Located in a fun shopping plaza so you can hit up lots of stores. Went in looking for a dress for my mom and actually found lots of cute options with a great sale. Old Navy has better quality clothes than a lot of places if you're looking for something that'll last. Always check their clearance section in the back! Can really find some gems. read more

My go to place for comfort ware. I like getting my workout clothes here as they are quick affordable and they have cute styles. They also have a lot of good sales so I try and double up my coupons. Staff is friendly here at this location. A few less stars because the clearance area and the fitting room areas are a mess. No staff to clean up so customers tend to leave their items on the floor (which is bad) and on the chairs. Almost every fitting room needed to be cleaned. read more

Cashier 3640790, register 404. I stopped in to return some online order items. There was a young lady and a young man working behind the registers, and the young lady called me over as I was next in line. As she was processing my return, most of her attention was on her coworker. When the next customer was at his register, the employee had some trouble with processing the transaction...something about being told by another different employee that the jeans are bogo. The young lady helping me turned all of her attention to helping her coworker and the other customer. Now I know a return isn't as complex, and I'm sure she could multi-task. However, I'm under the impression that when you are in front of a customer most, if not all, of your attention should be on said customer. Or if you need to help a coworker momentarily, you excuse yourself and then help. Granted, I didn't wait an extended period of time. However, I think it's terrible customer service. Has retail become so careless that this is now acceptable? That the bare minimum from retail employees is ok? When I asked her a couple of questions about her lack of customer service, she said that they work as a team. I'm all about teamwork at work. So teamwork at this store equates to the one customer being practically and 2 employees helping another single customer? Who or what is to blame...management for lack of training, parents for the poor upbringing of today's generation and the lack of a strong work ethic, the weak work ethic mindset of most employees, or a combo of all? read more

I actually really enjoy this old navy. It's LARGE, that includes a large wide clearance section as well. It's definitely not organized or easy to sort but it's fun to look around if you have the time. The staff goes as fast as they can when checking people out but the lines are always long even with 3 cashiers again I said the store is large so maybe they can hire a couple more crew members (last time I was there they were training :) My in store pick up was easy and quick as soon as I got there the guy in the front called over the manager and she got it out for me and answered a question I had and even told me that she would honor my wish on a coupon I had to see if it would work (as a trial run to her) which was super nice & showed professionalism in customer service and store management. I came looking for some shorts and didn't end up finding the style I like, but I asked for help from Cari Ann and she was the sweetest lady! She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. My only vice with this store is that clothes were not arranged in the order they were supposed to be. My boyfriend and I went in here, so I could check it out. I don't normally shop at old navy, but I was able to find a few cute items. My boyfriend was followed by one of the male workers, who we believe is the manager. He couldn't even look around. He was ****continuously**** followed, and asked multiple times within a 10 minutes if he needed help. He couldn't look at anything in the men's section. While I was checking out, they left all of the security tags on my clothing, and had to take my bag back 3 times to take it off separate items. The entire experience was uncomfortable. Whenever I come across an Old Navy, I always give it a try. You can, without fail, find some good deals, since they are perpetually on "sale". I found this particular store to be nice, a bit smaller than other locations, but that is ok. They carried a decent selection and everything was properly organized. There is not maternity wear in this unit though Not a crowded store, so you can easily browse around without constantly bumping into people. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. read more

My teenage daughter and I had a blast and agreed to buy the same dress!! It was a wonderful and amazing experience! Karolina is such an amazing Lead and made us feel like we were Royalty! She helped us look for jeans and clothes and showed us where everything was. She seriously needs to be a manager at the store and was amazingly perfect! If there was a way to give negative I would!! Bought my daughter $53 worth of items with my rewards and got a gift receipt. She took to the store and they offered her $2.14 !!!! They said if she returns items with a gift receipt the rewards are forfeited!!!! Thank goodness she said no and brought to me and I went to talk to them and was told the same thing. I said bullshit that $$ has to go back as rewards to my account and she kept telling me no because I was using a gift receipt!! There was no way I was going to agree with that so she took my phone # and said the receipt is linked to my account and I'll receive rewards back but only because I wouldn't accept their "deal". Tell me this isn't crap. She couldn't give me any proof and says it will take 3-5 days for them to be reapplied I told her I'll be back in 5 days to check!! Wow what a scam!! Online claimed this store opened at 9, and when I arrived at 9:30, the "December Extended Hours" calendar literally posted in the window claimed they opened at 8. However the doors were very much locked, so it already started out poorly. Waited around and they opened the doors at 10. Went straight to the counter where the cashier literally complained that I was starting her day with a return. Then she proceeded to complain that the item was wrinkled (sorry I couldn't fold it perfectly back into the tiny bag you shipped it in), and then accused me of wearing the jacket (I hadn't because it didn't fit). Overall she was just so rude and didn't seem to have any idea of how to appropriately interact with a customer. The store itself was lacking when I looked around after. Not a lot of selection, things in overly bright weird colors, and everything is cropped. Was really disappointed in this location. read more

