Came in during the aftermath of the chaos from Christmas shoppers flipping the store upside down. I found some awesome Cody James boots that were the perfect price $160 but sadly too big, I asked Trevor if they had a 9.5 and he scanned the boots and said they have them but we both searched and searched and couldn't find them on the floor shelves, he had a 9 which felt a bit too snug but I decided to give em a shot and get in line. As I was in line about to pay for the snug boots he runs up with the 9.5s! Boot Barn give Trevor a raise, he deserves it. He made sure I got exactly the boots I came in for. Nice location with a huge selection but the service is quite literally trash and the employees are clueless

Employees were completely unhelpful. We were in the store for around 40 minutes and not once did an employee ask if they could help us find a boot size or help with anything else. Several employees walked straight past us back and forth and didn't even bat an eye. While we were waiting in line to pay, there was a cashier who was busy and 6 employees standing around talking to each other and laughing. I made eye contact with an employee while we were waiting, and she just turned around. Service was terrible. read more

The service I usually receive here is amazing, but unfortunately my experience with Susy was very uncomfortable. She wasn't welcoming at all and had a miserable look on her face, almost like she didn't want to be there or check me out. I'm used to friendlier employees, so it really made my visit unpleasant to the point where I'd rather drive to Irvine. I've noticed some of the younger employees don't seem to enjoy their jobs, and while that's understandable, it makes a big difference when interacting with customers. On the other hand, the older women are always wonderful. Tiffany, in particular, is my favorite--she's always so sweet and goes out of her way to help me shop. I truly appreciate her kindness! I just wanted to leave this review in hopes that someone speaks with Susy and encourages her to be more welcoming--it makes all the difference for customers. read more

This is probably the biggest boot barn in the SoCal area. I've visited maybe five or six other locations and this one by far has the biggest selection. The employees here are very nice. I'm sad to admit that I forgot the name of the woman who was helping me out, but she did such a great job. I came in to just look around as I normally do and I ended up leaving with a cute dress and shirt. If you find boot shopping to be an intimidating process, I would suggest stopping by here because they're so helpful and don't make you feel awkward if you have a lot of questions about sizing or wide calf boots, and so on. It's a quality store, so the prices are definitely not cheap... But they do have a sale rack and a clearance section for the boots as well. read more

Service was great and the stage was helpful. They had a large selection of wester wear and Boots of all styles from Work, casual to dress. Definitely great value for the prices from low cost to high end. My only complaint was the person helping me got me in the right styles boot but talked me into too small of a size. More my fault for not going with my gut and letting him talking into a boot size I needed to break in rather than a boot size I could wear right away. Very poor customer service, avoid this location. * Wife had me stop by and pick up online order and of jeans for my daughter, Boot Barn Manager said she would go and pick the jeans and bring them to the front counter. That never happened she didn't find the correct size and decided to just cancel our order and not communicate that to me as I was waiting at the front counter. After several minutes ( 18 minutes) she happened to walk back up and the person in the front counter asked her what happened to my order . She smiled and told him that she didn't find them and just canceled the order. Very poor customer service and very poor verbal communication in her part . ( Tall blonde middle age lady) . She did look up another store after the fact and called to verify that they had the correct size in stock San Dimas . But it was too late to drive over and pick them up . I recently visited Boot Barn and was really impressed with their clothing selection--great styles and quality. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. There were plenty of associates on the floor, but most seemed more interested in personal conversations than assisting customers. I even had to bring my own items to the fitting room because the associate who wasn't busy didn't seem too concerned with helping. Maybe I'm just used to the level of service at Nordstrom, but I expected a bit more attentiveness. Hopefully, management can address this, because the store itself has a lot of potential. read more

This Boot Barn is a big, beautiful store. The selection of clothing and accessories was wonderful, and the displays were equally fun here. The employees were friendly and helpful as well. I walked into this new store and was amazed by the amount of clothing, boots, and accessories for both men and women. I could probably spend hours looking though all the racks of lovely items at this location. The service was very good here as well. The employee patiently brought all of our items to our dressing rooms. She also made sure to bring us all the sizes we needed and even made helpful suggestions on which accessories would go with each outfit. This is such a great store. I was impressed with the good service here. I thought the selection of beautiful clothing and accessories was wonderful as well. Went in to go see about exchanging a pair of glitter boots that are starting to chip and peel. The young girl up front was super sweet but the older Hispanic looking lady with short ugly hair who must be a manger was EXTREMELY rude. From the moment I got up there she had an attitude and a cockiness about her that was not welcoming at all. She was too bothered to help out and acted very frustrated right off the bat. I think she needs to fix her attitude and leave it at the door before entering the building. I did not get her name, I wish I would have. But if I see her working I will not shop there while she is there. She didn't want to let me do the exchange and wouldn't even give me any suggestions of what to do. I had to go to the store to exchange a pair of boots and Daisy on the sales floor was so nice! She answered all of my questions & even offered her recommendations. However, Sam at the front desk had an atrocious attitude. She was rude & incapable of completing an even exchange leaving me to pay more for the same pair of boots! I called in to ask for a simple refund & was met with another rude sales associate. She stated over the phone that if it was completed that way it was for a reason, and that she can "check" if she could give me the refund but I must go back in store and she'll "let me know." What kind of crap is that? So I called the San Dimas location, explained the situation & they took care of it! Simple. No fuss. Stay away from the Orange store, go to the San Dimas one. read more

Soooo many BEAUTIFUL cowboy boots, I didn't even know where to begin. I was in awe. They are organized SO NEATLY, by size, color, style, it's great. They even had clothes (I came for boots so didn't do much clothes exploring) Yessenia helped me find these Beautiful Brown Babes, in my price range (under $200) but listen I almost broke down and got a credit card for the black bedazzled pair.. I went by to look to replace my boots, that I wear every day. I did a little looking around and then got some help from Brett, and he was absolutely excellent. He was able to provide his expertise on what are good quality boots features, which boots have the best cost to value ratio, and his personal preferences. He spent a good amount of time with me as we looked at all the different possible options, I can be a little picky when it comes my boots and I was looking for a very specific style and color. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for, even though it wasn't in store, we were able to order it and he's having it shipped to store. This was an excellent experience. I love this place. Their old location was super small so when they built this spot i was so happy. I always walk out of here with new boots. Its a horrible boot addiction but they are Sooo cuteee. They have a boot stretcher and also a hat shaper. Ive brought in a couple hats to get reshaped and they have managed to do it on the spot. I will say tho their lake forest store has way more clothing selection in my opinion. I did get myself a bootbarn credit card to rack up the reward points. They get you with them reward $$$. You spend then return with $15-20 off the next purchase. This place can go from a 20 min stop to 3 hr stop. Thus far everyone has always been rather nice.
