The selection of items in this store is vast, however they could use a few more items but the store is a little small for that. Anyhwho, I love this store! Came in to purchase a gift for my girlfriends birthday and encountered, Hailey who was helpful in directing me to a fun game. When purchasing the game I noticed the mystery bags at the registered. I inquired about the price of the "lesbian lover" bag, and I decided to purchase. As Hailey rang me up, I noticed a list of 10 other mystery bags - in that moment I inquired the price of the "for her" bag, I had no idea what was in either bag, but wasn't quite sure my girlfriend wanted a "lesbian bag". When I chose that one - I had no idea that other bags were available but Hailey said there were many others, they just weren't on display. Hailey advised the two bags in question were only a .20 cent difference but she need to call her manager for help. Hailey said She was advised by her manager, whose name she said was "Janette", that this was not allowed and she could not accommodate this. I was disappointed to hear seeing as how I hadn't even signed my credit card receipt, nor received my of my merchandise yet. Hailey was kind, but this was a pretty bad customer service experience that I simply couldn't pass up sharing. I would suggest that 1. If your sales are final (which is totally understandable for this type of shop) SAY that before charging a customers card. Furthermore, if you haven't shared the policy with the customer, and you see they are still undecided - DONT RING THEM UP, and then say your hands are tied once a decision is made! read more

The best customer service. My interaction started when I called and spoke to an associate about them carrying a certain product. They were extremely kind and answered my question. Ashlee and Nise showed me exactly what I needed and then some. They made the entire atmosphere not only comfortable for myself but for the other guests too. Even a guy who had dropped his wallet next door, who came in to ask if anyone found or returned it, they were so kind and helpful to him.
