This is a nice, small store with a heavy slant towards female customers. Sexy lingerie, toys and other sex-life accessories are attractively displayed. The store is clean, well lit and doesn't feel intimidating or creepy. It probably helps that it's only open until 9pm (which seemed like an early closing time for an adult store to me, but goes along with their atmosphere of being a safe place for women to shop). The woman who was working during my visit was friendly and greeted me promptly when I entered the store. She asked if she could help me and when I described what I was looking for she showed me several options and gave me some good advice to help me make a selection that would best fit my need. I browsed around and made a small purchase. She then showed me something else that might have been even better than what I'd just bought and I felt a little frustrated - had I seen that product before I bought something, I might have bought it instead. The Assistant Manager Jen was very helpful and friendly. The store is very clean and organized. Their selection of items is very new and unique. Totally found several items! Looking forward to returning soon! I returned to the store a couple of weeks later to exchange a size on a pair of panties. The guy there said there is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES on underwear. I told the guy I was told I can exchange anything w a receipt. He asked for receipt and I showed it to him. He remained adamant there was no exchanges because underwear are "personable". I asked him aren't all the items in there personable? He insisted there was no exchanges. I told him Victoria Secrets does exchanges w panties and asked what the difference was. He said VS is a huge company. No wonder this place is small. It's gonna remain small. Never coming here again. ***update The Assistant Manager reached out to me via Yelp! I am happy to report I received an apology and was honored an exchange for the inconvenience regarding my attempt to exchange the underwear. The cashier who turned me away no longer works there.
