I have never wanted or needed to write a review in my life until now. I only came here because my friend recommended this place, saying they had a great experience and how informative they were. But be warned you'll only get this same service if you're spending over $100. When I walked in I was greeted by everyone and a girl with half red half black hair came up to me with smiles and cheerfully asking me what I was looking for. When I informed her of what I was looking for and the price range I had in mind, her smile immediately went away and became cold. She completely ignored what I told her and showed me the most expensive toys first. When I kindly reminded her that they were out of my price range she just kept insisting and trying to upsell me. I ended up leaving and not buying anything and will not be returning. There's like 8 other sex shops in the same area with better service and no attitude. Yes, they have plenty of options but please do your research before buying ANYTHING. You will more than likely spend a lot more if you buy from here compared to the manufacturer itself. They also have a zero return policy and all sales are hence final. Its not worth it. customer service also does not make up for it. read more

So rude and unhelpful! All staff members were extremely rude. My partner and I spent about 40$ and we would have spent much more of we would have had help, and when I asked about the sign out front saying "free gift with purchase" that at no legal specifications, I was basically talked down too by another staff member. This whole experienced horrified me so much, that I completely understand why people stick to amazon. Much cheaper and no staff members to give attitude, rolled eyes and dirty looks. read more

I am extremely disappointed in the policy whereby you cannot return anything as soon as the credit card is charged.! I bought some things yesterday that were over priced by 200 or 300% I later found out on the Internet. I tried to bring them back today, when the store opened and they explained emphatically that there is no return policy the logic of this may be found in the business practices of these types of stores, but it certainly doesn't lend to any credible customer service. I stopped by here while visiting a friend to browse the store for some cute lingerie. The store is well organized and I liked the pieces but one of their employees made me feel uncomfortable. I think his name was Joe but he attempted to flirt with me while shopping?? It was really creepy. I didn't reciprocate but he kept staring at me while I looked around. I thought it was highly inappropriate to flirt with a customer in a store of this nature and it's never happened to me before so I was really weirded out. Needless to say, I got out of there fast. Very nice store, and staff seems friendly. But you tend to feel uncomfortable when sales staff act like car salesmen. Constantly asking if you need help, or telling you the specials, or trying to always show you something. It has happened to me the last few times I went in there. It made me feel like rather my kid is with me at the store always trying to get my attention, or show me something. That or they are constantly standing on my shoulder like I am trying to steal something. Word to the wise, if you are in an adult store, it is rather daunting, and hard to keep from feeling embarrassed while looking for a surprise for the wife. Can I just tell you, what a difference! I went to the other store down the street and was treated so rudely! I walked out! I came in here and the wonderful young lady was so helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming! She was outstanding. I spent over $250.00 and that was after the $120, in discounts. I registered as a rewards member. I have unsubscribed t the other crap store. This wonderful store gives discounts for former and active military. They were very welcoming and didn't make us feel awkward when we walked in... but things turned quite irritating when we would pick out products we had interest in, and one of the employees would come by and basically say 'this... this is shit. you're going to want *more expensive thing* I understand quality comes with a price and they were just trying to help. But let us buy what we want maybe?? I ended up buying a box of trojans... to which a girl said 'you're STILL on trojans?!' like yea we are? my girlfriend enjoys the specific ones we picked out. But before she could show us anything, i quickly said 'no, no it's fine. we'll take these.' They all just seemed so condescending about what we were buying towards the end. As a college couple we don't have racks to spend on toys, and this being my girlfriends first sex shop experience, we're both very disappointed. read more
