First time here and I was impressed. It used to be a different name and different owner but it is way better than the older salon. This please is super clean and the employees were very nice. Lots of parking places and and nice atmosphere with a cool music playing on the back round. Ameen the barber is professional and very talented. Customer service was good here and they give you candy . I will definitely be back. Ps it's always better to call and make an appointment if you don't want to wait.

Wow! This place is amazing! When I first came in I was greeted by Isabelle. She offered to make me a sweetened hot-tea and it was amazing! I drank the tea and before you know it, Anas was cutting my hair. In about 20 minutes, he did a fabulous job. I really like this place for their price, speediness and style. I highly recommend this place if you want to try something different and not risking a bad cut.

Horrible costumer service the girl receptionist is something else. There is no such thing as 100 percent costumer satisfaction here at this place, the moment i gave my card for a payment the girl forgot to hand me my card and I was in my car for 5 minutes starring at my hair in the mirror in-front of the salon she looked at me and didn't even bother to come outside or tell me that I forgot my card, by the time I got to long beach I realized my card was not with me. I dont know what kind of receptionist is this, that doesn't tell their costumers they forgot something when she knows it!! I came back for my card and the only thing she had to say was that she didnt have my number to let me know she forgot to give me my card! Seriously! Another thing there are no good quality hair products here. When you leave the salon good luck leaving with your hair dry! This place is No No! read more

This the best hair salon I went to here in Orange County. I am very Picky when it comes to someone touching my hair. It is a very clean hair salon and they only use the best hair products out in the market. I asked for their best guy to do my hair since my barber was out of town. So they set me on an appointment with A guy named Ahmed. As soon as I got to the shop they seated me and got me tea and cookies while they make my seat ready. It was a good first impression! Ahmed (The Hair Stylist) was so far the most professional barber I've seen! He was so detailed when he was cutting my hair paying attention to almost every hair on my head! He took his time and he didn't rush! The result was amazing! I'd suggest this Hair salon to anyone! Great experience! read more

Ahmed is the best. This is the first barbershop that I've been to where the barbershop focus on your hair. No checking text messages or anything like that. VERY PROFESSIONAL, very very skilled. Ahmed's scissor skills are second to none, straight razor skill sharper than the blade itself, and he can even thread eyebrows! Honestly if I could give this salon negative stars I would. I got the ugliest dye job, pretty sure got my scalp burned, got roughly handled while washing my hair- it was terrible. The paint job was messy and half assed. Paint got all over my face, hands, soapy water got in my eyes and on my face. She doesn't even have the decency to take you somewhere else rather than the sink to dye your hair. Everything is so messy. I was extremely uncomfortable the whole time. Please don't come here to get a dye job at all you'll regret it. read more

I came in needing a nose wax and a facial and the barber did an incredible job. I've never had a facial done and now I'm never going to stop getting a facial done consistently after I saw the transformation it did to my face. Excellent service all around. The woman getting there hair done was spectacular as a side note. Ladies this is the place to be as well. Glad I came here and no where else. This is the worst hair salon I have ever been to in my entire life. Do not go here! I went in asking for a small trim, less than half an inch then all the sudden I see 3+ inches being cut from my hair. The person doing my hair cut random "layers" throughout my hair which didn't even match across my head. There were random short chunks throughout my hair too. I went home and cried about it for 30 minutes. Worst of all that cost me $60. I tried to get it fixed the next day and the lady who did her best to fix it said this is the worst haircut she's ever seen. This place needs to be shut down immediately. I don't even think the man who did my hair had a license for cutting hair. Do not go here read more

I wasn't disappointed at all with the results eyebrows on point and my hair was fabulous . [Price]: $38 for classic cut with complementary hair wash (upon request) and/or hot towel included. $55 for haircut & beard trim with complementary hair wash (upon request) and/or hot towel included. They use Square so credit cards are accepted. [Appointment]: I was able to schedule a same-day appointment through their website (vagaro.com), but customers are required to create an account. I received a text message confirmation and the staff asked if I had an appointment upon arrival. [Process]: The shop had a TV playing a sports game during my haircut. I had Anita and she was both friendly and efficient. I requested a low taper fade and showed her a reference photo on my phone. She completed the cut in less than 20 minutes and honestly I was pleased with the result. However, I later noticed the price listing on the wall which mentioned that the haircut includes a complimentary hair wash ... upon request. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this or informed at the time so I didn't receive the complimentary shampoo during my visit. [Conclusion]: Personally, this barber shop is a bit out of the way for me and I find $38 slightly pricey for a classic haircut without the shampoo. The barber Anas is very enthusiastic and loves his job very much. The staff is very nice. The atmosphere is perfect for a barbershop. They provide you with multiple things (ex. steamer) which is very nice. Overall this is a perfect place to get a haircut. read more
