When it comes to extensions, people have questions not everyone is a professional, but when you're selling extensions that are behind the counter, you should be ready for these type of questions and being helpful in pulling hair down whether it be more than once that is your job if your hair is behind the counter.. These girls definitely need education on customer service and I really hope the owner sees that so he could grow his business rather than losing loyal customers.
