Throughout the year they're only open on Saturdays. Call for hours during weeks leading up to Halloween as they have different set times for pick up. Our character made a mistake and had her parties mixed up so she was over an hour late. The balloon artist kind of just walked around and made balloon animals for the kids but it was awkward with no character. Since our character was so late, some kids had to leave when she was just arriving. We were building up the anticipation but by then we discovered it would be well over another hour, so the kids got in the pool instead and were well into playing and not really into the entertaining by the time the character did arrive. Overall the character was great once the kids heard her singing. Balloon artist was kind of a waste of money since it was a little awkward having someone walk around making balloons without the entertainer. Kind of a bummer it played out that way. Mistakes do happen but no one even reached out to explain anything, I just received an invoice to pay with a slight discount which I still paid.

I mentioned the email I sent it to and she said "oh well that's why no one checks that email".... Ok so why is it active? Then I mentioned I purchased on shopify and she said "oh that's why no one checks that" WHAT? How are you selling items on Shopify and not checking it? After a hold, she came on an offered a refund. As my friend is excited for this sash, I asked if there was a replacement or anything and that's when she said that they are out of stock on every single bridal sash. When I asked why they are still selling them / the listings are still active, she said she would email and immediately cancel when anyone buys. When I told her that it didn't happen to me, she said "well someone else should've done it but we're busy ok?". I asked to speak to someone else and she refused saying she doesn't have a boss and no one is over her. The entire process with Enchanted Characters was incredibly smooth from start to finish. It was so easy to inquire and book online, and I received a follow-up message almost immediately. They were very thorough and provided all the information I needed, so I barely even had any questions. The little times we did communicate, the response was almost immediate, which made me feel so confident that someone would actually show up to our party and on time! We had the lovely Faith come out as Cinderella for our daughter's third birthday, and she was truly the highlight of the whole party!
