The vibe is chill, there's a tv w/ closed captions usually showing the news. They're almost always busy, esp on weekends, so they have to produce like a well-oiled factory. The guys are great at what they do & they're quick/ efficient. The hubbs has being going to Don for over 10 years & now brings our son for haircuts here too. Awesome job, fellas! read more

No waiting, the guys were friendly. I just went in for a cut, nothing major. Clean space! Price seemed reasonable. Sign posted with the prices. read more

New price: $20/men's haircut. This has always been my to-go spot to get a decent haircut even before I moved up to the Bay Area. The price has increased from $10 in 2018 to $12 then $15 at some point in 2023. Now it's $20 for a simple cut, $25 pretty much after tip which makes it not a good deal anymore compared to other salons. read more

Excellent blow out. He did a great job making my fine hair have volume and shine. Perfect for my upcoming event.

Amazing haircuts at a great price. $20 for a men's haircut. Don is the best and loves what he does.

Quick and easy, friendly and they know how to cut hair. Prices are pretty good. Clean place.

Awesome haircut, great customer service, cut hair in a timely matter, very nice and courteous. Will definitely be back for another haircut. Thank you. Great price too, $15 plus tip! read more

Been going here for like almost 3-4 years. Either sometimes bi weekly or monthly; same exact haircut. The vibe is nice, they will open up any conversation and remember where you left off. The quality is great for the price. Really cant complain much when alot of places are now overcharged and with the same haircut quality. read more

Just got a haircut by Don, he did a wonderful job, extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend getting a haircut here the environment was very welcoming! 5/5 definitely will be going back soon! read more

This is the best place in Anaheim to get a great haircut. I have thicker hair which makes it frustrating to find quality barbers, and Americas Cut can handle this task. I have been a Customer of theirs for 6 years and will continue to use their services. read more

My family and I are always happy with our hair cut results. My husband and son come here a couple of times a month. Don and his brother are always thorough and do an amazing job. My daughter and I don't come as often. And when we do come, we get hair trims and we're always happy with the results. We called today prior to our arrival and there wasn't a wait. Weekends are their busiest days. Great prices and great service! I recommend calling them ahead of time to check their availability, wait time , prices & questions. read more

I took my brother to this barber after he got a terrible haircut at another barber and we are so glad we met Andrew who was able to fix my brother's hair. I showed him pictures of what my brother wanted and he explained what we could and couldn't do based on the current condition of his hair. He did an absolute job at saving my brother's hair in time for school ! We will definitely be returning soon. read more

Don does a fantastic job cutting hair. They don't take reservations but you can call and see how long the wait is. They've been cutting hair for years but recently moved to this location. Parking is easy! Men's haircut is only 10 dollars and a fanatic quality. It's difficult to find someone to cuts Vietnamese hair evenly as it's so straight on the sides. Give don a try, you won't regret it! read more

First time at this location, I'll keep it short and sweet. -Customer service is great! The personnel were nice. -probably the only location where they will not cut half of your hair when you ask for a trim/ removal of damage hair (girl problem) -the girl did exactly as I told her, didn't cut any more or less! My hair is still long minus all the damage! :) I will definitely be returning, I think I found my spot! read more

I made an appointment for Saturday morning with Tracy. She was SO kind and wanted to make sure I was getting a cut I wanted via reference photos/videos. She washed my hair, gave me wispy curtain bangs, a trim, and a blow dry/styling. She was so quick and made everything so easy! I love how friendly she is and how welcome she made me feel. Been going here for half a year now, the cuts with Don and Andrew have been clean and consistent across the board. I usually come for a high skin fade comb over. It's $15 a cut before tip which is pretty affordable compared to other barbers around Anaheim/Garden Grove. Highly recommend giving them a try. read more

This review is for Don's brother (didn't catch his name since Don recommended him since Don was busy). Had a haircut and hair dye. Rude service and rushy. Cheap hair dye material. As soon as he puts the dye on my head my scalp hurts. Careless during the process as well. There are quite a few drips all around my neck in the end and he has to use alcohol to clean up all around my neck. read more

