Check in 1st time, get 40% off a single item! My friend and I purchased something and got another coupon for 40% off next time we come in too. Bought stuff for the rave we went to. Some of the things here were neat. I thought it was just a lingerie place. Well it is mostly but they sold costumes/rave stuff. The guy worker was nice and friendly, and helpful with what we were looking for. We signed up for the customer card where you get 20% off every 1st Tuesday of the month. This is going to change next year where you accumulate points for discounts/deals (said the worker) FYI. read more

I was doing some last minute Christmas shopping and stopped in. At first I was a little embarrassed because I was shopping for a vibrator, but the sales girl took me and made me feel very comfortable. Note: They are no longer selling a wide variety of "Adult Movies". We were next door and decided to stop by and use their awesome check in offer of 40% off! I would have walked away with something really cool, but it was $139 and the check in offer only goes up to $90. Bummer, because I really really wanted it! the staff here is awesome. they are always so friendly, they make you feel comfortable when your shopping, they answer all your questions, and they will open and let you see your merchandise, they put batteries in it to make sure its working properly, and they even GIFT WRAP! the best part: this place is located in the same parking lot as Toys R US. lol so i guess if you have kids, your kid can get toys from there and you can get toys from here lol read more

Got there around noon-ish, place was closed. I get that some jobs should take breaks for lunch but a sex shop isn't really one of them, I eat on the job between customers every day. Amazing experience !!! My husband and I were assisted by Jen who was very informational and friendly! She helped us choose the best products and explained how each one worked and she was also very honest about the products that she has personally tried & she even gave us her personal recommendation, which helped the overwhelming feeling of choosing a single product from the many great products they have to offer! You cannot compare this place with any other. These types of stores carry the same generic goods. The customer service is what makes the difference. I've been to other stores where sales people would make you feel extremely uncomfortable while trying to forcefully push their product onto you. About a month ago, I went in to purchase some condoms and toys. The sales person who helped me was John. He was so welcoming and did not discriminate (other places usually carry a distinct sexist vibe). His knowledge of the company's products allowed me to trust him with my personal needs (ex. Pros-Cons of silicon vs. water-based lubes, detailed functions of products, etc). He was extremely helpful. If you plan on going, ask for John! read more

Upon entering the store, I noticed signs that explicitly stated "NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS" and another sign near the register that mentioned the 7-day exchange policy. The first red flag was the inconsistency between the receipt and the store's signage. The lady at the register refused to exchange my unworn leggings, even though I had the tags, the original receipt, and had purchased them just 3 days ago. She inspected the item as if it were dirty, despite the fact that I had never worn them and had only tried them on, which didn't fit. When I asked about the exchange policy, she simply stated that I couldn't exchange items that had been tried on. I understand that lingerie should not be tried on after purchase and then exchanged, but clothing should not be subject to such a strict policy, especially one that isn't communicated on a receipt, sign, or verbally. The store never informed me that the leggings were on final sale. To avoid this situation in the future, I recommend that the store clearly state on the receipt that there are no returns or exchanges on items that have been tried on, worn, etc. Additionally, it would be helpful to include a note that clothing items are final sale. In conclusion, I would advise against purchasing from this store unless you are willing to gamble on your size.

It was my first time in a store of this nature and I have to admit I was nervous and even a little embarrassed. I didn't feel that way for long! As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by staff. I still was a bit nervous until Jen asked if she could help me. I explained it was my first time in a store like this and she immediately made me feel comfortable. She took me through the store and explained each different section. She showed me all kinds of really neat items and actually opened the boxes and allowed me to see how they worked and how they felt. She was very knowledgeable about each product and helped me find just the right things to purchase. I left feeling completely satisfied being that I purchased just what I wanted! I will be back to shop and next time I won't be nervous or embarrassed whatsoever!
