My husband and I bought two pairs of sketchers for our up coming all day adventure I received some help with a variety of shoes which was nice but we went to pay and my husband asked about the wheel behind the counter . The lady said yes you get a free spin so he spun and it landed on the green which was a free pair of shoes . At that point the other lady said oh that doesn't count you have to pay first which we were in the process of doing . We both were like what? That was scandalous and unfair it was the one on Tuscan ave in Orange County.

Loved this shoe store! Great selection and prices, and very well organized. Particularly appreciated that they were open on Christmas, since we're from out of town and needed new shoes for our son. We were in and out in 5 minutes while our Uber driver waited for us, then off to Disneyland about a mile away with nice water resistant shoes.

This place is okay. They have a large selection of shoes, but not always in your size. It's clean and the people are nice.

They say it's modeled after fancy olden days Los Angeles department stores which is kind of cool. Even more cool, Elias was Walt Disney's Dad's name so the shop is named after his father. I'd call Elias & Co as a general souvenir gift shop at Disneyland where you'll find a ton of clothes and other fairly standard Disney items. Tons of Mickey ears, bags, even some watches & jewerly. The huge store is divided into four sections: Men's, Women's, Children's and Jewelry. It's been helpful for me in particular when I needed to buy socks and ended up getting some cute Disney footsie covers in a bind. If you have an Annual Pass, they do offer the discount here which is nice. If nothing else, you can escape the heat or weather for a moment walking down Buena Vista Street thru the store from one end to the other and check out what's for sale instead of trotting down the trove with the masses. Because this is at the front of the park, it can get incredibly busy though! Only for that reason is it probably my least favorite shop at California Adventure. They have a helpful and friendly staff working though, as always is the Disney way!

The Art Deco architecture has polished wood accents and the brass details. Inside Elias & Co though is a grand multi room shopping experience! The store is divided into themed sections each with its own unique atmosphere and merchandise. You can find everything from apparel, accessories, plush toys, collectibles, and seasonal Disney exclusives. The elegant light fixtures and vintage inspired décor makes you feel completely immersed into a shopping destination from the 1920s! While I was visiting Disneyland for the Halloween Half Marathon, I ended up stopping by this store to take a look at all of the seasonal merchandise! This store does accept Magic Key Holder discounts, Disney Vacation Club discounts, and Disney Visa Cardmember perks! If you didn't want to wait in line to check out, you can use the mobile checkout as an alternative! I did end up buying a few fall ornaments from Elias & Co! This is usually one of the first stores that I go into for shopping at Disney's California Adventure!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS STORE BEFORE SHOPPING HERE…read more I had an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this store. From the moment I walked in, I felt as though I was being watched and followed by multiple employees while simply trying to shop for a pair of shoes. As an Asian adult with smaller feet, I shop in the children's shoe section because adult sizes are often too large for me. There should be nothing wrong with shopping in the section that carries shoes that fit my feet. Within the first two minutes of entering the store, I was approached by two different employees a male and a female, who by the way were standing approximately 15 feet apart from one another. Their repeated attention made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. I eventually asked the male employee, "What is the problem? I'm a paying customer, and I'm shopping in the children's section. Is there an issue?" After they finally left me alone, I found a pair of shoes I wanted to purchase and proceeded to the register. The employee asked whether I had tried the shoes on and informed me that there were no refunds. I acknowledged his statement and was prepared to proceed with the purchase. I had my phone out and was ready to pay when he abruptly stopped the transaction, took the shoes away, and told me to leave because he felt I had an attitude. I said, "That's fine and you guys are horrible people for treating me that way"! I was shocked by how unnecessarily confrontational the situation became. I was not looking to argue with anyone. I simply wanted to purchase a pair of shoes and leave. Instead, I was denied the opportunity to complete my purchase and was made to feel unwelcome. What made this experience even more upsetting was hearing employees speaking in another language while using English words that appeared to refer to me and my shoe size. Given the circumstances, I felt that I was being discussed and judged because of my appearance and the fact that I was shopping in the children's section. As an Asian American customer, I am concerned that I may have been unfairly singled out. I cannot definitively speak to the employees' intentions, but the way I was treated left me feeling disrespected and questioning whether discrimination played a role in this interaction. I work in a corporate environment and in the service industry, so I understand the importance of professionalism, customer service, and respecting customers' personal space. I believe employees have every right to address legitimate concerns, but those concerns should be handled respectfully and consistently and not through unnecessary confrontation or by abruptly refusing to complete a customer's purchase. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Having small feet does not make me any less of an adult or any less entitled to shop for shoes that fit me. If a store has a legitimate policy regarding purchases, that policy should be clearly communicated and applied consistently to all customers. I left this store feeling humiliated, disrespected, and unwelcome. Based on my experience, I would caution others about shopping here and hope management takes these concerns seriously, reviews how this situation was handled, and ensures that all customers are treated fairly and professionally. I have a friend that literally had this same issue and was refused to purchase from the kids section and also can't believe what I've experienced. I will not be coming back here ever! I hope this finds you guys learning how to treat people better!
