Such a nice store from the outside. Too bad I never saw the inside. Went to do some shopping for my girlfriend and started pulling into the parking lot, and saw a few pretty shady characters hanging around, I then heard someone shouting, and cursing, and babbling on... obviously some mentally disturbed person. I was excited that one of my favorite adult stores was in Riverside as I've made it a point to visit many of the other stores in the western states as I used to love the chain. My friend and I went to hustlers two nights ago. There was a new girl who I haven't seen before and she was amazing. Super supportive and did not dismiss anything my friend and I had questions about. However there was another worker there. She was the first worker we had ever met at hustlers and had the worst attitude the first time meeting her. This time around, she did not acknowledge us whatsoever. I remember her staying she was a manager, she is currently pregnant. (Only mentioning that because I did not get her name and that's the only characteristic that can really identify her apart from other staff members) she was helping another couple and mentioned the following "you don't want anything battery powered to be near water unless you're into the electric shit like we have in the corner over there" and we are people who are into that kink so we definitely felt kink shamed at the moment. It definitely discourages us from going back each time we have an encounter with her. There was also a butt plug i was looking at on the display table and we asked the other girl if she knew the brand and she went through all sections where the plug could possibly be located by could not find it. She said she would verify with her manager which was the other girl that is being mentioned in this review. That manager said it was this one brand and my friend, myself and the other store team member all looked and quickly realized she kept insisting it was the wrong brand ! The other girl looked it up and verified it was in fact a different brand and available online.
