Absolutely horrible experience at this Vans location. The employee, Jasmine, was extremely rude and showed zero customer service. I asked if my 3-year-old could use the restroom, and instead of showing any basic decency, she told me to go across the street to Taco Bell. It's a small child--not an unreasonable request. What makes it even worse is that the last time I shopped here and bought shoes, I was allowed to use the restroom without any issue. So this clearly comes down to her attitude, not store policy. Completely unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone--especially families with young kids. read more

Seriously the best vans. So good I felt I needed to leave a review. The workers are always genuine and nice. That was the first thing that stood out, very helpful and having friendly, good employees goes a long way in business 101. I love how you can shop at your own pace and try shoes on by yourself rather than like most shoe store set ups you gotta deal with a worker the entire time and if you have social anxiety it gets awkward. Selection is decent but the sales/clearance section is hit or miss. Seems I can find something I like in every other size except mine which makes taking advantage of their continuous sale (buy a full Price item get a sales priced item for 40% or 5O% off) really hard to take advantage of. read more

Came here all the time with one of the ex-boyfriends. He loved this spot. It's actually really nice. They have good deals. This is the way to go if you want to save some money. We originally came here because my son's shoes were discontinued at the regular Vans store. We were then sent to this outlet store to find them. At buy one, get the second pair at 50% off, we were able to get enough pairs to get him through the school year. At those great prices, I was even able to get a pair! We thought the salesperson that helped us was great too. She was so nice even though she had to go back and forth to find the right sizes and styles. I haven't bought myself a new pair of shoes in AT LEAST 6 years. Just the kids of course. Stopped by this location after leaving what was a very disappointing visit to another shoe store and SCORED. I had no idea this outlet was here and I am so glad it is because I was looking for Vans at the other store I visited. Honestly, Google could have done me some good lol. Art greeted me and helped me tremendously. I left with two awesome pairs of highly discounted shoes and probably the best low rise socks I've ever owned plus a pair for my husband. Went there yesterday it was great! All the vans stores in Riverside County, San Bernardino County and Los Angles County are closed to slow the spread of covid, so the nearest to me is Orange County (and San Diego County stores are open too). After reading reviews I decided to go here. I had ordered $50 vans online and they didn't fit right. We came here to exchange them. For $20 more I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes instead of the one pair I walked in with. I will be back to this vans! Great deals. They do have a capacity limit because of covid regulations but the line moves pretty fast, and it was a busy shopping day there. The staff is wiping down the checkout counter for each customer. And they are very helpful, asking if we need any assistance and checking in on us. read more

While I might not like most of the styles.. I always find a style or two I like. ~The store in general -4 Stars This store is great. Average price of shoes ranges from around $15 to $49 a pair. The second pair is half off. They also have sox, apparel, slippas and even some pretty nice hats. I decided to return tomorrow to actually pick up a pair of shoes for myself. ~Kids Shoes- 5 Stars The selection here is amazing and the shoes are all so well organized. The toddlers selection is very well stocked. From what I saw, the average price is about $19 a pair. The second pair is half off. Not a bad deal. I typically purchase shoes at the Rack. This store is an excellent alternative..especially for sporty and active shoes. I have to say I was very impressed with this store. Customer service is great. I am a fan and this place is ALMOST as good as it gets. I think Van's just needs to work on its style a bit more. I still like Converse and Ralph Lauren better for similar styles. I have always received outstanding customer service when shopping at Vans. My most recent visit was today to purchase another grip tape for grandson's purchase earlier this week. I mistakenly selected a tape that was not what he wanted and contacted Vans in Orange, to see if they would be able to make change and was told to bring it back in and they would take care of it. All Vans stores that I have been to have great employees but this location is absolutely top notch! Everyone is so kind and helpful. They will gladly assist with checking for additional sizes, help you lace up your shoes to try on, help you find the best style and deals. They are also so patient and sweet to the kids that come in. This was my first time at a Vans outlet ! First off, the workers here were so friendly and helpful. We were approached by several workers asking if we needed help or anything else. The store was pretty busy for a Friday after noon as well. We ended up purchasing 3 shoes for $120. The had a buy one get one half off deal, but only the sale shoes. Stopped in the store on a rainy Sunday afternoon and it was surprisingly packed with customers. The deals are decent, it's basically buy a regular priced shoe and get a discounted "orange sticker" shoe for half off. We ended up buying my son a regular pair of blue canvas boys Vans (orange sticker) for $34.99. What really stood out was the young lady who helped us. She checked on us a bunch of times, cut the plastic tie thing holding the shoes together off so my son could try on both shoes. She did this for multiple pairs. I drove by the Vans Outlet almost every week for 6 months on the way to darts and I never got the chance to go. Kept meaning to, but couldn't make it in time before they closed. A friend recommended this place to me to see if they had the Vans I wanted since they were sold out online, so I made an effort to swing by after work and got there in time. Plenty of parking, so you don't have to worry about it. It's pretty well organized with the shoes all located on one side and the clothes on the other side. I didn't really look at the clothes, but I did look at the shoes. I saw one of the shoes I wanted to get, but they didn't have the high-tops. However, an employee was super helpful and went out of her way to look for them at different outlet stores for me. I did manage to buy a few pairs for the bf and I, taking advantage of their BOGO deal. The deal is restricted to certain styles, like the classics, but it worked out for me. Service was great. Everyone I talked to was super nice and willing to help me find what I was looking for. I definitely will come back to get some basics. read more

Slip-ons and sandals are my favorite kinds of shoes. It's not because I don't know how to tie them, it's just a lazy and convenience factor for me. When Vans released their Star Wars collaboration, I was super stoked and immediately rushed out to buy myself a few pairs -- my favorites being the Darth Vader inspired ones. I also picked up the A New Hope artwork kicks, but didn't want to wear them because I thought they were too pretty to ruin. There were a few other designs that were okay, but I think the kids got the coolest designs, per usual. I knew my days were limited with my fave footwear, until my friend Corre shot me a text letting me know that the Vans Outlet Store had all of them available... and cheap! I immediately went to the store to scope out what they had left, and they pretty much had all the designs. After it was all said and I done, I bought two pairs: the Darth Vader and the A New Hope ones. Now I can wear the ANH ones and keep the other pair in the box and when my Darth ones die, I have a backup pair! The store really is quite large and awesome. Think of it like Nordstrom Rack in terms of shoes - they divide the store up by shoe size and you just peruse based on your measurements. They tend to have really great sales, and on this day, it was buy one, get one 50%. The shoes are pretty cheap on their own, but my purchase for two pair came out to $45. Can't beat that. They have a variety of designs and different styles. You're probably not going to find their most popular pieces here - but it's a great alternative if you're not picky and don't want to spend a lot. They carry a lot of discontinued options, but if you became attached to a particular design and you wanted another pair, there's a good chance they might have it. The return policy is fantastic. You can return/exhange up to 30-days as long as they aren't worn. If you don't want to take another pair, you can even bring these shoes back to any other Vans store for a full refund. Now that's awesome! Not like other outlets where all sales are final. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I'll for sure be back and will recommend to anyone i the market for Vans in the future! read more
