My daughter gifted me the VVIP package, and this was my first time here. Helen provided excellent service! From the welcoming area to the beautifully arranged setup, everything was neat and inviting. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back! read more

I had Cindy and she was amazing. I came in with my mom and sister (we made an appointment) and we got the classic option for $85 that included a collagen mask and all the baseline headspa treatment (shampoo, conditioner, massage) for 60 mins. Then a blow dry afterwards (nothing fancy and not a full blowout) to dry the hair and quick brush to detangle it. If this is your first time, it takes a little getting used to the feeling of being wet only from your shoulders up but they have it mastered where you're not uncomfortable. At the entrance, a polite woman greets you and reviews their menu of options and add ons. She offers you water and a small snack as well. Place felt clean. Smelled nice. And staff was friendly and welcoming. read more

My daughter and I came in thinking we would have a relaxing time but it was the total opposite. We booked the high lite special $105 each just to be in pain lol i thought it was just me and maybe the lady (pinky) had a heavy hand but that was not the case .. as soon as we got in the car my daughter was like "WTH was that" now, I'm not saying it was a bad place but they should advertise what it is , people come in thinking there about to have relaxing time but it's not. For me, although super painful the hard massage I received on my shoulders helped with the tension I had built up. I think she removed all them knots I had in my shoulders which was good. The scrubbing of the hair was super painful, im surprised I didn't bleed .. i wanted it to be over. Then at the end they blow dry you and immediately want you to make a review. I didn't but my daughter did and because they're watching you she felt obligated to write something nice. They even got me to make a short video about my experience for which I lied and said it was relaxing. Kind of put you on the spot. Everyone is nice and the place is clean. read more

What an amazing experience with Helen! I have a recovery regiment that allows me to push myself to the absolute limits in the gym twice a day, every day. I invest in at least an hour a day with my own tools, as well as getting body work done to break up and release fascia. I regularly use Gua Sha tools on my face/head/body, and it has produced drastic improvements in very little time. Not only on the surface, but incredible mental clarity and peacefulness as well. I recently started incorporating face/head massage tools to wear while I'm doing housework or just relaxing...such a game changer. So naturally, I wanted to try a head/face massage done by a professional. Best decision ever, Helen is truly a master at her craft. She is so kind, gentle, and precise. I could tell she loves what she does. Thanks to her, I will permanently include this type of treatment in my recovery plan. I'm particular about cleanliness, and this place is on top of their game. Such a relaxing atmosphere too. And the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I got her name, but I went on a Thursday haha read more

Thank you to Helen for your head massage today. You're the best. Super relaxing and she's very professional. I keep coming back because it's worth every dime. read more

It's my first time ever getting a head spa, and I am so happy that I had my first experience here at Hi Lite Head Spa. I got the deluxe package which is greatly priced with a whole number of services. Mary was incredible! She was so gentle and very accommodating. She checked on me several times to make sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend this head spa and to book with Mary! Will come back again soon! read more

I've visited this place so many times, but somehow never got around to writing a review. Every single visit has been phenomenal. The entire spa has such a calming, relaxing atmosphere that truly captures the peaceful, zen experience you'd expect from a head spa. The pricing is also very reasonable and, in my opinion, among the best value you'll find in Orange County. My most recent visit was with Ms. Pinky, and she was absolutely outstanding. Her technique, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. This has always been my go-to recommendation whenever someone asks for a head spa in the area, and it will continue to be. Highly recommend! read more

Cindy and Pinky did an amazing job! Will come back, highly recommend! Come check this place out! read more

Cindy did an amazing job with my service. This place is super nice and clean. I treated myself to the deluxe service and it was worth every penny. I've been to other head spas before but this place is definitely one of my favorites. The quality of service is 100% worth the price. I will be back soon! read more

Helen was great she did an amazing job definitely coming back felt so relaxed thank you hi lite spa!

I've been coming here for a few years every time I am in the Anaheim area. Hannah and Grace are AMAZING. They always go above and beyond expectations. The only con is I wish I could request them when I come, I usually do but once I get to the shop I get a different person. Other than that, I'll continue coming here for head spas! read more

This was my first time coming to this place, and it won't be my last. My girlfriend booked me a deluxe package for our 3 year Anniversary. The place was super quiet and calm, and the entire time I was completely relaxed. Hani was the person assigned to me, and she was awesome! She took great care of my hair, and was super thorough. I felt I had even gotten more than what was in my package, so that was great. I hope to come here again!! Also, thanks to Hani for taking pictures of me for my Girlfriend!!! read more

