Seeing that the clearance section was also included in their BOGO 50% deal, I grabbed some clearance socks for my daughter. What a fabulous deal! Both for under $30 - that's a deal, for sure! There were two more employees behind the register (one my have been training) I did notice they didn't seem in a hurry to clear the line, almost waiting for the cashier Elisa to do all the transactions. The store is spacious, clean, and easy to browse with a large selection of shoes for men and women. I came in for fun sandals for the summer and ended up getting athletic shoes and custom inserts instead. HAHAHA. They had a good variety of brands like Nike, Adidas, Brooks, HOKA, and Skechers all in one place. The staff was friendly and patient while helping customers look for sizes and explaining different comfort options. Granted it wasn't busy when I went after work but all the staff members came by several times to see if I needed help. That was so nice. I also liked that they carry supportive footwear and shoe orthotics/custom insole options for extra comfort, which is great if you spend a lot of time walking or standing which is what I do for work. Parking was very convenient since the store is located in a shopping center with a large shared parking lot, so finding a spot was easy even during busy hours.

The staff (Hannah & Jacob) was more than helpful, pulled us several styles to try and recommended some new finds like socks best for the styles we liked. My son really wanted these Sponge Bob shoes but they didn't have his size in stock. They offered to look online for a custom order or pick up same day from another location. They called on behalf of us to Irvine Spectrum to secure his size and style for us to pick up.
