Looking forward to returning soon! I returned to the store a couple of weeks later to exchange a size on a pair of panties. The guy there said there is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES on underwear. I told the guy I was told I can exchange anything w a receipt. He asked for receipt and I showed it to him. He remained adamant there was no exchanges because underwear are "personable". I asked him aren't all the items in there personable? He insisted there was no exchanges. I told him Victoria Secrets does exchanges w panties and asked what the difference was. I have been a customer of this store for 12 years. I have always have super positive experiences here. The cashiers are always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They approach you and ask if you need help and avoid the ackwardness if you happen to be a bit on the embarrassed side when you walk in. I ran into this store during my lunch hour today to restock on condoms and lube, and today was no exception with the level of service from the staff. I was immediately asked if I needed help finding anything, and even though I didn't think I did, things had been moved since my last visit. I was immediately shown to the area I needed and the very friendly cashier reminded me of their condom prices, buy 6 get 6 free. After a few minutes of browsing the cashier again returned and made a suggestion for lube. She pointed me in the direction of a brand that is recommended by dermatologists due to the lack of unnecessary ingredients. She told me that she personally likes it because it doesn't get the tacky feel that others get after a few minutes. She also explained the difference between the gels and the liquids. All in all I would give this 4 1/2 stars if the rating would allow, but alas I cannot. I would recommend this to anyone looking, if they weren't too embarrassed to ask. read more

Our first visit to this store was fantastic thanks to Natalie (and her coworkers)! Natalie was an excellent sales rep. She noticed us examining a product and suggested we take it out of the box for further examination and showed us the product's functions and multitude of uses. She was knowledgeable and professional in offering information about the different products (and even the service reputations of their parent companies) we had been considering. She was able to provide information and encouragement toward different toys in a low pressure manner - not that it mattered given that the information she provided us with was selling us on the products alone. Regardless, there was never a sense of pressure or intimidation, only service well provided. The environment created by Natalie (and the other employees whose names I didn't get) was extremely positive. This undoubtedly attracts customers to this location due to its friendly and helpful appeal. Also I really liked her eyeliner. Give her a raise based on her makeup skills alone. Pros * Staff are helpful but not overbearing, also professionally groomed and dressed. They make it seem very everday. * The layout is very organized and welcoming. They keep the lingerie to the front and the toys and accessories to the back. It was kind of nice for me going in as it wasn't to overwhelming right through the door. Its really well lit with big open windows in the front. It takes away that stereotypical creepy shadow vibe. * Also... no pornography. Which I like. The point of going to this sort of establishment for me is to make myself look beautiful for someone special... not look at other ladies and gents in their intimate attire. Cons * Walking out the door after making my purchase a bunch of kids in a jalope drove past shouting "you go pretty mama" and "oohlalala".... but what can you do?
