The box was taped up to keep people from opening it. I put in the battery both ways, tried holding the on button. It doesn't even work. So I wasted $30+ because of the no return policy. Not happy at all. Edit: I called and spoke to the gentleman that helped me. He told me to call the manager Grace. I called Grace and she was not helpful whatsoever. She told me to call the Anaheim store back and talk to the woman working there. Yesenia told me I would have to go down to have her test out the toy to make sure it's not working and even then it would take a few more days to make an exchange. I don't know why Grace could not have told me this herself. I don't know why the gentleman who was working in the morning couldn't have told me that either. Thank you Yesenia for telling me what was going to happen.

Keep in mind, I'm a 40-year-old man. I waited 30 minutes for Raley to finish her lunch break, only to be told I couldn't purchase anything. I understand that policies must be followed, but it would have been appreciated if someone had informed me that IDs are now being required when I arrived, rather than asking me to step outside and refusing to sell me what I came for. I've even met the owner a few times, and she was always very nice. However, this was a disappointing way to handle the situation. Because of this experience, I won't be returning, nor will I be recommending this location. Businesses lose loyal customers when situations like this aren't handled with better communication and customer service. Went to couples mega outlets down the street and for what I wanted lol :)
