Not only was she able to fit me in short notice but she was able to have all the hair, closures and my perfect coloring done in that short time. Ok so first off let me tell you all real quick about my first weave experience. So I had a family friend who has been doing my hair for a little bit now and I wanted to get my first weave and I thought he knew what he was doing. However, it was not a great experience. 1. he told me one set price and then it kept creeping up and I still don't know exactly how much I paid but it was over 400 dollars which was the original price. 2. He didn't tell me someone else would be braiding my hair and she was kind of rude and did my braids to tight because later I developed scabs around my edges. 3. He gave me a closure that was weird and sat on the top of my head and didn't look like a realistic hair part. 4. I told him multiple times I wanted a short weave that had a small amount of curl but still mostly straight for my headshots. However, he gave me a long weave that was super curly and I asked him multiple times that he cut it or trim and he laughed at me and is like this style is better for you. Plus when I mean curly it looked like Diana Ross's hair curly. 5. Lastly, he didn't buy enough hair the first time and add more. which I didn't realize would cost me even more money because he never told me. On top of that, he didn't style it all he did was put some mousse in it to make it look wet. It didn't look horrible but I also had to straighten and make it look a lot better then it did. So getting to she weaves. She did a free consultation and I told her my whole issue with my weave. She was very nice and was easy to talk to. I asked for her help in touching up my hair and even suggested a place to purchase a new closure It was pricey but freaking worth it. The day off she came to my house on time and I was ready for her to be late like most of the hairdressers I have had. But she right on the dot on time. She had her stuff ready to go as I had my hair clean and combed out with my tracks ready to go as well. I loved that she timed herself and she was fast too. Now the braiding hurt but that was because I am super tender headed and I also just spent like two hours the night before taking my hair out and combing and cleaning it so my head was already tender from all the that. But she was still great and she used extra hair to add to mine for the braid which helps braids last longer. I LOVED THAT PART. Plus she didn't use a net which will make it easier for me to add oils and wash my hair on my actual scalp. I also loved that she asked if I would like my hair flat ironed no extra cost. I was nervous because of my last experience but when she was all done and I looked in the mirror and couldn't believe how good it looked. It was exactly what I wanted the first time. I was shocked and lost for words. Even my dad who is very critical and will tell me like it is when I first got my weave he looked at me and said: " Please tell me that is a wig" he hated it and was like I guess it will grow on me. BUT When he saw what Sarah did he gave her kudos on a job well done and both my parents couldn't get over how good it looked. They stared at me for a good 15 minutes just so surprised and couldn't get over how realistic and natural my side part was. Taken this was a touch-up!! not a new weave. I am so happy and just excited that I found this lovely lady who was nice and accommodating and on time and professional. She let me watch Netflix and I even got her excited about some fabulous drag queens. It was an early morning miracle. I couldn't thank her enough and I WILL BE USING HER AGAIN AND AGAIN. PS: I am very picky when it comes to hairstylist especially when they are having to deal with all the hair on my head. I will stick with people for long periods of time because finding someone that can do my hair is not easy and Sarah is someone I will be sticking with for as long as she will have me. read more

Great hairstylist/beautician. My very first time using this type of mobile service. I received a press and curl only. I have shoulder length hair 4c hair. She was advanced as she never pulled/tugged my hair too tight during the entire process, nor did she burn me. However, she did an amazing job! She's very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She comes to your home and brings all of her own products. My only drawback is having someone come to your home, vs. going to a salon. I prefer going to a salon. read more

Honestly would recommend her so much! My hair has never felt better and so maintained, I used to have beads and it caused me to have a tangle in the back of my head and I thought I was going to have to cut it but thank goodness she helped me untangle it and hooked my hair up where I will never even go back to extensions .
