Found MedWigs through a Google search and they were very helpful with choosing and purchasing a wig for my mom, who had just finished her first series of chemo sessions. Sarah and Joseph were so kind and helpful. Sarah is the stylist and did a great job of explaining the difference between the wig types and cost. It is by appointment only, which was a very easy process through their website. I scheduled our Saturday morning appointment the day before. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend. Took my mother here to pick out her first wig. The couple working inside got very frustrated when mom could decide and wanted to keep trying to find the perfect one. Lady ended up saying this the last one!! Buying a wig is a real decision and you need to like it 100%. I took mom to the next shopping center up and tried on several more. We ended up leaving with finding her 2 different wigs. On human hair other synthetic. Med Wig lost a great customer!! read more

Doesn't matter if you have an appt set for 45 minutes. We got rushed out at the 30 minute mark. Sara did a "trim" on my mothers hair and pretty much butchered it due to being rushed with the next customer waiting. Overpriced wigs that should cost a lot less than what she's charging, and lack of knowledge on how to place wig on head without feeling like it's falling off. Very very very Rude , the women there was very disrespectful she doesn't know anything about hair, she doesn't know $2500 wig's length or hair kind or cap size nothing!! She make you feel bad and interrupt you while asking questions because she doesn't know the answer, unprofessional and they are selling $2500-$3000 wigs . I will never go there again even when I drive nearby I feel bad from the awful experience. Don't waste your time and money . read more

Last week I took my sister, who has breast cancer, to Med Wigs. We made a one-hour appointment to find the perfect wig that would make my bald sister feel beautiful again. Sarah, the owner made her feel beautiful by trying on various wigs until they found the perfect one for her that complimented her face. She treated her with Tender Loving Care while she helped her try on various wigs.  She also has her Cosmetology license so she knows what she is doing.  When my sister decided on the perfect wig for her, Sarah trimmed the bangs and then combed it and blow dried it so it looked like the hair she use to have. They also sell synthetic and real hair topper pieces which fit on the top of your hair and make your hair look big and fluffy.  I ended up buying a topper piece because my hair is thinning and now, I think I look like I did 20 years ago.  I would recommend this place whether you have cancer and you are bald. or you just want to spruce up your own hair with a lovely topper piece. read more

Oh my gosh , Sarah who is the owner took the time to find the right style and color for me . She then trimmed it to my liking . I feel so much better about myself ! If you know a thing or two about them and ask her for certain styles like I did she might just USHER YOU OUT N TELL YOU TO NOT COME BACK. That is what she did to me.
