this place is an absolute gem. They are always there when you need them. They were my saving grace when I couldn't find a pair of tights in any store, and of course they also offer the rest of the expected products. I wanted to get a few items before the start of the weekend so I thought I'd stop by on my way home from work. I was feeling kinda drained after putting in a long day and sitting in traffic for a little over an hour before getting to the shop. I walked in and was greeted by Naomi at the front desk. I appreciated how clean and air conditioned the store was. I knew what I was looking for so I went to that area, picked out what I needed, and didn't spend much time browsing as I really was looking forward to just getting home after a long week. Before checking out, I asked Naomi a question regarding one of the products. She was very friendly and professional in her answer. During check out she was kind enough to let me know that the product in question had recently updated their label. She expressed that other customers had expressed preference and asked if I wanted the product with the new label or she had one last of the old label. This was news to me, but to be safe I went with the old label. I appreciate her informing me about that little detail. After sharing a laugh during debt processing during check out I thought I would be on my way... but that's when I spotted the $1 grab and go condoms. It was a last minute purchase that I made in cash, but felt silly for not having bought everything all at once. Naomi was understanding and cool about my blunder.