I need this for every hair wash day! I am in love with this experience. The minute I walked in it was calm and serene. I got the Hi Lite Classic and I will definitely be back for upgraded services. Lucy was amazing every step of the way. The shoulder and neck massage felt so good. My favorite part was the hair wash/scrub and face mask. I appreciate the water and snack while I got my hair dried. I'm definitely going to recommend this to everyone I know. Can't wait to come back! read more

No major complaints and I would gladly come here monthly if I lived closer. My scalp has never felt so clean! go in and relax and enjoy the service. If your are skeptical, I understand but just enjoy it - WORTH IT! read more

I am beyond disappointed in the aftermath of our service. They posted a video recording of me and my group's session despite never asking for permission to film us or letting us know that they ever filmed us. This was meant to be a relaxing moment between girls and their lack of respect for it is shocking. On top of that, they also took a photo of us with their phone, again, not letting us know or asking for permission and created an AI image of us for advertising. THIS IS NOT OKAY! This ruined our very nice spa experience. We had felt taken care of and very relaxed but truthfully the whole photo and video thing had definitely ruined the experience. I'm sad to say but I will not return again--using people's faces and bodies for your own monetary gain without notice or permission should never be practiced by a business. Do better. read more

This was our first time here at this place. The service was amazing! Hana and Cindy did a fantastic job! The staff are friendly. The place is clean. For the price is soo worth it. We got the royal service and that was soo relaxing. The parking is a little tough tho since the plaza has many other businesses. But overall 5 stars! Will be coming back for sure!!! read more

Excellent service from Helen! Quality head and body massage. Will definitely come back!

This head spa is a little treasure. I regularly get massages and self-care treatments and this place was a good mix of it all. I got the "Hi lite special" with Helen. It was a mini facial, mini massage, and relaxing hair wash all in one. AMAZING! I will definitely be back and will bring my friends/daughter with me for girls day. & bonus points for being right down the street from where I live. So happy I found this place! :) read more

Pinky was the gal who took care of me and wow!!!! I left feeling like a million bucks! I will definitely be coming back.

I went on a girls' trip to this place because I've seen it all over social media. We booked at 11AM for the classic 60 min session, but the receptionist persuaded us to upgrade to the special 70 min instead. We were able to come a little bit earlier, & we were brought in right away. The beds are right next to each other, but if privacy is a concern, there are curtains and they will give you hot towel for your eyes! The session was definitely well-needed, & I'm so glad I got the 70 min session instead because I was savoring every moment hehe. The lady had very firm hands, which allowed her to go through the crevices of my head as well as provide me a really nice massage on my neck, shoulders, & upper back. There is relaxing music, but on occasion there would be a notification app beep from the aux. It didn't bother me too much, but I did notice it. Afterwards, they blow dried my hair and provide hydration for it! Overall, a really nice self-care day & I definitely recommend for those who need one! read more

The service was amazing! It was my first time, and Lin made the entire experience so great. She was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend coming here--and you HAVE to get the Royal Package! Definitely worth it. read more

The whole service was amazing. Vivian was great!! She was the one who did my hair for me today. The salon is talked away in the business area, near harvest, Fresh, market and crunch fitness. The salons. Ambience is very warm, relaxing and comfortable. This is my very first time here and they were very very accommodating. I only had 45 minutes available, so even though we don't normally offer a session of 45 minutes, they made an exception for me, which I found very accommodating and gracious. I have been dying to try a hair spa and let me tell you it lives up to the hype. It is so relaxing. My hair feels refreshed and super clean and soft! She also blow dried it for me, which was a great after routine. They normally include a facial in their service, but I opted it out because of this. I was given more time with a neck and additional head massage. They have a diverse menu of various prices. Their basic package is $80 for one hour! Come and give them a try, you won't regret it! read more

The head massage and treatment was much needed! My friend and I had long days with work recently, so we had to go here. After going my first time here, I had to give this place another go! Vicky (or Bicki?) and Lucy were very helpful and provided us great care with the Hi Lite Special and the added red light treatment and scalp exfoliation. I felt so relaxed after this that I almost fell asleep lol. This will be my quarterly stop or more now that I have a regular place to go to read more

We came for my bachelorette weekend, truly enjoyed the experience, it was really relaxing. Once we were done, they offered to take a photo of us and I gave them my phone. I later noticed a second employee was taking photos with a second phone, I assumed it belonged to one of the girls in my group. It later came to our attention that they posted an AI altered photo of us on their instagram page. We don't appreciate them not having asked for permission to use our photo, let alone altering it using AI. It's disturbing, and ruined the overall experience. Edit: They also took a video of my group getting our massages and posted it online. It doesn't make sense to have curtains for privacy, but then proceed to record us without our consent, and post it without our consent. read more