Wow such a nice location!! It's been ages since I've stepped inside an Old Navy! I've felt so out of the times but thank goodness for my sister she keeps me in the loop LOL!! I have a really hard time finding clothes, ever since Aeropostale started closing in the malls the struggle has been real LOL Finding clothes was like finding a needle in a haystack for me! All of a sudden out of the blue my sister sees an online sale for 30%, we find so many cute clothes (leggings and thermals) Not to mention you get Old Navy cash for ever $25 you spend to use at a later time ^__^ This location is massive! Super spacious, clean and easy to maneuver around. There wasn't anything out of place even in the clearance section, it was spotless! We couldn't believe the selection and how clean it was! Our cashier was able to do all 3 returns and didn't flinch! She was on point! Easy breezy! My sister thinks this location is even better than the Tustin Marketplace! Pretty discriminatory if you ask me. We have enough of an issue fitting into clothes and now we have to order online and just hope they fit? This Old Navy has very friendly staff and the store is a lot more organized than it was before. I usually always find a good deal here. The only real complaint I have is that parents think this is a playground and not a clothing store. Every time I come in, there are children running around, climbing on displays, and banging that metal bowl that's on the coloring table in the back of the store. Now it's not the employees job to babysit, but I do think they can be a bit more assertive with the parents. The last time I was here a kid poured a water bottle on a pile of clothes. So choose your shopping time wisely. Avoid weekends and try to go during school hours. read more

I've been to many Old Navy's and this one feel short! They carry clothing for women, men and children but each department seemed small and not too much variety of clothing. Maybe this location is just smaller than others. There wasn't a dressing room area. They have a quick change spot at the end of aisles that has a mirror and a curtain to pull around you. The curtain moves and sways so at times you feel like your not getting full coverage. I did not see many of these either. They do have great sales though throughout the year. I am a fan of the jeans since they are durable and last. Their sizes are usually fit to accurate size too. The clearance section is always fun to hit too but can be a bit messy. read more

This old navy had an employee that kept following me around like I was going to steal something. Everytime I turned around this person kept asking me if I needed help and I would politely decline but he still kept an eye on me. I was in the kids section he was in the kids section refolding already folded clothes. I was over by the skinny jeans he would slowly move there smiling at me and keeping a close eye. So annoying... Talk about bad experience. Tried getting an exchange through store manager Ashlee, but very bad experience. Have wrong size, can't find receipt. Item costs $24 but on clearance is for $5. She won't allow the exchange. Says policy is clearly stated in back of receipt. The best she can do is take the item back and issue a store certificate for the $5 send via mail. Wow, I explained we just need another size and she says you can wait for your certificate and see if we still have the right size or you can get it right now for a cheap price. Never mind I loose $19 in the process. Very bad customer service. Store is very dirty. Clothes are all over the floor and some grumpy employees. read more

Love this Old Navy. First of which, it's really convenient and really close to home. Every time I come here there is something on sale and some coupon on Retail me Not that makes the trip worth while. Today I saved over $50 dollars with my purchase and left there spending $43 with a $15 off coupon. I hardly ever have an issue finding something in my size and I love that their product no longer advertises Old Navy all over the clothing. The staff here is super friendly and helpful and the most I ever have to wait to check out is around 5 minutes. Plus they always have last minute things at the front to keep me busy. The store is pretty much always clean and well organized. I love coming here for my my clothing must-haves! read more

Good to see Old Navy back at its old location! I do love Old Navy stores because of their constant sales. This particular location is nice since it's not too full on a regular basis. The store layout is a big funky since the children's section is hidden on the right hand side. Their shoe selection is a bit small. Clearance section is smaller compared to other locations. This particular location is just "A-ok". I did notice they have completely different sales compared to other locations. If I ever want to go on a Old Navy shopping spree, I'll just visit the location at the Outlets of Orange. They have awesome sales. read more

I am only 5'3" and it's not easy finding pants that I don't need to alter. I was told at a different location that short pants are only offered online. I found them all here!! No one greeted me here and no one asked if I needed help until I was walking towards the register. The store is huge. Maybe I was hard to find. I came in to exchange some stuff and had no issues. Good store. Seriously though, I HAVE to credit a friend who works here Isabella. She's super friendly, respectful and gives outstanding customer service! Whenever she's checking out the items at the check out line, working with patrons near the fitting , stocking clothes on the racks, she's ALWAYS there with a smile. Isabella is an excellent person when it comes to customer's attention, concerns or issues. I known her for a long period of time and I'm glad that I am seeing her work here for the summer. Nothing stops us between the friendship we had for so long. Isabella, YOU deserve to be associate of the year!
