I am not a regular shopper of Madewell but recently bought an item online because I saw it in-person at the store. It didn't work out so I went to Madewell MV and was assisted by Jaidyn M. Hopefully this is the correct young lady because I didn't catch her name at the time but found this name on my emailed receipt. Jaidyn was extremely warm and patient and helped me complete the return. I know we've all been there when making a return at any retailer only to feel like we're bothering them or taking away from their daily revenue goal, which we are lol, but Jaidyn didn't make me feel that way at all. Her pleasant demeaner and quick assistance was greatly appreciated last month (mid-October). Thanks so much, Jaidyn! It's because of you I have started to shop here more often. Keep up good work!

I completely understand that everyone has bad days and I'm not judging anyone for that, but when it happens EVERY single time I go, it becomes noticeable and really takes away from the experience. They could at least fake a smile or make an effort to be welcoming. If you want to shop at Hollister, I'd honestly recommend going to the Spectrum location or somewhere else instead.

Tank tops at this location were on sale for $8, which is normal--when it's not for sale at other stores (btw don't sleep on Walmart) lol. But, some items cost around ~29 to 50 BUCKS or more! The top (image w/ hanger) from the shop was around $35. The material & price didn't add up, so I reversed image searched this top & it costed way less on Shein, TaoBao, Amazon, etc. ($10-19). I went to "Q"--located on the bottom floor near this place--& "Windsor"--on the other end of the mall", it had legit the same items for cheaper!! Matter of fact, I literally saw several people leaving without purchasing after they saw the price & later bumped into them at Q, which this became a great convo starter there. If you're going to sell wholesale fast fashion, at least do it like Q & other small reseller shops there.
