The Wigs is where I found the perfect wig for me. The owners are helpful with suggestions. They matched my hair color and people were unaware that I was wearing a wig when my hair was gone. In fact they commented positively in the new cut, style whatever. Said I should stay with that look from now on. Lol I chose a wig with hand filled hair on top and machine filled on bottom. I had to get a colorful wig for a birthday outing and decided to check this place out. I am so happy I did because the whole experience was wonderful. A nice Asian woman greeted me when I entered and asked if I needed help. I let her know what I was looking for and she showed me the perfect wigs. She let me know they were on sale ($25) and I ended up getting my sister's there too! The woman was so patient with me while I was FaceTimeing my sister trying to get her to make a decision. After I purchased it she showed me how to put it on with the wig cap and everything over in this cute little chair and mirror set up. Loved this place! The only thing I was not excited about was a 3 wig policy. You could only try on 3 wigs. My friend was starting chemotherapy the next day so we had to find the right wig before she lost it all. The wig fitter was very kind and we did find the perfect one. To take the heaviness of our friend losing her hair, we tried on fun whimsical hair. We left there wearing our fun beautiful wigs!!! read more

I like the wig. Expensive but good quality. I paid 135 dollars. But I did not like the service. I can understand the rules related to Covid. Wig cannot be tried without previously buying small hair net. If a wig is purchased then the net is free. But I did not like another rule: if a customer wants to try more than three wigs he needs to pay a fee for each additional wig (I don't remember whether it was one or two dollars) for taking extra time from the staff. There was only one person on staff, probably the owner. I visited this place many years ago. There were three ladies and nobody complained about taking their time. I even had my wigs additionally styled. If I need another wig I will visit a store in Huntington Beach. I will not be back in this one. read more

I came here with my sister who has alopecia. She plans on purchasing her wig here around every three years (she purchases the real hair-full overall weave wig). When my sister recently came to order the same one she ordered three years ago, we were all surprised that the lady, Mya, remembered who we were! And my sister was there three years ago! It says something about a business who really takes into consideration who their clients are and who take the time to understand their client's story and get to know them. She remembered my sister's case specifically since my sister lived in the Bay Area three years ago, so when the wig was ordered, I had to pick it up from the store for my sister. Lo' and behold, Mia (spelling?) stated that she remembered my sister being in the Bay Area and then pointed out that I was the person who personally picked up the wig! Yes! That was three years ago! Needed help with a wig for a Halloween costume for my son. He wanted to be a Dragonball Z character, so the hair was the most important part. My mom is going through treatment for breast cancer. We had no idea what to look for in wigs, so we went to a different t place first that sells human hair only, having no idea that the wigs would be THOUSANDS of dollars. We came here on a whim, and the staff was so helpful! They found a synthetic wig for less than $80 that actually looked like her real hair and does not look fake! Customer service here is amazing! I first purchased my wig here back in 2016. My wig was getting pretty old so I decided to come back and purchase the same wig. As I was being helped by Mia (korean lady who helped me years ago - I didn't tell her I came back since it's been so long), she stopped and asked, "excuse me but don't you live somewhere in San Jose? And wasn't it your sister who picked up your wig?" I can't believe she remembered who I was! After that, she told me remembered exactly which wig and hair color I got last time which is great because it's exactly as I wanted again! I just went to this shop because I'm in a friends wedding and I currently have purple hair. She requested I go natural. I'm not ready to do that. So, my only option was a wig. I looked at a shop I found one I loved. But, I wanted to try another shop just to make sure. This cute little Shop was it. I bought my wig here for only $35 it was a nice style and pretty long. It had bangs and cannot be styled with heat but, it will do the trick for the wedding. Once, the lady knew I was serious about buying a wig she was much more apt to help me. I get it there are probably people coming in all of the time trying wigs on for fun. But, Ultimately this was a great find and a great deal. I'll definitely be back if I ever need another wig. I came in last year in April or May I would say to look for some cute wigs to wear at RuPaul's DragCon LA and the women here were so nice, they let me look around and showed me some amazing styled wigs. I only spent about $100 for two amazing wigs that lasted me a long time. Goodness, I even got tons of compliments from many queens and attendees the whole day I was there, eyes all around. Came to the shop a few days ago, after losing all my hair to chemo. It was my very first time in a wig shop so I didn't know what to expect. From the minute I walked in the customer service was excellent! My short hair was falling out like crazy, but it wasn't a problem, they put a cap on me and I was able to try on several wigs. I thought I would be there for hours l but the woman helping me was so helpful, I was in and out within 30 mins. She helped me pick a beautiful wig and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary items.