I came in on Saturday, 8/17. The gentleman greeted me immediately and said he would be with me shortly. I waited maybe 5 mins before he called me to his chair. He asked how I wanted my hair cut, & I told him, just a straight even cut and maybe thin it out a little. I knew something was wrong when he straightened my hair before cutting (instead of the usual damp hair). And, when he split my hair (top & bottom) and used a buzzer to trim the bottom so when he released the top half, he didn't even know where he trimmed off! The entire hair cut took 10 mins. When I left the shop, everything *looked* good. When I got home and inspected a little more, my hair was CROOKED all around, blunt & not thinned out like I asked. The under side of my hair is like one inch shorter than the top. I look like a doofus when I put my hair down. read more

I have been here several times over the years. Every time was for something simple, a hair trim usually. However the few times I have asked them to cut quite a bit off they seemed scared to or would convince me not to, which was odd considering that I am usually the paranoid one. (Thanks to my mother who once told Supercuts to cut a few inches off the day before my first day at sixth grade at a new school, and they cut it to my chin) I was scared to go get my hair cut at the smaller places ever since. I usually had it all done at once with highlights or hair coloring with friends at their salons. However this was my third time coming here. I was turned off right away this time when I walked in and asked for a hair trim and the girl started talking to another worker who I did not even realize was there. (She was doing something on the ground behind the counter or on a low shelf behind the counter or something). The girl started talking back and then the only thing I heard in English was "We are all busy!" at her. I looked around and there were four workers here and three were taken and I was the last, so that whole situation completely confused me. The lady who cut my hair this time was quite friendly, conversed, etc. I think I may have had her before but it has been a long time. I had my hair layered again so it doesn't look much shorter but the front has been cut nicely with a little more style to it. However my hair is very flat and stubborn and fine, so I can never do much with it, so I will take what I can get. What completely confused me though is when she kept asking if I wanted my hair straightened. I said it is always straight naturally, and then she pulled out a straightener and turned it on. I did not want to get charged for something extra especially if my hair is as straight as it can get. (Curls fall out within minutes so I never bother). She said to let her know if I wanted it straightened and went back to blow dry it. I am beyond confused but I said okay. I was happy with the overall cut although I was willing to go just a tad shorter this time with it being so hot. Maybe next time I won't get it layered, who knows. I am happier with it now than I was. Prices for women's cuts state $12 and up, so you never know what it will be. Mine was $15 for a trim and layers. A turn off was getting charged 50 cents for using my card but it's not the end of the world. By the time I left they had a few people waiting. They do take walk ins. Like I said though overall the staff is friendly, but it is always a turnoff for me to see bickering or arguing amongst staff in front of customers. I have seen it at several places. I will continue to come here though. read more

I was recommended to try this place from a few friends who frequent here. I was hesitant as I don't like leaving my regular stylist but she's on vacation and I have a wedding to attend. I am so happy to have met Don who did a wonderful job covering my grays and loving my long blunt bob. Many compliments today. Think I found a new place and would recommend to friends and family. read more

I was super super busy and wanted to just go somewhere to get a quick trim. Came in and there was no wait. Only me and some other lady that needed her hair done. For $20 a haircut, they did a pretty good job.. I got a dude and he was really nice and made sure not to F up my hair. Im usually very specific on telling people how I want my hair so that they dont mess up. He understood and did it exactly as I liked it. The only downside was when he washed my hair, I felt like it wasnt a thorough wash. But for only $20 for everything, I am pretty pleased. Probably will some in again next time when I need a trim. read more

Update: I just went back to get a haircut and a bayalage. My hairstylist (I didn't catch her name but she's new and super sweet!) did such an amazing job. I wanted to go ash blonde but she told me that it wasn't a good idea because it would probably damage my hair and that we would have to do it in sessions. I had let my previous bayalage grow out so my hair was mostly dark brown. I'm so glad she was honest. I appreciate someone who actually cares about the health of my hair and not just a quick buck. She took her time and was very thorough. Was so happy with the outcome. First time having short hair in 18 years! read more
