I am not a regular shopper of Madewell but recently bought an item online because I saw it in-person at the store. It didn't work out so I went to Madewell MV and was assisted by Jaidyn M. Hopefully this is the correct young lady because I didn't catch her name at the time but found this name on my emailed receipt. Jaidyn was extremely warm and patient and helped me complete the return. I know we've all been there when making a return at any retailer only to feel like we're bothering them or taking away from their daily revenue goal, which we are lol, but Jaidyn didn't make me feel that way at all. Her pleasant demeaner and quick assistance was greatly appreciated last month (mid-October). Thanks so much, Jaidyn! It's because of you I have started to shop here more often. Keep up good work!

The food court was a good size with a large selection. It is large and spacious with plenty of room to go mall walking on those really hot days!

I might find something I like but the items are sold out in my size or unavailable regardless of whether it's full-priced or on sale. I hate even looking through their stores or bother purchasing anything online. It's just disappointing. All the colors or items I want are never available! For instance,I didn't think wanting a shirt in size medium was too much to ask for. Their return process is not at all helpful for the consumers either. So I hesitate to buy anything. The app is clunky and not very user intuitive either. According to my mom, who is a petite woman weighing less than 75lbs and less than 5ft tall, it's the best store ever. She can find all the XXS, XS, and S items that most adults past the age of 8yo cannot fit in. And just with the fact that the sizing itself runs small to begin with already compounds the issues. It's really too bad because the actual textile itself and the designs are appealing and long lasting.

Tank tops at this location were on sale for $8, which is normal--when it's not for sale at other stores (btw don't sleep on Walmart) lol. But, some items cost around ~29 to 50 BUCKS or more! The top (image w/ hanger) from the shop was around $35. The material & price didn't add up, so I reversed image searched this top & it costed way less on Shein, TaoBao, Amazon, etc. ($10-19). I went to "Q"--located on the bottom floor near this place--& "Windsor"--on the other end of the mall", it had legit the same items for cheaper!! Matter of fact, I literally saw several people leaving without purchasing after they saw the price & later bumped into them at Q, which this became a great convo starter there.
