This is a great store. Professional make up available. Denise was able to order me airbrush foundation direct from BEN NYE and it came in so fast. They have so many things available like costumes, Betty boop memorabilia, contacts, adult novelties. This store is great, ordering was so easy and I'll be back to order more. read more

I've been wanting to come here for the longest and I finally went in and absolutely loved it. The owner was so nice and friendly! I love meeting collectors and she had so many trinkets/memorabilia to look at & choose from! I picked my favorite & said I had great taste. I highly recommend here if you're a huge Betty boop fan. support family owned shops! read more

Flowers for Mother's Day were purchased on 5/10/25. Arrangement was okay with very limited amount of flowers for the price. Worst thing was the cardboard base they gave to take the flower vase home. It was a very obvious charging base for a men masturba*** as seen in the attached images. Extremely unprofessional considering this was a Mother's Day gift. The box was probably used to help carry the arrangement which is understandable but unacceptable for the occasion. You're better off purchasing flowers from a street vendor and/or an actual flower shop dedicated to only flower arrangement sales. read more

Denise was wonderful! As soon as I walked in she asked what I was looking for and because I wasn't too sure yet she asked me questions to get more of a feel of what the weekend looked like. After we figured that out she helped me find the perfect set and a nice oil that was on sale! Knowledgable, kind, great service and genuinely loves her customers. Would recommend this store to everyone read more

Can't recommend this store enough. Denise the owner is lovely, so sweet and knowledgeable. If you ever have any issues with your purchases, she'll make things right. A toy I bought from her broke and she got in touch with the company and got me a replacement! No muss or fuss on my end. Such a relief, because the company's process on your own to get a replacement was filled with necessary forms, receipts etc. She'll always be my go to whenever I need any of her specialties. Such a gem of a small business and hope it'll be here for many years to come. read more

Heavenly choice is one fun place! Denise is a gem and wonderful, patient teacher! We visited her shop to learn some Dia De Los Muertos makeup and her techniques helped to give us confidence for our event day makeup. She's a pro and even shared some interesting history about the DDLM culture. Heavenly Choice has a full selection of Ben Nye and Merron products and assorted brushes. Not to mention a store full costumes and sexy wares. Support local shops! read more

Literally the sweetest lady ever, life saver last minute for what we needed. Great selection and fantastic for what we needed

Denise was extremely helpful and me getting what I wanted. I had never been to a place like this but my girlfriend persuaded me. Denise helped me figure out what material I felt the most turned on by. And then my girlfriend bought lingerie in that material. It was pretty sweet I would say. read more

I recently took a special effects class there and learned so many different ways to create effects with the kit the was provided. I also learned that they carry the makeup if not will order what you need. While I was there many customers came in looking for wigs and costumes for events, the employees there were so helpful and attentive. It was nice to see that kind of customers service. read more

My girlfriend and I were attending El Velorio event on October 13 for the first time and I was on a mission for us to be center of attention, lol. I went all out in planning my costume and what better place than Heavenly Choice to take care of my face makeup. Denise went out of her way to help us put our vision on paper and Megan the makeup artist took it to a different level, amazing. My costume and our faces where definitely a hit at the event. I had a great experience, great quality of work and great customer service. I would definitely be coming back for my next event face makeup for 10/26/18 boyfriend's big Halloween Costume Party. read more

Went today at 11am exactly and doors were still locked. Checked the business hours and they should have been open since 10am. You're better off going to Vons and buying flowers, balloons, sweets and stuffed plush there. Annoying that business owners aren't responsible to follow their own hours. read more

Was in the area and thought I would see if I can find some place to get Halloween make up. The owner was busy with other customers so I was just looking at pictures and holding a palette. She walked past me and said that's a good palette for the look you want. I didn't even know she noticed me! As I was paying, she was giving me some tips to add powder so the makeup won't smear. Which I end up getting here as well and she gave me some free sponges. Only spent 5-10 mins in the store but that alone has set a good vibe to start my day. read more

I really love supporting local businesses so I wanted to give this place a try. They have all kinds of merchandise here. It's all over the place!! From bachelorette party, wedding, adult entertainment...etc. Great, friendly customer service, but dated merchandise. Even though I know she meant well, I felt pressured to purchase stuff. I like to shop at my own pace and she kept handing me items that I wasn't interested in. I was looking for bachelorette party supply for my sister. But I was disappointed I didn't find anything. Not everyone wants penis/ raunchy merchandise, oh well :( read more

Love this store! I've read bad reviews about this place saying that it's old & what not. This store isn't for a huge crowd or the close minded! This store is for the people who are creative & unique. This store carries all types of makeup like Ben Nye & Mehron. The makeup classes are so much fun! Don't read the bad comments they're just people who don't enjoy this store! And don't know hat it's about! read more

My 12-year-old daughter and her friend have been attending the make up workshops on Wednesdays and Saturday. Last Saturday, students were taught the basics of sugar skulls for Dia de Los Muertos make-up. The instructor is extremely knowledgeable and allows the students to use her make-up and brushes to try the techniques that were being taught. The only reason why I give this business a four and not a five is because the store is also an adult gift shop. They keep it separated and discreet and my girls are very mature so it's not a big deal. The girls look forward to each class and all the new tips and tricks that they are learning. read more

I love coming to this boutique for my Dia de Los Muertos face makeup! It's not the cheap kind you can find in any department or Halloween store. This stuff is amazing quality and lasts all day or nights! The owner is very knowledgeable and will explain how to use the product. Although the boutique has a WIDE variety of items, I love going there for the makeup. A little on the pricey side but like I said the quality is worth it! read more

I have lived in Montebello for a long time and I have never been into Heavenly Choice until Saturday, February 11th, 2012. That was a big mistake to never go in! My friend reccomended that I go see Denise there to get my flowers for my Valentine. I walked in and found a really neat store with lots and lots of great gifts. Betty Page to Betty Boop they have it all. I ordered a dozen red roses to be delivered to LAC+USC Medical Center where my Valentine works and I included some candy that I purchased at another store. Denise researched where she needed to go and my flowers and candy were delivered on Valentines Day no problem at all. I will be going back there for future gifts and flowers. read more
