include a note that clothing items are final sale. In conclusion, I would advise against purchasing from this store unless you are willing to gamble on your size. read more

They tried to enforce the mask on this place, they told me to put it on or buy one for a dollar, I told the lady who reached out to me looking at the store to enforce on everyone since only a few people had it on, from everyone only 3 had mask on, I leave the store, she didn't respond to me while I tell to enforce to everyone, If you are going to this place even vaccinated be prepared to a bad experience with the attendees. read more

I normally don't leave reviews often because I always understand that a lot of times, customer service can't be expected to be perfect. Sometimes people are having a bad day, or language barrier makes communication difficult. But one of the workers here was so rude. The business model makes no sense. Won't let us try on sports bras. I understand not letting us try on underwear due to hygiene. But it's important to find the proper fit for a sports bra since you don't really want anything spilling out when you're working out. I understand that prices are cheap here. Maybe that's why they feel like they don't have to be nice to their customers. read more

Your staff seriously needs to review your receipt and reflect that you DO NOT do returns OR exchanges. Your receipt clearly states, you do not do returns. Ok I get that. Wow I can't believe how big this place is! I was looking for super super long shoe strings (don't ask me why ) and couldn't think of anywhere to go but a lingerie store lol. I get there and oh my goodness this place was like lingerie heaven! I never knew it existed. The variety and selection was to die for. They had the most amazing rhinestone masquerade masques and all this kinky stuff I've never seen or ever heard of. I kept asking the sales person "what's this for?" and "what's that for?".. haha She was pretty knowledgeable and gave me the "new shopper 101". Ok as you know, when a woman goes to a store for one thing she'll walk out with 10. I saw some of their Christmas lingerie and they were sooooo cute. One of the outfits in particular was a bustier and the front was like an apron and tied in the back. Sooo cute! All the prices here are pretty much dirt cheap but not all the outfits were "cheap-looking" - surprisingly. I mean I figure the quality of "tear-off" lingerie doesn't really matter as long as it looks hot on you right?.... because it's going to be a one-time-use type of deal before it gets torn off your body by a ravishing Santa Claus begging for some milk for his cookies lol Too bad I was in such a rush I forgot to ask if they had whips. I came into this store for my first time, today. After driving around all morning between Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and Costa Mesa looking for some cute bikinis. When I walked into this store, right away I spotted some things I liked. I waited for awhile to get help, I noticed the hooked stick that is used to get the clothes off the wall. So I grabbed it and got the items myself. Seeing as I wouldn't get any help anytime soon. I had 5 bikinis in my hand, ready to try on and buy. There was only 1 lady at the time to help and she was busy with a line of customers. So I stood in line like everyone else, even though I just needed access to the dressing room. By the time someone finally helped me, I had already been in the store about 30min. Most of that time was spent on waiting for help. Then I was told I could only try on the bikini tops, not the bottoms. And there are no refunds or exchanges on the items you purchase. Which had me a bit upset. I had disposable underwear to use to try them on, which most stores offer. Every store, even the boujee ones let you try them on to make sure they fit. So in other words, this store is more concerned with guaranteeing sales, than on customer satisfaction. They want you to buy their clothing but you can't make sure it fits and when you take it home to see that it doesn't, you can't return it or exchange it. No thank you. After going to numerous stores, unfortunately I was unable to settle at this one seeing as they could not accommodate me in any kind of way. I was very upset and disappointed at the disregard I was given by the associate. So I left, not purchasing a single thing. Instead I went over to The love store @ 2520 S. Bristol st. Santa Ana, right down the street and spent almost $200 with them. read more

I went in to look for lingerie with my friends and who i believe is the owner kept following us around. Made us feel uncomfortable and wasnt able to browse without her breathing in our necks. She gave us no space and kept saying to be careful, keep in mind theres no signs that say "dont touch" therefore why sell if customers cant touch the quality of the products. read more

I wish I could find an intimate apparel store besides VS pf Fredricks in OC, VS is so PG-13 Im looking for sexy but naughty. i was so excited when a came across this store but very disappointed when I walked out with nothing. A lot of the lingerie in the packages is the one size fits all, in which everyone knows that it doesn't have the best fit and very cheap quality. Staff was nice but not enough of a selection. You get personalized attention the moment you walk in. And you can get fitted before you purchase any item to make sure it fits just right. This place IS NOT A MEDICAL CLINIC where they are required to enforce mask mandates. This place is not up to date. Pros -Good selection of items -You can often find Victoria's Secret imitation bras for MUCH cheaper (Keep in mind its just the looks, the quality isn't anywhere near VS) Cons -The cheap bras tend to fall apart in the wash, so it's best to hand wash them, which is very tedious -Customer service is So-So The reason why I gave this store a lower rating is because I've been to better stores with a greater variety that suits my liking, and friendlier service. I really prefer shopping somewhere else, like Funky Pair in Huntington Beach. Also one time I bought the wrong size of a lingerie dress on the sale rack, I checked on the receipt and it said something along the lines of, " Final sale items include underwear, bras, lingerie sets, and sale items. These items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unworn, with original receipt and tags attached." When I even pointed this out on the receipt, the lady behind the counter refused to help me. They should really learn their own policies or change them to save customers from confusion. Cute stuff here but their quality is not so great. Tried on a bodysuit and it did not stretch whatsoever... how do you expect people to try it on??? I bought a pair of pantyhose here; it says ONE SIZE but I could barely even pull it up to my legs. Material wasn't soft and it wasn't even stretchy enough. It was $10 and since it was a final sale, I just took it off and threw it away. Here's a major tip: try on everything you can try on and buy packaged things at your own risk. read more

This place is the best for inexpensive lingerie! The good thing is that they let you try stuff on except panties of course. You can find deals when they have sales from $1-2 on panties and bras. I've gotten a couple pairs of cute panties and bandeaus for $1. They also have cute pj sets that are really cheap. Everything is obviously not amazing quality but you get what you pay for. There are some more expensive items and brands there that are better quality of course. Lingerie isn't worn for too long anyways lol but as long as it looks good, it works. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst client service!! I was in the store by 7:30pm and they close at 8:00pm. I had two things, TWO things I wanted to try on and I asked to try them on and the employees response was, "not right now!" Confused I asked why and was told it's because they were closing. I HAD ONLY 2 THINGS I wanted to try on and about 5 I wanted to buy. So instead I gave the employee all my items as their return policy is strict. They have great prices but horrible client service. Wide selection of bras/bralettes and underware. They even have a plus size section. Everything was neat and organized by size. The dressing rooms are kind of weird though, very low wall so i kind of felt exposed. Prices are cheap so you get what you pay for. Not mad about it. read more

Very large selection! I came in for senator swimsuits and liked their options. The lighting in the fitting room was a little dark but it will do. The bathing suits are fairly inexpensive when compared to other retailers and good quality. I have purchased about 3 suits over 2 years. Some leggings are better quality than others and they have a good variety of workout gear. If you are looking for inexpensive lingerie it's a great location and a variety of options, but please note you get what you pay for (i.e don't expect VS qualify for a quarter of the cost). Although it's okay lingerie isn't meant to stay on. If I am looking for quick basics like tanks, leggings, bralettes it's my go to. read more

You really get what you pay for here. The only thing I might recommend that could give you the bang for your buck is buying their body contour set.
