It has become something of a monthly tradition with my kids, that we would all go over to Carter's to do our shopping as a family. They have such a safe fun environment that we all love. My kids are always adventurous and the employees there have been nice enough to go along with their antics. They always make me chuckle. Carter's is probably the best place to get clothing for these little devils so I will keep going there for a long time to come.

I like coming to this location because of the large parking area and plus if you can't find something here you can visit other stores in this Anaheim Plaza. I found a few cute one sizes and matching socks. There's also a sale or clearance section that you can also find good deals. But it ca be a bit messy. Overall good shopping experience. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Oftentimes, i have items shipped to store if delivery straight from home doesn't work out. What i love about LB is that they often have great door busters, and if i need to return something after i pick up its as easy as 1-2-3. Today, i visited to pick up an item shipped to store, and was able to find some great deals. Utilize the LB cash rewards and their app and you can get great deals. Its not Nordstroms, but for me its about how the garment makes me feel. Not necessarily the label itself. So if its a high end label or a no name label as long as it invokes joy, sass and comfort count me in! 10/10

What in the Hello Kitty is this?!?! This isn't Hot Topic!…read more Man, back in the day I lovedddd Hot Topic. They had all the gothic vibes and metalhead t-shirts. The store used to be mostly black esthetic with some pop culture stuff. They always had the best t-shirts. They used to sell goth boots, spiked bracelets and necklaces, punk clothing and everything was dark and creepy. The vibes were spooky and fun. What happened to this store? It is now all anime junk, Hello Kitty and just crap. I feel like this store is turning into Claire's lol I walked in to this store and walked right back out. This is no longer the goth friendly store I remember. It's now rainbows and sunshine. Pass.

We've purchased a few items from Aéropostale over the years, but had never been to this location…read moreuntil last week. When we received our latest online order, one of the colors for an item was not what it looked like from the webpage (online shopping, you know how it is) so we wanted to see if we can either return/exchange it. We were lucky that Aéropostale was located at The Outlets at Orange (formerly The Block at Orange) and that we happened to be in the area. There were a few customers in line but they were rung up quickly and efficiently. Once we got to the register, the employee was very attentive and kind. She walked us over to where the item was, so we can see if there were any in the size and color we wanted. We found what we needed right away and we were able to exchange the item quickly. Not only that, we were also able to get a small refund due to the tax rate being lower in OC. The store is sufficiently stocked and easy to shop.

A wonderful experience at Hobby Lobby in Santa Ana #650, thanks to Ada in the fabric department!…read more I came in with a craft in mind for my daughter's birthday party this Saturday!Once I started looking at the options and the different price points- I became overwhelmed. Ada was truly an angel. She took considerable time to listen to my vision, understand the craft, and then offered thoughtful ideas and options that worked within my budget. She was knowledgeable, creative, kind and I never felt rushed. I appreciate how invested Ada was in helping make my craft come together. This was only my 2nd time at Hobby Lobby, (normally shop at Michael's), but Ada's customer service honestly had me thinking, "Why don't I come here more often?" It was a great experience. I left feeling excited about the birthday craft and very satisfied with my $220 purchase. Ada is an asset to this store, and I hope she receives recognition for providing exceptional customer service!

I walked into Hobby Lobby today with my daughter and friend and initially felt welcomed. I was…read moregenuinely happy to be there, just browsing around, looking at things, and hoping to find something cute for my daughter. My daughter pointed at a Highland cow plushie, and a worker who was standing around the shelf suddenly said, "That's twenty dollars." I hadn't asked how much it was, wasn't looking at the price, and honestly wasn't even having an interaction with her. The comment caught me off guard and made me feel like I was being judged based on whether I could afford it. My daughter ended up choosing a Precious Moments plushie instead. As I was walking toward the checkout behind my friend, the same employee, while she was checking out another customer, said to me, "Are you going to pay for that?" Obviously I was walking toward the cashier because I intended to pay for it. The way it was said felt extremely rude and made me feel like I was being treated as though I was trying to steal something. What really disappointed me was that I came in happy, with my daughter, simply wanting to browse and enjoy some time together. I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. There are respectful ways to assist customers or ask questions without making them feel watched, judged, or suspected of something. I understand employees have a job to do, but customer service and the way you speak to people matter. I hope management addresses this because no customer should leave a store feeling embarrassed or unwelcome when they haven't done anything wrong. This was around 4 pm. Thursday, August 27th.

Everything was clean and organized, no random trash left everywhere, testers were clean, sink area was clean, took a bit of time for my app to load but it might be because it was a super hot day and my phone was still recovering from how insanely hot it was outside, and I was greeted to and said goodbye by the staff.
