Came here for some Valentine's Day items. Legit experience. I recommend their lingerie. The employees were very helpful and were very offering in advice and opinions when warranted. I even got a cute cookie on the way out that said cute butt. I also got a free panty on my way out! Don't be ashamed! Walking into this store you don't have to be! Touch of romance seems to be catered to a womens needs. The name, the atmosphere, and the only people I have ever seen working there are.....you guessed it.....women! With that said the set up is lingerie first, books, oils, novelties and then toys and videos. The people who work there are very knowledge and ready to answer your questions. This is a nice, small store with a heavy slant towards female customers. Sexy lingerie, toys and other sex-life accessories are attractively displayed. The store is clean, well lit and doesn't feel intimidating or creepy. It probably helps that it's only open until 9pm (which seemed like an early closing time for an adult store to me, but goes along with their atmosphere of being a safe place for women to shop). The woman who was working during my visit was friendly and greeted me promptly when I entered the store. She asked if she could help me and when I described what I was looking for she showed me several options and gave me some good advice to help me make a selection that would best fit my need. I browsed around and made a small purchase. She then showed me something else that might have been even better than what I'd just bought and I felt a little frustrated - had I seen that product before I bought something, I might have bought it instead. Anyway, I liked what I got and liked the service and selection. I would definitely stop in here again. read more

Megan was amazing. She greeted us and told us about sales, but was never intrusive. She came by a little while later, not taking over the conversation, just adding in. Megan was super helpful ! They closed at 7pm and me and my friend came in not knowing as she was closing and she kindly told us they were about to close but we can still look around than even tho she had other task to finish to close the store she helped me and her help was amazing ! Upon entering the store, I noticed signs that explicitly stated "NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS" and another sign near the register that mentioned the 7-day exchange policy. The first red flag was the inconsistency between the receipt and the store's signage. The lady at the register refused to exchange my unworn leggings, even though I had the tags, the original receipt, and had purchased them just 3 days ago. She inspected the item as if it were dirty, despite the fact that I had never worn them and had only tried them on, which didn't fit. When I asked about the exchange policy, she simply stated that I couldn't exchange items that had been tried on. I understand that lingerie should not be tried on after purchase and then exchanged, but clothing should not be subject to such a strict policy, especially one that isn't communicated on a receipt, sign, or verbally. The store never informed me that the leggings were on final sale. To avoid this situation in the future, I recommend that the store clearly state on the receipt that there are no returns or exchanges on items that have been tried on, worn, etc. Additionally, it would be helpful to include a note that clothing items are final sale. In conclusion, I would advise against purchasing from this store unless you are willing to gamble on your size.
